Been using them for 5 years now. Seems to work with very little insect activity. They call before each visit to check that the planned date/time is OK and adjust if requested. And they ask if you have any inside signs of insets. Earlier this year (first timer in 5 years) we had some very small ants (very, very small and difficult to see details without mag glass) in the kitchen living area. Called Apex and their rep came in found the source sprayed inside and put down some poisoned bait for the ants to take back to the source and within a few days they were all gone. We are pleased with the service and believe their price is competitive.

All went fine! They don't handle fire ants unless you hire them specifically to do this, but otherwise, they do a great job.

It goes well every time and I didn't even ask them to brush my huge screened in pool area for spiders . This was a nice surprise because I do not have a long enough brush to handle that.

We had a problem with small ants in the house that the pest controls available for home use weren't controlling. We called Apex who came out the next day. They sprayed our baseboards, baited some problem areas and put down granules outside. As promised, the ants were gone in a few days.

They are very good. I have a terrible problem with ants, and if the problem continues after they spray, they come back free of charge. They spray the inside and the outside everywhere. I also have a termite bond with them. They are very prompt. They call to let me know they are coming. They show up early. They ask if I have any problems which I want them to address. They do the outside first and cover their shoes when they come inside. They are very friendly. I have the same individual come consistently. If their treatment does not work, they come and spray something more stronger. I do not have any complaints with them. I rate them high overall. They are very good.

It’s been a good experience and I haven’t had any problems. I would recommend them. They are very responsive about scheduling and carrying out the inspection. I haven’t actually had to have them do any kind of work, so it’s hard to judge. Their inspections are thorough and competent. They point out to me what I should be looking for to notice any future problems.

I've never had a problem with them. They've always been available. They are the only company of this type that I have used here. I used to pay a lot more in New Jersey, but that's a different situation. The quality of their work is really good. Whenever I have a problem, they come within a day or so. They call me the day before to tell me that they're going to be out. They don't give a specific time, but they give the day they will be here.
