Used Apex for several years. Always good work and they come out if you have issues between the regular maintenance visits.

Very well. At first did a one time treatment for ants, all ants were gone within ~4 weeks. Ended up getting a quarterly maintenance treatment which we just had. Haven't had a bug problem since APEX came out.

Very professional, educational and responsive. During our flea issue, they told me what to expect and what was going to happen and when. I misunderstood something they said (my misunderstanding - not them) and our lanai did not get treated for fleas on the two visits for the inside and the yard. The outside tech was here and I asked him about doing the lanai, he explained why that had to be done during the inside treatment the day prior, my fault it wasn't. He went back, remembered this and relayed it to his office. They surprised me the next day with a visit to specifically treat the lanai. Who does this kind of customer service anymore???? WOW!!!! I will NEVER call anyone else other than APEX for any type of instect treatment.

Pest control is great, lawn hasn't been the most successful. The lawn poses too many challenges to turn around. No fault of APEX.

It worked out well with Apex Pest Control. They don't spray the inside unless I ask them. He shows up when he wants. It's an automatic schedule, he comes every three months no matter what.

They are always courteous and professional. They do quaterly outside perimeter treatments and once a year inside if needed. They always call ahead and respect my home ( they use shoe coverings when coming inside ). They do more than my previous service that did less. I believe they are very competitive as far as pricing. I rarely have bugs and they will remove mud wasp nests and spray fire ant mounds near the home, which is above and beyond my previous service.

I've a long time relationship with Apex Pest Control. I will give them an A not only for their service but also for their staff. Other than they have good service, the staff is also excellent and really represents the company well. I will use them.

My experience with them has been very good. They usually come out and do work for us us every 6 months. They're scheduled to come out next week. They charge $60 per application. I would certainly recommend them. To me Apex is very comparable with other pest control services and I've had no issues with them.

The experience was good, and we would hire them again. I did compare prices when we signed up with them, and then 2 years later, I did price comparison again with people who were offering similar services, and their prices were as good as, or slightly better than the competition. They do what they say they are going to do, plus a little bit more, and we are pleased with their service.

They are great. I have been using them for a couple of years now. They are very responsive, especially if you have needs outside their normal pest control, if other things come up between their normal treatments, they will come out and treat it for free, and they do a great job. Their pricing is very competitive.

They seem prompt, if you have any issues they come right away, their technicians all seem to be thoroughly knowledgeable about the situation, and so far, so good. I am sure we could shop around and get a better price, but sometimes you get what you pay for.
