Tom came out and provided the estimate, which we agreed to and scheduled for the following week. Two workers came out, and began the job. I noticed one of the workers opening my dining room windows, which are off my pool deck area, and brushing off dirt and debris onto my pool deck, which was a little surprising, especially since there was no effort to clean that off of the pool deck area. One of the workers, I believe his name was Kyle, was very professional and did a great job on all of his windows that he was in charge of; however, the other worker, did not have the same quality. Kyle had to redo 2 of the other workers windows before they left that day, as he noticed some streaks and errors in his work. After they left, I noticed there were numerous, actually just about all of the windows the other worker cleaned were streaked and looked pretty bad, a couple of towels had been left on my floor, and a straight blade was left in my courtyard area. I called Squeegee Squad and asked them if they could come back out and take a look at them, which they did the following day. Tom and Kyle had to reclean all of this other workers windows (they spent 2 hours here again on my windows) and commented on the poor quality done and Tom stated that he would be discussing this lack of quality with this worker and he was apologetic. I was horrified to learn that what I thought was a streak down the middle of one of my new french doors going out to my pool deck was actually a scratch. I literally had these new ODL Low E Impact glass doors installed 2 months earlier. Tom immediately stated that he would take care of the scratch, one way or another, and if they had to replace it, they would. After numerous attempts and ordering products, unfortunately, the glass was not capable of providing the view that it did before the Squeegee Squad mishap. It ended up with swirly scratches and a hazy blur in a section that was as bad as the scratch down the center. Tom did a pretty good job of working on the scratch and was always very pleasant. One complaint would be that I had to clean the product off the pool deck, chairs, table and windows and doors that was used to work on the damage done to the glass that got thrown off the buffer/sander tool used. The product was white and pink, as it happened two different times, and there were numerous attempts and products ordered and used to try to correct the damage done. After 32 days, it was time to throw in the towel and acknowledge that the glass would have to be replaced, and I needed to get my painters in to paint the door before company arrives. Linda stated numerous times that they were extremely busy and had some big jobs, one being $3,000 and they had to get that job done. I explained that I was happy for their success and work, but we had to get this resolved. The most surprising result out of this was that both Tom and Linda stated that they didn't think their worker did this scratch and stated that it must have been there. I explained that I would hope that as a business owner, that that would have been noted on the estimate as a disclaimer and all agreed that that significant of a scratch was acknowledged as existing prior to their work done. Tom did agree to replace the glass, and it has been ordered through my door company (Doorpro Entryway) and they are scheduled to install next week. I appreciate Tom doing what he agreed to do from the beginning; however, I will search for another window cleaner in the future. Tom stated that this worker( who did this damage) had only been with their company for 3 days and had worked in the commercial window cleaning arena; which obviously proved to be less requirement to detail and quality. I would only allow Kyle to come into my home and clean my windows from this company. I also had numerous scratches on my sliding glass windows and a couple of other windows that I did not pursue any correction on, as they were older, but there are quite a bit of scratches; obviously there was something in the workers tools or something!!

They do a very through job and I would use them again. I did not appreciate the fact that he was trying to sell me other services while cleaning the windows. And do not criticize other businesses work, wirh comments such as " we would not do it that way". Overall the job was done in an expedient time frame and was professional.

Excellent service. Contacted them via website. Got a quick response and quote. Booked it. Two gentlemen showed up on time. Their demeanors and work get a thumbs up from us!! One worked inside and the other worked outside. While they were working a neighbor asked them to stop by to give them a quote. Our neighbors had their windows washed right after our job was done!!!

It was an excellent experience. They were prompt, efficient, courteous and very professional. The services performed were excellent and the house and the windows were very clean.

Tom & Kyle, were very personable, thorough, professional and caring of my silk drapes and valances. Will highly recommend their service. Worth the price, but always wish is less.

The office personnel are GREAT and went out of their way to get my windows washed on the day I wanted. This is the 2nd time the squad did our windows. They are excellent, polite, and professional and the windows are clean.

We requested the service via e-mail. The very next business day they called to fix the appointment and to see the job area and make a quote. They were very professional; they agreed on a price and fixed a date for the job. They arrived, on time, with good equipment for the job. The cleaning was excellent, it was looking new.

Front porch and driveway were to be pressure washed; I don't believe the driveway was done. If the work was done the quality was good. I would possibly use them again.
