Called and left messages with Jenn and she never called me back to schedule.

The two gentlemen from Squeegee Squad did a great job with the inside/outside cleaning that I requested. Screens were removed, cleaned and replaced. The window tracks that were once grimy were wiped clean. They cleaned the little windows along the top of the garage door, too. They also were able to gently scrape away paint splatters that happened when the neighboring house was built. Both men were well-mannered and professional. My cleaning was scheduled to begin between 8-9:00 a.m. I received a text at 8:40 a.m. from the SS office representative that the men would be delayed by their earlier job (in downtown Tampa) and would arrive between 9:30-10:00. I received a second text when they were 15 minutes out. I VERY MUCH appreciated those text messages. I understand how work and traffic can put the best-laid schedule off course. Kudos to the Squeegee Squad for taking the time to simply keep me in the loop! When the work was completed, my previously dingy windows were crystal clear!

It went really well. it took them 3 hours or so to complete the job. They sent 3 workers to do the job. They cleaned the windows really well. I was working at home that day so I just pointed them in the direction of the windows, and they knocked it out.

This is the second year that I have used Squeegee Squad for window cleaning. From the initial communication/appointment request, to the actual services performed, I am very impressed and plan to continue using their services yearly.

Two guys showed up @ 9 am sharp. Got right to work. Two story house, driveway, sidewalks, shed. Took about 4 hours.

I called Squeegee Squad to clean our gutters. I spoke with Jen to set up an appointment. Tiffany came out the same day and provided a very reasonable estimate for the work. She was able to schedule the work for the following day. Kyle arrived on time and did a great job with the gutters. He cleaned up any mess and bagged the leaves. Jen called the next day to check to see if I was happy with everything which I thought was very good customer service. Jen, Tiffany and Kyle were all very pleasant and professional. I would definitely recommend Squeegee Squad.

Everything went very well, from my initial phone call, to the estimate, to the actual work, and then with follow-up from the company to inquire as to my satisfaction. The employees were punctual, professional and courteous, and all work was done neatly. I am extremely pleased, and I have to say that this was one of the best experiences I've ever had when hiring work performed at my home.

The entire process was seamless; we called to obtain a free estimate and Tiffany agreed to be out at our house within the next few days. She provided a very easy to understand and clear quote which allowed us to decide whether we wanted to complete all services together. They were very flexible with accomodating our schedule and agreed to schedule several weeks out so that we could avoid the tree pollen season. They confirmed our appointment the day before service and the team arrived on time if not a few minutes before I expected them. They were very meticuolous and thorough and had two (2) members of their team clean the interior while the other team members began the work outside. I worked from home while they performed this work and it was very quiet and did not disrupt my day. When the work was completed it was outstanding results; the windows were so clean that it was if they had removed the glass from the panes as the home was brighter and cleaner. Simply amazing results and the crew cleaned their work area as they worked so you didn't see any equipment or supplies lying around the home during the process.

The men arrived on time and went straight to work after explaining what they would be doing. They worked steadily and efficiently. Both were very pleasant. They worked carefully and cleaned up well after they finished.

This is the second time I've had them. The first time was absolutely perfect. The second time, I had to call them back several times to clean spots that they've missed on the windows or on the ceilings of the porches. They came back and it was good. But I had to listen to the fact that I was the only one that ever called them back so that was a little irritating. They were very polite and the people who came out was very nice. They fixed it all. I think their price was fair.
