Two men arrived and were very polite. They explained the plan on everything they would be doing, and then went to work. Windows looked great.

The first gentleman that came was not as thorough as I expected. There were still bugs that were not removed, he said it was due to the windows not opening enough for him to complete the job. I received a follow-up phone call and I was impressed when they sent another person to address my complaint. This time around I was satisfied with the cleaning. He gave me an explanation as to why there was a problem, plus gave me suggestions for the window and screens.

I've used Squeegee Squad several times in the past few years. They do a great job for the quoted/reasonable price. They show up in the promised time frame and their service techs are always pleasant and personable.

I e-mailed the company to set up an appointment for an estimate. I received a response back from Tiffany before the end of the day, setting a time for a walk around within the next day or so. Tiffany arrived promptly. I explained that I wanted the pool cage soft washed and the exterior of seven windows and four sliders cleaned. I also expressed my concern about any chemicals harming my extensive garden plants and the fish in our pond. She explained to me the process that Squeegee Squad uses and the extra care that's taken to protect the plantings before and after the pressure washing is completed. Tiffany was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. She provided me with a precise written statement of work and the cost of the service. The next day I received a follow-up email from Tiffany which included web links for me to read more in depth information about their Soft Wash system. Not only is the system gentler on cleaning screens, roofs, etc., it also includes a mold/mildew/algae preventative. On the day of our scheduled appointment, the techs arrived promptly and spent several hours washing the pool cage and supports which were very, very dirty. Before starting, they thoroughly watered all of the plants that were situated close to the screen and covered the lanai furniture with a tarp they provided. We also covered the pond with one of my tarps. After the cleaning was completed, all plants were given another washing with a special solution that neutralized the chemicals and fed the plants. Meanwhile, the windows were being hand washed to a streak free shine. This was the first time I'd ever had my windows cleaned professionally, so I was concerned that the job would not be done as well as I would have done it myself. I needn't have worried. The tech did a great job and was very patient with me looking over his shoulder, so to speak. We did a final walk-thru after all areas were cleaned. Everything was perfect. I received a follow-up "thank you" card a few weeks later which included an Angie's List form for me to submit. A final note: it's been one month since the cleanings were done. Although some plants lost leaves, none suffered any major shock and seem to be just fine. The pool cage still looks good as well.

Tom and Kyle arrived on time and went above and beyond to make my windows PERFECT. Tom checked each window several times to make sure it met his standards of perfection. They treated my windows, my leaded glass, and my home as if it were their own and used utmost care to insure nothing was harmed by the products they used. They wore shoe protectors when they came into the house to make sure no dirt got on the carpet. I could not ask for a better job or nicer people to perform the work.

Tiffany, the owner, came out to review the property to provide the estimate. She was extremely professional, thorough and detail-oriented. She explained how they would perform all the work, especially cleaning the roof. She was also extremely responsive to follow-up questions and flexible in scheduling the work. Tom McDonough - Field Manager came out with the crew to set up and make sure I understood how all the work would progress. The crew (Buddy and Kyle) was extremely thorough. They first carefully hand removed all the mud daubers from the exterior. Before Soft Washing the roof they watered down all the plant areas and added connectors from the gutter downspouts to divert water running from the roof away from the property. They use a unique approach called SoftWash which is not actually pressure washing but an approach that sanitizes the shingles which continues even after the technicians leave. A concern of roof cleaning is the breaking of tiles when someone is walking all over your roof. They work from ladders and the technician only walked on the roof area where the lanai is attached. I watched the technician do this and he was like a ballet dancer, carefully limiting the placement of his feet. It was very impressive! Once the roof and trim was cleaned they continued to water and treat the plant areas (adding good bacteria back into the soil which was removed along with the bad bacteria). Finally the lanai was pressure washed and exterior ceiling fans hand cleaned. They did an excellent job and everything, especially the roof, looks brand new!

They arrived on time and were very careful. When they found out that the gutter did not need cleaning they subtracted all but a fee from the gutter cleaning bill portion. They were very pleasant to work with.

Very professional in giving estimate (in person) and in doing the job. Wore booties inside. Windows look great, and they didn't make a mess.

Overall it went pretty well. I had to go over a couple of spots in the window frames & gutters but overall happy with the end results.

The team did a great job. They made some suggestions that hadn't been made in the past and did a great job. They didn't ruin any of my landscaping and didn't leave dirty rags behind. They were pleasant and professional in their demeanor and conversations with me and were very contentious with their work. This company is more expensive than the company I used to use but the results and lack of damage were worth it.

The workers showed the following morning, at the time they said they would, I might add! I was amazed at how quickly things happened. Once they arrived, I walked them around the house talking about the problem areas as I saw them and explaining to them exactly what my expectations were of the work to be done. I'm a real stickler about my plants, so they were even willimg to use tarps as they went along to mitigate the amount of cleaning solution that might get on them and possibly cause damage. Yes, they did use bleach, but as they explained it, it was in a very low dosage and in a system-controlled amount. They also sprayed all the plants down with some type of neutralizer once they were done. I was fortunate to get a crew of 3. They got there at 9:00 a.m. sharp, like they said they would, and did not complete the work until approximately 3:00 p.m. They did an absolutely phenomenal job. As many of you may have noticed, it has been a particularly rainy summer and the mold and mildew seems to be out of hand this year. Anyhow, once they were done, they returned things to their original location, for example, porch furniture, plant pots, mats, etc.The team lead walked me around the house at the end to make sure they didn't miss anything and I was entirely happy with everything they did. Now, I do think they were a little on the high side, but the 10% Angie's discount helped. Now that the work is done, I don't have a problem at all with the price. Keep in mind that there was a crew of 3 and it took them 6 hours. They were very thorough and did the job right. That old adage really is true -- you get what you pay for. I told them I would not hesitate to call upon them again and that they could expect a call from me around the same time next year.

I called and someone came out at my convenience to look at my roof and give me a quote for cleaning the algae off of it. She explained in detail what the process was and what my options were. She also answered all of my questions concerning soffit and roof cleaning. In addition she explained their warranty policy. About a week later I called and booked an appointment for them to do the work. They actually showed up about 1/2 hour early, did exactly what they said they would do and were mindful of my vehicles and plants. Very nice, professional workers spent a few hours working on the roof. I had to leave right before they did so I paid them. They left everything in perfect order with the exception of one window that didn't get rinsed off. Aside from this minor annoyance, I was very pleased with the work and as a stay at home Mom, I felt comfortable having this crew working around my house. I will call them again. I didn't feel comfortable giving the quality an A because of the window and there will be some time before I can tell how good of a job they did in the long term. Initially the roof looks great.

On time, polite, neat, they were professional & did good work. He was flexible and helped me not to do too many windows that would not help sell the house (some less noticed exterior/ high ones). Pricing is a bit high but they have a franchisee with insurance, etc, and did do well.
