Went excellent. Very nice and professional people to deal with.

Famulous price and service. They moved all the patio furniture and pressure washed driveway, walkways and pool deck. They then applied multiple coats of water based sealant to all the pavers. Pavers look brand new! I would hire them again in a jiffy.

Jason was extremely responsive before, during and after. John was the lead tech and very professional, personable, knowledgeable and explained everything in great detail so that we could understand. During the process Jason and John kept us advised of the progress. After the job was done, John gave us advice on how to keep the pavers looking good. Would absolutely hire them again and recommend to anyone.

Went great. They look good. They had a problem at the job before mine, so we’re a little late, but kept me informed. Explained everything and answered any questions. Left everything neat.

Premier is a family business with the work done by two or three brothers. They work hard, put in long days and finish quickly. The job was completed quickly and perfectly. Now, 9 months later, the deck is still clean, level and attractive! Overall a great job!

Jason and his team worked all day and did an amazing job on our pavers. We had a severe weed issue in the paver joints, and by the time they were finished the pavers looked brand new. They even leveled several sagging sections on our deck, and also cleaned the pool cage. They also cleaned out our pool and filter after the cleaning (twice) to ensure that our pool was clean after the job. I cannot recommend Jason and his crew enough, and we are planning on using them for yearly maintenance, so it never gets out of hand again. They are honest, neat, and extremely professional. Wonderful owner and crew. Never seen such a hard working crew! Gave me a wonderful deal because I'm an Angie's list member. Many free services added. They even cleaned my furniture, pool, and filter when they were finished.

Total professionals! They promptly responded to emails through Angie's List and even provided me with a quote via email with measurements I had from another quote. They explained the process and we arranged a time and date via phone, and were always willing to answer questions. It is the rainy season, so they proactively contacted me with a plan to get things done while working around the weather. They showed up exactly when promised, reviewed the work they were going to do, and then reviewed the completed work before they left. Everyone was so friendly and professional. When the work was complete, the man in charge came with my bill. He explained to me that he re-measured my driveway, and I actually had less square footage than they had quoted me for and he adjusted my price accordingly! I immediately recommended him to my brother! Outstanding customer service, value! I was so pleased! And they were so reasonably priced! I highly recommend this company! I couldn't believe the difference, so I took an after-picture. Fortunately, Premier took the before picture. They came one day to pressure wash the driveway (it was cloudy and overcast) and they sealed it the next day, which was nice and sunny. Please know the improvement is REAL!! My husband was out of town and when he saw them, he couldn't believe it!! He said that he had forgotten what they really looked like!

Premier Paver Restoration restored our pavers to look great again!! From the beginning to the end of the project, this family-owned business was very professional. Jason assured us that the company could restore our pavers and we would be very pleased--and we were!! The guys were informative, conscientious, hard working and thorough with each task they performed. They were also very patient with our decision making. We thought the price was very fair. All of our questions were answered and they followed through with everything we contracted for. They did a fabulous job, transforming our pavers to beauty and we are very pleased. Our experience with this company was wonderful and we highly recommend them.

This small family company went far above expectations when they worked to level several areas of my 10-yr-old travertine deck. They then pressure-washed the deck, let it dry and sealed it. The work was excellent, and they even cleaned and sealed the travertine cap on some light pillars and a wall around the deck! Unexpected, but appreciated.

The pavers looked great when they completed their cleaning and sealing. However,they left the site in an un-workmanship like condition. When it was brought to Jason's attention they returned and cleaned up the complete work site. They were very apologetic for the oversight and immediately went about correcting the problems. When they left everything had been corrected to class A condition.

Having operated my own business for 35 years I can assure you this is an A+ Company. Their professionalism, attention to detail and overall quality of work exceeded my expectations in every way. This family run business takes great pride in what they do and have that customer is always right attitude that is hard to find these days. Definitely would highly recommend!

Everything went so well from my first call to Jason Henke to the completion of the job. This family owned company is very reliable, professional, experienced, courteous and efficient. It was worth every penny. Jason kept us abreast of the time, his brothers, John and Eric, would be here. They removed all of the furniture, cushions, etc. from the lanai placing some in our house and others on the grass in the yard. They even thought to take photos of where the furniture was so that they could return everything to the right place at the end of the job which was completed in one day. Since we were a repeat customer and they had applied a coating that was durable two years ago, the job went quickly. It was, approximately, 6 hours start to finish. They even repaired part of the stone wall on our patio that had come away because of the thick roots from a nearby plant and when they noted that one of the pavers in the driveway had a hole in it, they replaced that paver. What a joy to have people take pride in their work and value their customers. Excellent! Excellent!

The job went very well. Josh the salesman communicated very well with us before the project. Eric and his team and the head technician communicated to us what they thought the problems were with our pavers, and the various steps they could take to repair them. They even gave us some service for free in order to get the pavers back to their original color. The guys came on time and stayed all day -- into the early evening to get the job done. They were very neat and left our pool clean also, which did not happen with the last guy. The driveway and walkways came out spotless also! I recommend them highly and plan to use them in the future. We have a very large lanai and 3 car garage/driveway, so the quote from pressure washing companies is always high. Josh gave us a couple of discounts for using Angie's list and Google, so he gave us a very competitive quote.

Thank God for Premier paver restoration. My pavers were less than 3 years old, but looked like they were 30 years old after they were done incorrectly by the 2 companies I hired to condition them. Premier pavers have to be the best contractors I have ever seen perform their work. My pavers look new again, something I never thought I would ever see again. My advice to all that are reviewing this; do not waist your time with any other companies for this type of work. They are completely professional with an unparalleled work ethic, and the unbelievable part is they do not break the bank, their prices are completely reasonable. Going forward they will be performing all my paver needs which is considerable.

This was a great experience. Jason, the owner, was very responsive, professional and nice. He showed up when he said he would and did the job that he promised The results were beautiful. This company uses high quality products and explained their products. They also went above and beyond just cleaning and sealing our pavers. For instance, they gladly removed all the furniture and other items from the lanai area and replaced them as part of the service. Other companies charge up to $200 to do this. Jason's partner, Joe, who did the work, was so pleasant to deal with and helpful too. During the process he would keep us informed of how things were going and show us "before and after" areas of the deck so we could see the difference in how the cleaning and sealing was going. Overall we were extremely happy with this company and will use them again in the future.

Showed up exactly when they said. Called back every time on the day they said they would. Called ahead of appointments. Got back to me on getting references. Very polite. Workers were friendly and polite. The product looks great. Very neat and helpful with moving furniture out of pool area and putting it all back at the end. Could not have asked for a more pleasant experience and great work as well. Would recommend them to anyone and hire them again for sure!!!!!

The whole process was so professionally done. They cleaned the pavers first with a professional scrubber, pressure washed and then the sanded and sealed I think 3 times. They were at it all day. They got down on their knees and used a rag to make sure the sand was properly embeded and just did an unbelievable job. Jason, John and the other two men were very polite and very knowledgeable and explained the whole process to me. The pavers looked brand new when they were finished. They cleaned out my pool and the filters and helped me put all the furniture back. I fully receommend them. Not to mention they were the best priced.

So glad I decided to go with Premier Paver Restoration. They are gems! They were prompt, very hard working, very courteous and explained every step of the process that was going to happen each day and each day showed you the progress before they left. They even called one time when they were going to be a little late. Price I believe was very fair for all the work that had to be done.

This family owned company has the kind of work ethic that deserves high praise! They arrived on time and were always polite. The old sealant had soaked through the entire pavers and every time they took one layer off another layer would rise to the top. The work was time consuming so on the second day they added another crew of workers at no extra cost. When they finished applying the new sealant the pavers looked brand new! No more milky white areas! I highly recommend this company and would certainly use them again!
