We recently had our pavers pressure washed and sealed by Premier Paver Restoration. I must admit it was a delightful experience! Not only were the "gentlemen" knowledgeable, professional and skilled, but they were very personable, respectful and highly courteous. John, Aden and Sam worked like a "well-greased" family machine assisting each other in the process. The family is very accommodating and even offered to reposition some damaged bricks. They also power washed our sidewalk! This is a family owned business that takes pride in their work. The operation was flawless from the very beginning when their brother Jason, also very courteous and respectful, presented us with a reasonable estimate for the job. He frequently checked in on the process to make sure that we were satisfied. This is a dynamite team! There is not enough that I can say about this company! No wonder they consistently are given Super Service Awards by Angi. You can not do better than hire Premier Paver Restoration! We recommend them highly!

Not only would we hire this company again, but we have also recommended them to our entire community. I cannot remember when I have seen a crew more enthusiastic, professional, and conscious of their customer than the crew that was sent to do our work. Each member of the crew worked continuously and made sure we were happy with each step of the process. This was truly a GREAT job from the estimate to the cleanup.

Excellent. They called prior to arriving as we requested, arrived on time and did a fabulous job. The pool cage is so clean, it’s like looking through glass. And the sealant on the stone is beautiful. Plus they moved plants and stands out, and brought them back in when they were finished. Highly recommend them, in fact we have already passed their info to our neighbor.

Excellent. Premier Paver Restoration performed all aspects of their job with precision. They informed us of the steps that were taken as they progressed with the job. Their performance was beyond compare. They worked in harmony with each other, cleaning as they went, as it was a messy process to remove previous sealing that was applied when pavers were wet and caused a white film to appear on all of my pavers. So, performance was EXCELLENT! The finished job was perfection. All white chalky stains were removed, sand was applied and sealer was applied (3 coats). I can't say enough about this excellent company. I would recommend them to anyone. Five Stars!!!

Arrived on time. Courteous. Carefully and safely moved furniture pieces out of screened pool area (and returned it all back to original locations before leaving). Pressure washed entire area, stripped off old sealer, and applied 3 new coats. Looks absolutely gorgeous! Returned next day as promised to clean the pool. Will absolutely use them again, and will recommend them to others.

This company is a gem. Jason was the estimator and listened to my requests carefully. He included many items that I wasn't even aware of but were legitimate improvements. His quote was not the lowest but the way he went about his business convinced me to go with PPR. I was not disappointed. Eric and his brothers showed up and were a delight to deal with. They explained everything they were going to do and then over two days, they did it and more. They went above and beyond the quoted work. My pavers looked like new when they were done. I highly recommend this company. Do yourself a favor. If you have a need for their type of services, hire them. You wont be disappointed.

The reviews are 100% accurate with this company. We called Jason for a quote about a month ago. He showed up in the pouring rain to keep his promise by completing an estimate! He was professional, friendly and gave us options. We decided to go with his services. His two employees, Joe and Liam showed up on 1/21/20 to complete the job. They were both extremely professional, friendly and hard working. They removed all the furniture, plants etc from the pool area. They power washed and sealed the entire area. They then put everything back to its exact place. AND they skimmed and vacuumed the pool AND cleaned the filter. They pavers look like new. They also power washed our driver way and sidewalks. I definitely recommend them and will reuse them again when needed.

The Premier Paver Restoration boys performed a lot of work on our household. They re-leveled our travertine, among with sealing our travertine and pavers. They also pressure washed our driveway. They took their time and accomplished what we liked. They always put their customers first and are very respectful and put your opinions first in what the customer would like. If we ever need pressure washing or our travertine resealed and re-leveled we will be hiring them again. Dustin, Sam, and Jason all did a terrific job, and Jason supervised in making sure the work was being done right. We will refer them to everyone because they did a great job.

Better than I ever imagined. This was a big job since the previous sealer was oil based so had to be stripped off completely before the new sealer could be applied. Jason, our sales rep, explained everything thoroughly and was a total professional. Joe and Liam were the lead technicians and they were on the job throughout the two day process. They went above and beyond the call of duty and did a perfect job! We could never use another company.

Jason, John and the team are amazing to work with. They are honest, hardworking and totally customer focused!! My pavers were a mess and now they look new again. They are paver experts that are exceptional in their workmanship and absolutely the best in this field.

Jason promptly came out and provided a detailed quote with several options. We scheduled a date and the 3 person crew arrived promptly. They were very polite, professional and hard workers. They did a fantastic job and kept me informed of their progress during the day.

Jason and his team are exceptional. I was very skeptical at first only because of prior bad experiences, but in this case I was pleasantly surprised. The professionalism, respect, work ethic, and pride these guys have shown I haven't seen in a long time. I highly recommend them. Use them. You won't be disappointed.

It was a triple A service. They were wonderful. They are very friendly and confident.

Outstanding! From first contact with Jason, it was clear that he was skilled at the assessment piece, and also clear in providing information to help me understand the process. He pointed out areas that would need to be re-levelled and /or re-mortared. We discussed options for some broken pavers as well as another area that I had not planned - to power wash and stain concrete. Some areas were added at no charge. The estimate was completed before he left, included Angie's discount...a very acceptable price. Over the course of the next 2 weeks or so, I attempted to compare this with 2 other companies...no comparison! 4 other members of this family-owned and operated business – hard working, no complaining, no cut corners - did the work over a 3 day period (slight delay due to rain) and for me, this project was completed in an 'easy' and stress free manner! Everything was done as promised, including clean up, and the results are beyond what I thought I could expect! From start to finish, I had many questions , all were answered clearly, patiently and in a timely manner. If only more companies had the personal and professional work ethic demonstrated by Premier Paver Restoration!

I contacted Jason for an estimate largely because of the superb reviews his company had. He arrived as scheduled, took measurements and explained the color restoration and sealant process for Travertine. He was polite, professional and offered what I felt was a reasonable offer. The work did have to be scheduled approximately 2 months from then, but I can understand why this company is so busy. On day one, Eric and Dustin arrived, removed the furniture and pressure washed the travertine, birdcage, screen, driveway, walkway, sidewalks, front patio and border stones. Eric reviewed the sealant process and timeline for travertine again. When it was time for the color restoring sealant, Sam and John arrived, working it in on their hands and knees. Jason also returned to review the completed restoration. The following day, John and Sam returned to replace the furniture and also cleaned out the pool. John reviewed the care and maintenance of the sealant before leaving. Everyone of these guys displayed professionalism and manners that you just don't see anymore. They were not only over-the -top courteous, but were personable, friendly and aimed to please in every way possible. My travertine looks like new again! I would recommend this family owned and run company without hesitation. Thanks guys!

I reached out to Jason to come out while I was in town & he made sure to do an assessment of my pavers in the few days I was available. While I was more concerned about the cleaning aspect, he addressed multiple issues that I may have wanted to consider. I’m glad he did a thorough assessment & brought to my attention these additional considerations in an effort to get the pavers back in top notch condition. It took a few months to schedule a date to perform the work as he had a number of jobs to complete before availability. Through these several weeks, I had multiple questions/concerns. Whether it was a phone call, text or e-mail, Jason was extremely prompt in returning my messages. I couldn’t be happier with his communication throughout this process. Aside from the cleaning & coating of the pavers, he spot replaced broken/cracked pavers & re-leveled all the corners that were separating due to the erosion that was occurring beneath them. To prevent such a future issue from occurring again, they cemented a border around these corners to keep the pavers tight & inhibit them from moving apart. Since I reside out of town, he sent me photos of the completed job of before & after at my request. The difference was night & day. It looked like I had new pavers installed. I was able to see the work in person a few weeks later & it only verified what I saw in the photos. The pavers were so colorful compared to their dull look prior to hiring Premier Paver Restoration. Completely amazed how great they look.....thank you for a great job & being pleasant to deal with.

Contacted Premier Paver in September. Received a free estimate that included pool deck, walkway pavers, driveway and sidewalks - the estimate was incredibly reasonable. Jason was very professional, and included the Angies List discount without even asking. When work day arrived the team moved all my patio furniture outside and went to town. I have never seen my pool deck look so good. Would hire them again in an instant, and will have them back for the recommended "annual maintenance!"

Family owned and operated business which takes pride in their work! Jason and Sam arrived at scheduled time and completed the job. Our pavers around the pool, lanai, front porch, and sidewalk look restored and beautiful. Clean up was excellent down to the cleaning of all of the sliding glass doors. With the Angies list discount their price was the lowest quote I received. I would not hesitate to use this company again.

This was by far an extremely positive experience for our family. We called about a week ago for a quote and the job was completed yesterday. Everyone we dealt with was extremely professional, courteous, and patient with my family. Mike and Joe even took the extra time to repair some pavers they noticed were loose due to tension from the pool fence. Thank you!

Excellent! I would give them 10 stars. They are courteous, professional and very ethical. This is the second time I’ve used them and now my neighbors are also! They will do their best to move your work date up if they are running ahead. Jason and his crews are hard workers and they are worth every penny. No more picking around the pavors with a screw driver for me! I just contact them when the work needs to be done.
