Everything went smoothly. Got it all done in one day. The Project Manager stopped by to make sure everything was up to specs. The Quality Assurance manager came by as well and made sure whatever needed to be corrected got done as well. They left me feeling that I would use them again because I definitely need more work done.

Everything went well, satisfied with all communication and installation. Would recommend Power Home Remodeling to others.

Windows look great. Installers were on time and very friendly. Explained what they were doing as they were installing and how things worked afterwards. Cleaned up afterwards.

The company is top notch in communication! Everyone I spoke to was extremely professional, patient, and explained things in a manner that was very easy to understand! The installers showed up on time, and were just as professional as everyone else! They were definitely experts in their field. They were polite, responsive, and all around really cool guys! They made very little mess, and cleaned up very well. They also didn't hesitate to tell me how much they love working for this company...both said Power is the best company they've worked for! They also took the time to show me all of the functions of the windows. By the way, the windows are now the nicest looking part of my house!

I should have known when on the initial phone call, that they insisted on my wife being present that it was going to be a high pressure sale. It’s too bad since they appeared to have a good product, but I was suspicious right from the start and their “sign right now” discount didn’t make me feel any better. We looked at two other reputable companies whose prices were below Power’s discounted price. Another area of suspicion was their claim that they could do 15+ windows in one day.

WOW!! From our initial consult to the completion of our HUGH project Power Home Remodeling are truly professionals. From our sales consultant Steven S. (no pressure) measured all the windows, initially we were only going to do the bottom floor of the house but decided if we were going to do it, do it right!! Glenn G. came remeasured, answered concerns about a passthrough in the kitchen (pulled that window off the install list need to replace my passthrough or make it a regular window sill before they can custom make that window). If I had any other questions I contacted Ryan at home office. Day of install went smoothly, was called by my Project Mgr. Travis, gave me the name of my Crew leader and expected time of arrival. Chris, team leader and his crew of 3 came on time. These guys were AWESOME! A well orchestrated team, Chris gave them instructions and they went to work!! They all worked well together and didn't stop from 8:15am till 7:45pm!

Our window installation went beautifully! Everyone at Power was extremely professional, polite and respectful. The entire process went very smoothly and we are quite pleased with our finished product. The new windows look beautiful and we are excited to see our upcoming energy savings.

On time, efficient, and neat. Wiring not compatible w/ available Programmable thermostat so not installed. Good clean-up of job site. Wind brought in film of fine powder which they were not aware of. If you get this kind of work done (where PVC is being sawed) cover furniture during construction and don't hang around breathing the dust. The workers were very nice, polite, and careful of their surroundings.

Best remodeling experience ever. Arrived on time. Took great care removing windows and installing new windows. This was a messy job and the workers cleaned up after themselves and left no mess at all! Love our new windows!

Communication and work was very professional and punctual. We are very pleased with the results and workmanship. Travis, Brian and his crew were top notch and worked continuously on the job on a Saturday until completed. Explanation of what they were doing and why, and clean up afterwards was excellent. Would definitely hire again when/if more windows are required.

Salesman was polite and extremely helpful with explaining and showing us the products and options. Once the decision was reached it was scheduled and the process went quick and correct. The installation crew was fantastic. They knew what needed to be done and completed the install quickly and efficiently. We were 100% satisfied and would definitely be using Power again.

These people have no customer perspective. It started with the initial visit. While Joey was pleasant enough, their process wasted my time. First he asked me for information, which was okay—a little detailed and irritating, but okay. Then he put me on the phone with someone, and I had to give the same information all over again. Why should I waste my time doing that, when I had already done it once? He should’ve been the one to pass the information on, not me. The customer shouldn’t have to do their work for them. Then this morning I got the call to confirm my appointment. When I said my wife wouldn’t be here, he insisted she had to be. Who’s the customer here? Why should my wife and I have to rearrange things to meet their needs? If we feel she doesn't need to be here, that's our business and we shouldn't have to bend to meet their needs. Again, they showed no concept of a customer perspective. I cancelled the appointment. Also, I had made it clear several times that I was only interested in getting estimates on the windows in my sunroom, but their people ignored that. They need to learn that they need to be meeting their customer needs, and not vice versa. I figure if they're this bad when they're trying to get my business and have to be ’nice’ to me, they're only going to be worse when it comes to doing the actual work. I preferred to share this information with them privately, but when I replied to their appointment confirmation email, it came back undelivered. So this is the only way I know to make them aware that they have a real customer perspective issue.

They wasted 15 hours of my time. 1st sales person took 6 hours and measured and showed me the product. Price was WAY TOO HIGH and high pressure to "do it now" for the lowest price. 2nd sales person took 2+ hours and measured and showed me the same product. Offered me some flexible scheduling, no finance pricing and I signed the contract. They even did a credit check on me. NOW a "pre-inspection" measure the windows people came by, ONE HOUR LATE, taking 3 hours of my time THEN they proceed to tell me that the manufacturer can't make my arch in front. I tell them to take all their stickers off the windows and he "proceeds" to rip the film that is on the window and leaves the wet trash for me to pickup and me to put all my things back the way they were. WASTE OF TIME..... Just replacement of BUILDER WINDOWS and they are telling me they can't make the arch after wasting all my time with 3 different appointments. They wanted to know if i just wanted to do the 2 back windows and not the front or cancel the contract. SOMETHING SMELLS FISHY

The team at Power has been wonderful to work with. From our first very detailed meeting, where their services were explained and the window product was introduced and tested for us, to dealing with the issues that arose with the manufacture and shipping of our windows, to the actual installation of the windows, our interactions with the representatives of this company were extremely professional and courteous. Throughout the process, the company stayed in close contact with us, and the project manager spent the entire installation time at our home, monitoring all aspects of the work the installation crew was performing. When issues arose, he was on hand to address them immediately and resolve them quickly to everyone's satisfaction. Everyone associated with the installation was extremely knowledgeable and skilled, and we were very impressed on how well they functioned as a team. Everything promised when the contract was signed was delivered. Only the windows were replaced at this time, as the sliding glass doors did not meet the company's expectations and standards, and had to be sent back for improvements and retesting. This company offers a lifetime warranty for its products and will not put its name on a product that isn't simply the very best. We have had major remodeling jobs performed on our home in the past, but this job was by far the best one we have experienced. We would not hesitate to hire them again.
