Incredibly predatory company, taking advantage of elderly people. One of their consultants in Florida - Charles [Information Redacted] - spent hours in an elderly family members home trying to convince them they need work done that doesn't need to be done. He also was there into the evening (past 10pm) trying to wear them down into making a decision. He is also using fear tactics, claiming that if the windows aren't done, someone could break in.

They installed the windows on schedule with minimal disruption (I was working from home while they were removing the old windows and installing the new ones). A few months later one window developed a crack. I notified them and supplied photographs of the window. They determined that the crack was due to a defect in the window and they came out and replaced the cracked window quickly and free of charge.

I'd advise you to look elsewhere guys. First, the actual windows are good quality and installed well. That is why my review isn't 1 star. However, we found the following items after the installation: 1. Trash left around various places around the yard (a plastic scrap was literally left on top of an apple in our fruit basket. Did not get a picture of that though.) 2. A connection was broken in our drip irrigation system, causing water to s*** and flood our garden in the morning (didn't notice that until the next morning) 3. There is a new chip on our front porch right in the middle of where you walk up onto it 4. One of the windows had a lot caulk smeared on it. Surprised cleaning the windows after installation is not part of the process. This was all disappointing as the salesman touted you all as having "white glove installation services" and it being a big selling point of his. Granted, yes this was a salesman but still it was surprising to come across all of the above listed items. However, all of the above is not why I am giving two stars. It's Power HRG's response (well, lack thereof) which is why I am being rightfully critical. I can honestly say this may have been the worst customer service experience I have ever had. This whole process has been one-sided. Meaning I have had to painstakingly pull forward this process from start to finish. I have never gotten a response from from my many e-mails. Nothing gets done without me calling to check in. I never heard the word "sorry" once until right at the end after mentioning so. Power paid for the repair to my irrigation system and told me there was nothing they could do about the new crack right in the middle of our front porch because we couldn't find the matching tile. Really? NOTHING you can do huh?? So what we ultimately got were good quality windows (not cheap!) and an additional full day's worth of work (also not cheap) of additional homework we did not sign up for where we had to clean up their mess for them. You guys show no respect for your customer's time or that you care at all about their concerns once the installation is done. I added some pictures from their "Customer Bill of Rights" so you can read my experience and read how they contradicted these.

They have been the worst contactor we have ever used. They installed our windows in June 2022. Window installation was atrocious. Our neighbors even called us in NY to tell us how bad the windows looked. Called them several times to come look at them and fix. Never a call back. Finally said we would get a Lawyer. Came out and said they had never seen any installation that bad. Think about that. The repair guy tell us he has never seen an installation like that!! Couldn't fix then because no materials on truck. Had to call them again. Came out to fix after over 6 months. Couldn't complete job because not enough materials to fix completely. Told us they would be back. That was 2 months ago. Don't walk away from this company, run!!!!!!.

We had an excellent experience. The salesman was very knowledgeable. And the installation was so smooth. The guys worked as a team, and very friendly.I could go on and on about the installers,they were so great. I would recommend this company highly. My windows look fantastic.

My overall experience was positive. Power has a good process. You should follow-up though. Due to supply there was a delay so I did check status. They don’t tell you automatically. Install took a full day for 5 larger windows. However, the product is good quality and my installer and his assistant were pleasant and professional. Explained removal and installation process.

Not well. I ****** off the sales person because I didn't want to hear his lengthy pitch. I feel bad about that, because he was knowledgeable, and they seem like a good company, but I really just want to hear the bottom line, and he refused to give it to me without forcing me to listen to his presentation. Amazingly he said he was shortening it for me, so just be prepared to spend two hours. Ultimately, I didn't use them because they are WAY more expensive. But I also found the way they communicate with customers to be really off-putting. I had to talk to a total of four people (all of whom asked me the same questions repeatedly) just to get a quote. That seems like a bad business model, but I'm sure some folks might appreciate it.

Signed papers in July 2021 and received an install date of Dec 8th & 9th. they called at 4:45 PM on Dec 6th to say they had to postpone due to delivery issues. They were to call back on Jan 4th with an update. They did not call on Jan 4th and they have not called to reschedule at all and it is now Jan 18th. Everyone knows there are shipping issues but their phones aren't stuck on a shipping container at a port. This is horrible customer service and especially considering they called us 4x in one day to make sure we would be at home as stated for the salesperson. Called the number they called me from this morning and goes directly to voicemail. Call the "cookie guy" as they call him because I can tell you from past experience his company calls their customers. Avoid this company!! Update 2-24-22 Came out last week of February to finally install windows. One window didn't make it. Update 5-23-22 still waiting on one screen. The screw holes are still open because they haven't come out to finish them now that it is inspected. If you want a never ending job, these are the people to call. Seriously avoid at all costs. I can take some comfort in knowing I have told 4 people that were inquiring about windows to not use them and explained our story. One did go with Weather Tite Windows :) Absolutely horrible Customer Service. One screen and the screw holes need to be covered and the slats to hide the slider hardware sill need to be installed. This whole thing has been a ten month process and it is not done. Sadly I didn't know the screen was missing until after I paid them. So make d*** sure you inspect everything if you do use this horrible company. Will never recommend and will continue to help people not make the mistake I did in using Power Home.

Roof was installed at GREAT cost. Wind mitigation was deemed poor by an inspector. I was lied to that the work would be the best and the wind mitigation was good. NO INSURANCE DISCOUNT DUE TO POOR ROOF TIE DOWNS. AVOID THIS EXPENSIVE COMPANY!!!

The execution of the new roof went ok… the supplier delivered the incorrect shingle and it wasn’t discovered until late in the process but the team recovered well and was able to finish the next day. The job itself was done very well, all of my neighbors commented that it seemed like the team did the work the “right” way. What wasn’t optimal was the coordination and follow up. It took a few texts, etc., to get updates. The inspection (apparently) was scheduled without coordinating with me so I had to rearrange my day…at this point I still don’t know what time the inspection is happening. Being more proactive with communication and coordination would have made this five star.

They signed a contract and was told because I beat them up on price last time I bought windows from them, they were not going to honor the contract. In the contact the company can cancel within 45 days. This 45 day has passed. Shane Kee stated he sent a letter to me. I asked for the delivery confirmation. You would send a certified letter of cancelation on a contract... Shane could not product a letter of any kind. He couldn’t provide it because there was never a company letter of canceling my contract. I was also told that they are a billion dollar company and they can cancel anyone's contract for any reason. I stated that you are canceling my contract because you don't like me... He stated yes. And stated again we are that big that we can do that. I have been on the phone to let someone from corporate to know that this guy is tearing up legal contracts just because he didn't like me. He also stated that I berated his employees and threw money at them...$150. And required that they install and take down my blinds. TRUTH: I paid the guy 150$ to take the blinds down. He took the money and was humbled by the offer. I bought everyone 🍕 pizza and smoked three blunts with the crew threw out the day. I also gave them near expired budlight beer. So Shane Kee lied and made up these allegations. I had this company put window in my house in 2019. There are no notes in there system at ALL in reference to his above allegations. Shane Kee held a grudge for for years because I has him lower his price by $7'000.00. I couldn't afford it. They signed a contract and did the work. I never made a complaint with this company until now. Please also keep in mind when the sales rep came to my house this time. He gave a quote and I signed the contract. I didn't ask for a dime discount. I can now afford the windows, so I didn't need to tell them that I can't afford this, I went with the 1st offer. I can't believe they have senior sales management throwing away $22'079.00 contract. The sales rep is also out of his commission. SO IF THEY WILL TREAT THERE OWN EMPLOYEES THIS WAY... YOU SHOULD CONSIDER DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY. Also keep in mind that if I had to berated, threw money in the air,....WHY WOULD I CALL THEM BACK TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN!!!!! THE ANSWER IS THAT I WOULD NOT.

The whole experience was amazing. From the day Bill knocked on our door till the windows were installed. They were professional and very warm. Our experience Bill was also awesome with the inspection. We’re sending a big shout out the POWER REMODELING CO. And of course the employees. Especially Bill! Thanks again for a job well done.

Excellent. Salesperson was very thorough and no pressure. Company kept me informed of delivery date and install date. Workers were punctual and very polite. Company quality assurance was onsite to check all details of the window install and answer any questions or concerns.

Fantastic from start to finish. Every person we have come in contact from this company has been amazing. Our new windows look fantastic. Would most definitely highly recommend. Thank you all so much!

Despite Covid-19 set back on the start date, the team came when they stated, let me know how long it would take, and they were "spot on" . They cleaned up after their work leaving my home in the same shape that they found it . The gentleman walked me through how to open, close, and clean the windows before the team left. While there was a bit of a language barrier between myself and the team ( as they were fluent in Spanish, but I am not) we managed to communicate effectively.

On time and did an excellent job. Love the new windows. will use them to replace the rest of the windows.

The company refused to schedule an estimate without my husband being present.

It went very well. Everything was very professional. They came in and we're very effecient. They were in and out. They were very clean and everything went very well.

This is a pushy, aggressive business. I had a VERY unpleasant experience with this company today. I checked Angie'[s List for window replacement companies, four came up on my list. I was immediately contacted by phone. This company was calling me from PA for Florida replacement windows. I was having trouble hearing Joe and asked twice for him to call me back on my land line, and he would not do it, instead he made suffer through the call even though I could not hear him and had to keep asking for him to repeat himself. I was asked who's names were on the deed to my property and he insisted that both me and my husband be here. I had all least 5 calls verifying my information. I got so frustrated repeating my information over and over again I cancelled my appointment and called someone else.

It went swimmingly and it doesn’t mean the water was leaking in like ****. These guys did a great job.
