Peter's Pressure Washing

I had three companies come do estimates. I chose Peter's because they seemed the best match for the job, said they could do all the work (one other company wanted me to hire a specialist to do the leveling), and seemed quite trustworthy. All estimates were roughly similar in pricing. I am very happy with the choice, and I would definitely recommend them. The job came out great, and the lanai is looking so much better. I added another walkway the day of the appt and they were happy to do it for a reasonable additional price. It seems the large cost is in the sealing, the pressure washing itself isn't nearly as much. I will certainly have them out in the future, and plan to have them out to wash the roof at some point soon.

Terrible experience, didn't completely clean my gutters...supposed to been low pressure cleaning and left my pool screen hanging. I gave him the opportunity to fix the screen and come back and completely clean the gutters as agreed upon, after several emails he didn't get paid and I am looking for a company that guarantee their work. Will not recommend this company to anyone unless you want a quick service with less quality work. I will post pictures later of the pool deck and screen (before and after). He told me that low pressure is what he guarantees, blamed my screens of being old, but he only blew out one....now I am stuck with another bill of having it fixed.

Peter came as scheduled to give an estimate and coordinate a time for work to be done. Kevin and his assistant showed up on time, were courteous and professional. After the work was completed we did an inspection and were very pleased with the results. The house and gutters look brand new again. The sidewalk and driveway look as they did when I bought this house 11 years ago. I will be calling Peter annually to perform his pressure washing magic and will certainly recommend him to friends and family.

I used this company about 18 months ago for our driveway, so I was happy to have them do the entire house. I contacted them two weeks ago, and Peter came out the next day, on time, to do a review and estimate, and we agreed on a date for work to be performed. His two workers arrived on time at 9am, calling me to let me know they were on their way. They estimated that they would be done in about 4 hours, and they did that. The work was great. I will certainly recommend them in the future. One neighbor advised me to make sure they knew about the Styrofoam (?) borders around the garage that can damage quickly under high pressure. When they arrived, before I could ask them about it, they already were aware of it and have encountered it with other homes. They told me how they use a low pressure on it without damaging the border.

I had called Peter on a Saturday night because my mother-in-law got a notice from her homeowner's association to clean her fascia, so we decided to just do the whole house. I was leaving town the next day for a week and wanted to make sure I had someone lined up to take care of her. Peter returned my call that same night, explained his services, including the importance of using the right pressure and cleaners on the house, lest you damage the paint and end up with water in your attic and interior portions of the house. I gave him the address and other basic information and he worked up an estimate over the next several hours and emailed it to me, along with proof of his license and insurance (which I had not asked for). This was all a sign of good service.We coordinated a day/time, and Peter's crew showed up as promised and did a great job. In fact, the original estimate was for $435 (house only) but once he was there, my mother-in-law decided to do the driveway also, and they worked up an additional price on the spot and did the driveway too. I definitely plan to use Peter's Pressure Washing when I have to do my own house in a couple of years--I would highly recommend his services to anyone.

I am so happy with Peter's service, I can't tell you. My gutters all around my house were gross. I had tried several cleaners myself and could not get them any cleaner than they were. They look brand new now, thanks to Peter and his business associates. I also had my pool deck pavers sealed on the same day. My patio shines and looks gorgeous!! Now I have the incentive to take care of my patio. These young men are extremely professional and did a marvelous job. Don't hesitate to use them!

I had Peter clean my cage in Nov 13. His prep work and cleaning solution made my white cage last with out cleaning until now -- amazing. He was so good that I had him do my entire house this year. Maybe a slight more expensive than some -- but as always, you get what you pay for. Lots of folks come around to power wash. I have used them and was never satisfied plus many drag their equipment across your yard. Peter's equipment is immaculate and remains in the street (just the hose and wand travels across your property) -- you can tell a professional by the condition of his equipment. Peter did the work last time -- this time Kevin and another came -- just as professional as Peter. His technique using his cleaning solution allows him to use less pressure which is good for your paint and stucco. I believe why his cleaning lasts for such a long time is that he kills the bacteria/algae producing stuff with his cleaning solution instead of just blasting it off. He is prompt, on time, always answers his phone (or returns calls quickly), and is always ready to explain the entire process and job -- just a great young man. Will not use another vendor on my property except Peter. Will call him soon to strip the old sealer off my travertine so that new sealer can be applied. Could not be more satisfied.

He was very good. I had no problems with it. He was very prompt and thorough. He did a great job. He was responsive and came when he said he would come. He cleaned up everything after himself. I was very satisfied.

Peter and Kevin are very thorough. They removed all the dirt, mold/mildew and grime. Nice guys, very personable and professional. They are coming back soon to do the guest house. Great job!

Great job! The house looks amazing, all the pollen, mold and dirt is gone. I did not think the driveway was going to look like new again. The white vinyl fence is no longer green. Thanks guys for a job well done.

We called them and they responded on same day. They came out and did an excellent job on our very large driveway. They were very efficient and professional. We would highly recommend them.

Peter did a good job cleaning my home, however he did a lot of damage to my plants. On the phone before he came out here I questioned him about any risk to my plants and he said there was no risk. He came into my back porch to clean the screens and broke several of my potted plants. There a couple that may not recover. On the front porch he also broke several of my potted plants, two have died and two more are likely to die. I had 90 caladiums planted around the house. All were damaged with burns to the leaves and a couple have died due to the bulbs being severly damaged. .I showed him the broken plants before he left and he assured me that that they would recover. I asked that he note the damage on the invoice and he would not. So I wrote it on the invoice before I signed it. When I later called peter about the damage he said he would give me a gift card if the plants do not recover in time. Nice offer but he just doesn't get it. I grew all of my potted plants from seeds. Lots of time and work. Had Peter been honest with me in the beginning I could have taken precautions. I would have covered my plants with tarps and brought my potted plants inside or out of his way. But my house is clean.

Outstanding service. Peter takes incredible pride in his service. His team was on time and very professional. They cleaned our entire home from roof to driveway pavers. Everything looks new. The weather presented a few delays, but they remained on-site and worked around the weather. Peter returned the next day to touch up one area and make sure we were satisfied. Peter was able to come out the day after I called, and rearrange his schedule to arrive when I needed him to. He did an excellent job cleaning the screen and patio, and I'm very pleased with the results.

He also power washed all the sidewalks, front patio area, and driveway. He was very professional, on-time, and did an excellent job on everything. We will definitely use him again and recommend him. Our home, garage, screened porch, driveway and sidewalks look amazing!

Peter was on time. He did a fantastic job. None of my shrubs were affected. I would hire him again. He will be doing my gutters and down spouts at the end of April. I would highly recommend his services.

I called Peter for an estimate on 3/7/2014 (in response to an HOA letter to clean mold from my home's fascia and pressure wash the drive and sidewalk) . Peter offered to come by that afternoon to give me an estimate. I already had plans to be elsewhere so we agreed that Peter would check out my pressure washing needs and leave an estimate tucked in the front door. I had the promised estimate when I got home later that evening. I called Peter a couple of days later to set up an appointment for the pressure washing. We agreed on 3/28/2014 between 2:30 and 3:00pm (I wanted to put off the pressure washing until after roofing work had been completed in the first 2 weeks of March). Peter told me that he would call me on the 28th to let me know when he'd be arriving. On the evening before the appointment, 3/27/2014, Peter called to verify our appointment and time frame. 3/28/2014, Peter called about 1/2 an hour before he arrived to let me know that he was on the way. He arrived a few minutes early and got right to work. He was able to get out a couple of sidewalk stains that previous pressure washing efforts by other companies had left behind. I also noticed that he cleaned off the mud dauber wasp nests from the ceilings of my rear patio and front porch. Everything that Peter cleaned looks much better than the work of a previous pressure cleaning company. I'll be using Peter's Pressure Washing again. .

The house and driveway had several rust stains that were completely removed. All work was completed on time and very professionally.

Went quick- I can't believe how white our front walk and driveway are! Not only that, but all the mold and dirt splash staining on the house is gone- it feels brighter outside. Some of our old paint was cracked/peeling, and very little fell/broke off during the process. In contrast, the first provider I contacted for an estimate (that was twice the price) told me a bunch of paint would come off and it would probably peel off some of my wood- that did not happen. We have to have the house painted later in the year but this really allows us to get a better picture of what we'll need. We have a homeowner's insurance inspection and I was nervous about it. I was so happy with the work on the house/drive, I scheduled a 2nd visit to do our pool/patio area. He even got our old plastic patio table, though I had forgotten to tell my husband to ask him about it while I was out running errands- I was very happy about that! I will definitely call back for pre-paint service if we get that sorted out toward the end of the year.

ls. friendly, fast, and took care not to damage shrubs. Recommended to my neighbor and he completed their property, including pool cage , driveway and river rock decking with outstanding results. Figured up cost to rent a unit, gas and my time to complete the job. Not even worth the effort. This guy has all the equipment which allows him to do the job in a professional manner in a reasonable time. Had him quote roof cleaning and found his quote to be better than previous quotes provided by other professionals. If you live in our area, call this guy....best deal in town!!

Very happy with the responsiveness and service provided by Peter's Pressure washing. Peter returned my call quickly, was able to provide me with a quote the next day and scheduled the pressure washing within a week of my initial call. He promptly showed up at the time he stated and pressure washed my screened in pool enclosure and deck, which was very dirty and moldy in spots. He did a thorough job and I was very pleased with the outcome. I would highly recommend Peter's Pressure Washing and would be willing to use this service again in the future.

As he worked, Peter explained what needed to be done, and why, answering all of our questions without hesitation. He also has you come out to check his work to be sure we are satisfied..
