Peter's Pressure Washing

I've been using Peter's Pressure Washing since 2014. This year, Jason came and pressure washed my house from the eaves to the ground along with a 2 car driveway and front sidewalk, porch and back patio. Jason did a great job. My windows look great - all the green mold gone from the windowframes on the north side of the house (and no need to remove window screens for the cleaning), black marks and moldly, mossy areas gone from driveway, front doors sparkling clean, eaves look great, all good. Before starting, Jason walked me around the house to clarify my expectations and after he finished, we walked around the house again to confirm my satisfaction with the work. All excellent.

This is the second time that I have used them and they did a wonderful job as before. I am very satisfied. I'm having them come back next week to clean my gutters.

After months of trying to work with Peter's Pressure Washing to resolve the mistakes they made refinishing my paver driveway with no resolution I feel forced to let others know how bad the experience was. In May of 2020 I had them strip and reseal my paver driveway and entryway. When deciding on a company to hire I chose them because of their good reviews and the great detail they provided about the extremely high end quality and value of the products they used and the service. The day of the service it seemed like things were going well even though he arrived 2 hours late. The driveway looked better just from the removal of the old sealer. When it came to replacing the grout sand the work was done very sloppily leaving some joints overfilled with sand and some with none. The sand wasn't leveled and swept off the top of all the paver before the sealer was put on. When putting on the sealer the technician moved very quickly and did sloppy work. Some edges got little to no sealer at all. When the sealer was wet it looks ok but uneven. As it dried it was obvious something was wrong. The entire entryway to the home started turning chalky in color and patches of the driveway did as well. It was apparent that the sand that wasn't removed and sealed over in some parts made other pavers look white too. When I contacted the company to resolve the issue they told me I was overreacting and nothing was wrong. I sent pictures and they and insisted they have someone come to see it for themselves but I would have to pay for them to fix it. The said they would send someone but made it seem like I was overreacting. When the manager arrived to our home and saw the work he admitted it was not suppose to look like that and agreed they would get it fixed and resealed right away at no charge to me. 3 weeks went by with no scheduling and I reached back out twice. When I finally got a call back they said they were very busy all the while admitting the work needed to be redone. Chad even said they actually fired the technician who did my work as if that was somehow comforting to me. He said they would get me scheduled in the next 10 days. 2 more weeks passed and I received no call to schedule the work. I followed up twice more via email and phone and received no response. Keep in mind I paid $3,500 in full the day the work was done. I have now disputed the charge with my credit card company but I even reached out one last time before doing that because all I really wanted was my driveway to be done as advertised. Again I received no response. Maybe this company doesn't always operate like this but I can't say I've ever had a worse experience with customer service before. They initially blamed me for the problem, then admitted it was their fault and have since made no attempt to fix it. I would never recommend them to anyone and beware of the false promises anyone looking at them for service. My driveway looked better before they did the work than it did after.

We hired this company based on recommendation from our friend. Upon hiring them we told them we wanted to wait until there was no rain in the forecast. They told us all they needed was two hours for the sealant to dry, again I told them that may be we should wait, But they were insistent that it would be ok. Peter's worker pulled out his phone and told me there was only 30% chance of rain that afternoon and that it will be sufficient time to dry in the morning. I was also reassured that if it rained and the sealants were messed up they would redo. Being pressured I told him ok with doubt still on my mind. I figured they were experts and knew what they were doing. That morning he prepped our pavers in the pool area and told me he would return the following day to apply the sealant due to a high chance of rain that morning, which I appreciated the honesty. The following day after the double coat of sealant was completed at 8:00 AM, I paid them in full. It started to rain very heavy between 11-12 in the morning. There was no sunlight that morning, and Hurricane Dorian was schedule to hit Florida. That night while my husband and I was out of town we viewed our outside camera and saw our pool filled with what looked like sealant, we asked our neighbor to check it out and indeed it was sealant all over our pool. We called Peter and he sent his worker to remove the sealant the following morning, our pool is still cloudy. When we return home we notice only portions of the pavers looked sealed and others did not. Most of the pavers basically looked the same, except for the pavers that were covered under the patio. We called Peter and he came over, we showed him photos of the pool filled with sealant and he told us that was normal, We spoke to our friends who recommended them and they told us their pool did not have any sealant in it as did ours and that it was normal to expect a little due to the copings being sealed, but not the amount that was in our pool. Basically the heavy rain washed the sealant and this is what we were afraid of, I am no expert, but it only made sense. Peter argued us down while insisting nothing was wrong with the pavers, while it was clear it was not sealed properly and was blotchy, some areas were very very dull while others had a gloss, we were told the pavers would have a wet look, which was quite the contrary because the look was dull. Peter asked us to wait a couple of months to see if it looked any different and if we wanted he would put another coat for a payment. Why would I want to hired this company again? Needless to say, we are disappointed in the job they performed and did not make us feel any better by offering to do it again with a fee. I believe had they not been insistent and waited until they were sure there was no rain in the forecast our pavers would have been ok, but for whatever reason they convinced us it was the right time to do it. When we checked to see if they had cashed our check, well it was cashed the same day. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

Job was completed with a high level of quality and thoroughness. Crew was professional and courteous, and were right on time arriving and finished the work in a timely manner. This is the third time we've used this company and will continue to use them. Highly recommend. Very pleased with the work.

The team arrived as arranged and started project taking extra care to protect plants and avoided dumping cleaning solution on vegetation. They did a great job roof looks brand new! Will use again.

We're very satisfied with the job. We have used this company several times. They show up when they are scheduled. Their work is professional and effective and the price is fair.

Extremely well. This is a classy group of hard working guys. professional, punctual. We are very pleased with the results. The seal on Chicago bricks-over 25 years old-looks great. They even sent us "brownies" as a thanks for the business. Just don't see that much these days!

I have used Pete's in the past to pressure wash my house, and decided to have them seal my newly installed pavers. As usual, they did not disappoint. Showed up exactly the time they stated, performed the task flawlessly. I couldn't be happier on how my pavers turned out. They advised on giving them the wet look, and boy are they sharp looking! Do yourself a favor, and HIRE THESE GUYS!

On first blush, Peter’s Pressure Washing appears to be a solid company. My husband spoke with Peter and Kevin numerous times prior to hiring them to ensure they were fully committed to the job. They had us believing that they would perform excellent work, and ensured us that if we had any issues we could count on them to resolve them. After all, we had a quote of over $5,000 worth of work! What a farse that was. We initially had the work done sometime in November 2017. They completed half the job the first day, and came back the next day to finish even though it was forecasted for 40% chance of rain. I stood there as the worker called Peter and was directed to finish the job. Well, it ended up raining and our driveway was ruined! The sealer didn’t take, according to them, due to the rain sprinkles in our area and the job needed to be redone. The only problem with that is Peter wanted to basically do a patch job redo, adding sand in the grooves where it washed out and couldn’t assure us he could fix the stain. We had patches of light and dark stain, and days later all the sand was chipping off in between the paverstone grooves. It was a complete and udder mess. Peter came out to inspect the job, and became argumentative and disrespectful to me in front of my husband when I questioned him and explained how disappointed I was in the work performed. When my husband called him out on it, he apologized. What a joke! Apparently he forgot that women make the majority of the decisions regarding the household. Peter was unable to figure out how to solve the issue with the stain. My husband even had to go as far as suggest Peter contact the manufacturer of the stain to figure out how to reapply it over the previous stain. Peter kept trying to tell us how expensive the cost of the stain was and what a deal we were getting by having a second coat of stain applied. The problem was that he didn’t want to reapply the stain evenly to the entire areas again, only to some areas. Because of this, we really feel we received a botched job. In fact, Peter admitted that he hasn’t ever had this happen to him. I guess we’re the ONLY customers who’ve been rained on?? So we should believe this “professional” service doesn’t have a back up plan in place to handle rain issues in Florida??? After multiple refusals to accept a patch job, they came out and applied a second stain and sealer, begrudgingly. There was overspray on all the doors, pool cage, pool equipment, and most importantly on all our plants lining our driveway. When I told Peter how unhappy I was about it, he tried to place blame on our landscaper, suggesting he shouldn’t let the border plants grow over the edge of the driveway. After the redo, we called Peter again regarding all the overspray concerns and he claimed he wouldn’t send his guy back because we were difficult to work with. ARE YOU SERIOUS???? We wrote a check for more than $5,000 and we got an absolute botched job and we’re difficult to work with???? Oh, also Peter’s Pressure Washing is unbelievably unprofessional because they discussed our situation with a neighbor. That neighbor happens to be a friend, and they told us all the unprofessional and untrue things that were said. I would NEVER trust this company. They may do fine work on a small scale, but for large jobs don’t spend your money. It appears they’ve mastered the complexity of pressure washing (lol) but completely missed the boat when it comes to properly applying stain and sealer, and they definitely are complete losers in the customer satisfaction department. We’re gathering information on the small claims process because all our photos tell an absolutely convincing story.

Couldn't have been better! The communication was awesome from the rep to the technicians. They confirmed the appointment and texted the ETA. The technicians were polite, personable, and did a super job. North side of the house was filthy from the hurricane, full of leaves and spider webs. All the eves had wasp nests, some still active. Every single inch was cleaned, all nests gone, so pleased! Will definitely use this company again, highly recommended for good value and great service.

Everything went very well from the time I made an appointment with Kevin in the office to the two young men who showed up to do the work (Lee and Mike). Kevin was very helpful with setting up the appointment and explaining how everything would be done. I made a few changes to the proposed work and Kevin was very flexible about the changes . Nice young man!!! Lee and Mike showed up on time and got right to work. The work took them about 4 and a half hours and the house looks brand new!!! The method they use to clean the roof made it look like it was newly installed and it's 12 yrs old!!! They watered plants around the house as they stated they would as the chemical they use can burn plants. Unfortunately, the chemical is not kind to the frogs and lizards etc that reside around your home. The whitening process they used on the gutters is very effective and they look new as well now. Mike and Lee could not have been nicer or more professional. They came with a truck that had a lot of equipment and hoses and this is no small operation. I would most definitely use the services of Peter's Pressure Washing again!

They showed up early and completed the job quickly. The job was addressing the tanning from the massive oak tree that is over our driveway. They tried several solutions and got the best result possible, a clean driveway.

All went very well. The team was very professional, fast & responsive to my questions & concerns. Very honest recommendations on how to proceed forward with maintenance scheduling.

Do yourself a favor and contact these guys when you need pressure washing.

We were very disappointed with the job. We even chose this company over another whose quote was lower because we liked the presentation/discussion at the time of the estimate. Also, a neighbor had recommended them. There were several areas that were not thoroughly cleaned and others over-sanded. Once sealed, dirty areas remained as the dirt was sealed on. After initial job, the pavers felt like an Emory board. The screen had to be cleaned a second time as well. They came out three times and offered to come again but we said don't bother. During this week or so our patio stuff was half in the house and other half in the yard. There was a lot of sand in the pool. Lastly, sealer was either spilled or discarded on a patch of grass which is now dying. We spent a lot of money on a job that we feel needs to be done again.

Great job...arrived on time, they cleaned away months of dirt and grime and everything looks great!

Great. I have had others come out and use a soft wash detergents and seen little improvement. The cleaning agent Peter's uses is serious business and took the mildew of the walls, gutters, and pool cage. No apparent damage to plants or shrubs.
