They did an excellent job. They were very courteous.

They did a great job. They did a chemical clean on the roof and they were very careful with all of the chemicals and the surrounding foliage. Other providers I've had, I've lost my trees after and whatnot. They did an excellent job making sure the chemicals didn't ruin any surrounding greenery. They were good.

Brilliant white finish on both driveway & sidewalk! Peter answered professionally (himself), quoted promptly (same day & lower than someone else's "discounted price"), scheduled quickly (within 48 hours) and job was done accurately (beautiful). Superb. You may find another a dollar cheaper, but I don't think you'll find another any better.

Mike and his helper arrived early after calling ahead to let me know that one of their jobs cancelled and that they could start mine earlier then scheduled. They were very professional and did a tremendous job, We've had our lanai pressure washed many times in the 20 years that we have lived here and this job was by far the best. They even cleaned the pool afterwards to remove some debris that fell in as they were cleaning. We will definately used them again.

The day before, I was told that they would be there around mid-morning on Tuesday, as I was the second customer for that day. Surprisingly, the two men arrived a little before 10am, and they were done within two hours. This is the 3rd or 4th time I have used them. They are always on time, professional, and thorough.

I discussed the job over the phone (had a bad prior experience with another company - my roof needs to be chemically cleaned rather than power washed and after the other company cleaned the chemicals killed a lot of my shrubs and foliage). Peter explained how his team uses great care and puts bags over drain pipes, etc to contain the chemicals. His team cam on time and was very friendly and professional. They got right to work and cleaned the gutters. They even told me they would charge me less than expected for this because there were really only a few spots that were badly clogged and I appreciated their honesty. They did the chemical clean on the roof and then power washed the exterior. The whole thing came out beautiful, they were careful with the waste product and there was no damage to surrounding plants/shrubs. I would DEFINATELY use them again. Great job.

From the beginning of my search for quotes, Peter was very professional, responsive, and willing to answer all my questions. He explained what chemicals he uses, the prep required the day before (removal of personal effects to avoid damage), and what the process is for payment, etc. Their company is local to Riverview/Brandon area, which was nice. I have a rental in Riverview and will definitely use these guys again! Very quick, professional, and fairly priced.

Deep clean power wash of pavers. Re-sanded all joints. Put on two coats of Seal 'n Lock Super Wet sealer. Everything looks great.

My request for service was answered promptly, and service was scheduled quickly. I have a corner lot property, and the driveways and sidewalks were sparkling when I came home from work. The lanai and the cage were spotless. Everything was left in great condition; heavy things like the grill, etc. were moved and cleaned under. We will definitely use again. They had come to me recommended not only on Angie's List, but by a vendor from the List I had used previously - Mr Screen Repair. Great job!

First let me say I am picky.. very very picky. I had used Peter before for Pressure Washing and was very pleased. This time we decided to use Peter's Pressure Washing for pressure washing, sealing our pavers around pool and front area. Let me say.. WOW... I am so happy I'm dancing. Not only did they pressure wash, re-sand and then seal our pavers, they vacuumed our Pool.. talk about attention to detail. The pavers have never looked so beautiful..not even when we had them installed 10 years ago. I would recommend them 100 times over. Thank you Peter and Kevin...

I set up the appointment with Peter who told me that Michael would be coming to do the actual work. Michael showed up early and got to work. He was very polite and professional. The two technicians was very professional. They called to let me know that they were on the way. They done a very good job. My house looks cleaner and brighter. I am very impressed with my fence. They also washed my dog house. I will definitely use them again and also recommend them to others. Money well spent.

He had a convenient way of estimating my cost without having to come by to see it (which saved me from having to stay home from work). He showed up when he said that he would and completed the job quickly. When he was done everything looked clean and all of the plants/grass were fine. Overall a great job!
