Very well. I called Chad. He was really booked for the day. I explained that I really was in dire need of swapping out a large clunky A/C window unit that I couldn't possibly do myself. He listened. Was polite. Then said he would find a way to fit me in during his already-scheduled appointments. He showed up when he said he would too, did the work effortlessly and was on his way! 5 STARS!

Chad Lynch and his crew (Mike, Bill, Tim, and George) did an outstanding job removing the deteriorating second floor balcony and removed all materials and hauled to the dump. To remove the rotten beams, he had to remove the sheetrock in half of the garage to have access to the anchor points for the beams. He then replaced the rotten beams with new beams and replaced the sheetrock in the garage and painted the garage ceiling. He then built a new 17' X 4' balcony with hand rails and Trex decking and completed painted the new deck. He is a craftsman and professional in all aspects of this job. His crew were polite, professional, and on time. He cleaned the work site every day and hauled away the trash. I strongly recommend Handyman 360 for home renovations.

They charged me $250 for each ceiling fan to be installed, what Chad did was charge me 3 TIMES to put up one ceiling fan, One charge to take the fan down, another charge to put the screws and in that I paid for, and another charge to install the fan!!! It took them half the day to tear down the wet bar outside on the back porch. I maybe saw Chad maybe once or twice, because he was busy doing other jobs and he would bring people over here in contract them out. He even had the audacity to CHARGE US for a guy that they were training to put the ceiling fans up!!! He charged me $250 a piece for 2 doggie Doors to be installed. He charged me $800 to replace two small screens from the lanai!!! It was on a Friday and they tear the two bottom screens out of my lanai and they leave early because it's Super Bowl weekend, thus leaving it exposed so a possum or skunk can get in my pool area and hurt my dogs! They come back Monday to finish it up, because Chad was mad that we weren't going to pay anymore money for his work. When He went to fix the screen his ladder falls and rips a large hole in our lanai! We asked him to come back and fix it but he has yet to do it. This company NICKELS and DIMES you, plus he gives you a lot of gotchas never breaking down in detail what they will be doing and how much. I didn't like that he CHARGED ME to train HIS employee on how to install a ceiling fan! I wouldn't recommend this company, too expensive nickel & dimes you.

I think they charged a little bit more because I wanted something more to be done. They could have been more coordinated and they could have more tools. There were two men and they had to share the tools. When one was using it, the other one couldn't do the job. That wasted a lot of my time. It wasn't efficiently done.

Chad did all the work discussed, timely & professionally.

Chad arrived on time. We went over work to be done. He gave a fair estimate. Worked hard and well. I am very pleased with outcome.

I found Chad on Angie's List when I realized my husband and I had a long list of things needing done around our house that we knew we weren't able to do on our own. I contacted Chad on Monday, June 8th to discuss the work we needed done and if he could do all of the things on our list. He assured me he could do everything and he explained his hourly rate for one person, but recommended two people so the work could be divided and finished more quickly. He said his hourly rate did not begin until the job was understood and he began working. There was NO trip charge and his rate did not begin until he actually started working. We agreed on 2 people for Friday, June 12, 2015. He gave me a window of noon to 3:00 p.m. for his arrival. He arrived shortly after 2:00. We walked the outside of the house so he could see the mulch and gutter work. We then went inside to see the faucets and medicine cabinet locations. Both guys (Chad & Bill) immediately got to work. They had all of the necessary tools and even managed to tolerate our dogs wanting to make friends and get in the way. The mulch looked great. When Chad was cleaning up the sidewalk areas, I apologized for our garden hose having two holes in it and he said he could fix it for me, which he did. He cleaned out all of the gutters, fixed a downspout which our screen guy had accidentally disconnected and attached a flexible downspout in our side yard. He even took the time to explain why there was a problem with drainage in our side yard. The faucets and medicine cabinet turned out nice too. We had a couple of minor snags. The kitchen faucet (hot/cold water) was connected backwards. Fortunately I found this before they left and it was quickly fixed. The soap dispenser reservoir was too large for under our cabinet in the kitchen, so I told him I would get a flexible tube and extend it to the cabinet floor. This method was recommended by the Lowe's rep, so it will be easy to do myself. Our master bath had such a tight space under one cabinet that Chad had to twist himself into a pretzel to get it connected, but he did it. We were thrilled with their work and even if we weren't Angie's List members, we would have gotten a discount due to my husband being former military. That says a lot for this small business. If you have a list of things to do, give Chad a call.

Very professional, thorough, and focused. Chad and his crew did several different projects around our house and we were pleased with all aspects of what he did. We highly recommend him and will use him again in the future.

Richard did so well I kept adding to things he could; he even retiled my 2 bathroom floors. By the time I had finished with Richard we had done $2,000 worth of work. Richard did a great job with the drywall and the tiling. Richard seems to be one of those people that can do most anything. I had him working on a vacant rental, so I gave him the key and he came and went as needed...his very trustworthy and clean. Richard would be an excellent worker for you as well....

Did a great job repairing a 2' x 3' hole in garage ceiling drywall. Completed work in timely manner and the repair turned out much better than I anticipated.

Chad came as scheduled, looked at the work to be done and gave or quoted me a "very" reasonable price. Would "definitely" use him again.

Chad is very professional, courteous and thorough. If you are on a budget, I recommend negotiating a price ahead of time for each project instead of just going by the hourly rate and asking the individual about their experience with your project. The closet system installation took 5 hours and had Chad been more familiar I think he could have done it less time. Overall I recommend his services. He did a good job and I'm happy with the end result.

Chad was on time, very pleasant personality. He was willing to do any general work that was available. He worked hard. We set dates for future work.

I will call upon Chad again! He responded quickly and was able to work within my schedule. Very prompt, polite and knowledgeable. His work was excellent!!

Chad and Bill have replaced drywall, installed new outlets and light fixtures, installed new ceiling fans, repaired some tile work, had all of my window screens replaced, a new screen door installed, and other stuff I can't even remember now! Chad and Bill were always prompt, professional, courteous, and efficient. I work out of my house and they were both very respectful of that as well. Chad provided me regular emails and texts letting me know what was going on with ordering parts, updated invoices, etc. I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend their services.
