It went great. He was able to out up a wood feature wall panels, assembled fireplace and installed it with a tv. Installed three fans as well.

Incompetent with electrical systems but will pretend they knew what they were doing - The worst handyman service I ever worked with.

Two people came out to complete the service. They were professional. It was good service.

This company had great communication, arrived on time, worked quickly and efficiently, and provided us with before and after photos upon request (since the work performed was on the roof!) I would definitely recommend their services.

Excellent. Everything Ian does is perfect done. He is very skilled, professional, just an overall pleasure. Literally all the jobs he's done were 100% perfection.

I didn't use them, just spoke to someone on the phone. The gentleman was polite and cooperative. The price was more than I wanted to spend so I decided not to use them.

Terrible, he make 4 appointments to the the re-screening of my porch and failed to show up all four times.

Start of project was delayed twice due to another job. All supplies were ordered and on site for the job. Upper cabinets were installed and needed 3 inch filler installed on both sides. Chad claimed he did not know how to do this and did not complete the job to my satisfaction. There is now a 3 inch gap between the cabinet/crown molding and side wall.

It was a horrible experience with these folks. My original appointment was cancelled after the time they were supposed to have arrived and re-scheduled for a week later. The two men showed up and after walking one of them through the house to discuss what I wanted done we were talking in the kitchen when one of them stated no one probably wanted to help me because my house was dirty. I started to explain my situation of having been ill and in the hospital several times and I have no one to help me when I realized I didn't owe him any explanation and promptly kicked them out of my house. My house did need to be cleaned but by no means was it disgusting enough for him to have said that and even if it was that was totally unprofessional. I called the office and told them what occurred, they hadn't even heard from their workers. The woman said she would see what they could do to help me and call me back. I told her there was probably nothing they could do to help me at that point but I would except her call back. Of course I never heard from them. I WILL NEVER EVER USE THESE PEOPLE OR RECOMMEND THEM FOR SERVICE TO ANYONE.

They wouldn't come out and give me an estimate. They gave an approximate over the phone. They mentioned a special for 8 hours for $500. I scheduled with them to come out this morning and they called to let me know they were running late and would come out around noon. When I asked they said additional hours would be $150 per hour. I cancelled the appointment and went with someone else who costs a lot less.

Not well. I had a scheduled window for a professional to arrive between 2 to 4 pm. At 4 pm after no arrival or phone call I called. I didn't reach anyone and had to leave a message. Approximately 5 to 10 minutes later I received a call from the owner's assistant. He explained that they were still trying to finish a job and were not sure that they would make it to my job. If they did, it would likely have been another hour. I had to make specific arrangements to be available for this service. I had to arrange to be off work (I am paid hourly so I was missing $). Much of my frustratiion would have been somewhat lessened with a simple phone call explaining the situation and the probability of a delay or inability to make it to my house. In a subsequent phone call the owner said he would call me and "make it right." After four days I have not yet heard from him. I understand that situations arise and it is not always possible to be precise in knowing how a job will go. However, when there is a two hour arrival window yet I did not receive any notification of a possible delay or need to reschedule., I felt as though my time was not valued.

I purchased a handyman 360 coupon for four hours of handyman work through Angie's list. I was told the coupon could be used for anything as long as it was within the four hour timeline. I wanted the roof and facia power washed and the tiles laid in the kitchen. I was told by the company's representative, that this could be accomplished through their company and that the coupon would be sufficient. After I had purchased the coupon, the company kept Canceling and giving me excuses why they could not come and start the work. When they were finally available to come and start the work, the company changed their pricing and told me that it would be an additional cost for what I needed done. I finally called Angie's List, requested a refund and concluded our transaction. Handyman 360 was not reliable, was not timely, was not professional, and definitely was not honest! I definitely would not recommend them or trust what they say!

Quality work but very slow which becomes an issue when you pay their hourly rate.

All work was completed in a professional manner. You can not tell that the wood or the siding was replaced. The new material blended in perfectly with the old boards. I was very pleased with there work.

Chad understood what was expected. He also explained all additional work he performed to ensure that another episode would be very unlikely to occur. All the area was clean when the job was finished.

Chad and his partner arrived on time, friendly and enthusiastic about getting to work. Frankly, they were amazingly fast and efficient in working through the projects. In fact, it never crossed my mind that they would be able to accomplished all they did in one hour. They were friendly but focused, and appeared well-skilled. As I accumulate my next list of handyman tasks for my condo, I will definitely be calling them again for their services.

The first appointment was missed because Chad was calling my work after I got off even though he had my cell number. I called him to inquire about our appointment. He said he was in the Bank and would call me back later. He called back about 45 minutes later and request we reschedule. When he did show up we discussed the amount of time it would take to complete the job. We had agreed on the phone for a Deal of $149 for 3 hours. He explained that the deal was 1.5 hours per person and he had another person with him. They installed the window but more work had to be done for the form around the window, the stucco and drywall. I agreed to the additional work, but he stated that he would need additional materials and if he go get it, it would be a $50 trip charge. I told him I would go but he looked in his truck and found some on the materials he needed. He did need some more materials so he went to the store and purchase it; he did not charge me a trip charge. After he finished installing the form around the window, he said he would have to come back after it dry and finish the stucco and drywall. We agree on a date and when those dates arrive he called my work number again even though he had my cell number. I called the office and his assistance said he was tied up at another job. My work phone log showed that he called over an hour after our scheduled appointment. When the office called me back we agreed to reschedule. I told her I had purchased another deal through Angie list. He passed on through her that I can only use one deal per job, which I totally understand. I asked her how much to come back and finish the job, she said it would be $150 an hour. I told her that was too much. She said she would talk to him and call me back. That never happen. Have not heard back from them. This is the treatment from a person who said he wanted my business when he was in my house. I think these types of Handyman deals can be a rip off. They would offer a deal for 2, 3 or more hours for a set price, but most time that is per person, so if they decide to bring an unskilled assistance you’re still paying for that person. And it seems as if they take their time to get you to pay for additional hours. All my military Vet friends wanted me to let them know how this job goes so they can use them as they are looking for a good handyman. Well I guess we all will have to keep looking.

When I called Handyman 360, they said they can come out with a 2 man team and charge $100 for first hour, then $75 for each hour after that. I felt that this was way, way too expensive. I waited over the weekend from the time I first called him. My wife said to absolutely not hire this Handyman 360 because of the price alone. I called him on Monday 9/26 and cancelled the work. The company contact was upset and asked why I would cancel. I told him about money and pricing concerns. Later, Handyman 360 proactively called me on Saturday, 10/8/16, and wanted to know if I wanted to reschedule the job. I said no again because of the $100 per hour initial price. In a very smart aleck way, this Handyman 360 contact said “I wasn’t going to charge you $100 an hour, I was going to charge you $150 per hour!” I didn’t appreciate this at all. I think it’s a terrible way to treat people. He had no reason to call me and I felt as though he was trying to get even with me in an undeserved way. I do not want Handyman 360 to contact me again. Overall, I want everyone else to know about my experience before looking to hire Handyman 360.

Purchased Deal. Contacted Chad at Handyman 360. Made appointment for him to come to my home on Tuesday, September 27th in the afternoon. I took the day off from work and had removed the furniture from the living room. He called around 2:00 p.m. and said due to weather he could not come. It was raining so I understood and re-scheduled for Saturday October 1st. He said he did work on Saturdays. He was to be at my home between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. I again moved all my furniture and waited. He never showed up. I called him at 10:00 a.m. and again around 11:30. He did not pick up and phone did not go to voice-mail He has made no attempt to contact me. I am requesting a refund of this deal. Thank you
