I was so happy with your tech Matthew. He covered his shoes before walking into the house. He was very knowledgeable and was very pleasant. I will certainly recommend this company to my family and friends.

They were very professional and polite. I asked for and received same day service. The technician showed up on time, was courteous and polite and went to work to repair the problem. Unfortunately he needed a second part that needed to be special ordered so he could not get the dryer in working order that day. But everything was done in a timely manner by polite technicians. I was very happy with their service.

The technician got right to the cause of the problem with my fridge and replaced the part which solved the problem with leaking. I felt that at their time, their price was appropriate.
