They are very pleasant and courteous to work with. If I needed another repair, would certainly use them again. Also, bought I second hand washing machine which works great.

The first visit was completed quickly and efficiently. The cost was much higher than expected but acceptable based on the fast response and completeness of work. The second visit did not go so well. The first tech was completely unprepared for the visit even though I told the receptionist exactly the cause of the problem. I even sent a picture of the leaking part. I was told they would return and fix it. It took many calls over 6 weeks before I was able to get another tech to make the repair. I even had to find the part number myself. Very apologetic each time but there was always some excuse; couldn't find the part number, out of stock, looking for another supplier or simply, I'll have someone call back but never did. After 6 weeks of waiting, finally got the repair done and now the icemaker works fine. Total price was $278 which was excessive. The highest price on-line for the part was $45. Tech was here for 1 hour.

Matt spent almost two hours working and finding the cause of the leak. Also found out that the manufacturer had a service bulletin issued that may have the company pay for the repair parts.You can't ask for better treatment than that. Would recommend Mr Appliance.

I wasn't to impressed with the technician who first of all went to the house next door... Richard came and and located the problem right away and replaced the failed device all of which took about 30 minutes. I was beginning to have a little faith in him until after replacing the start device I was told that I would need an air compressor to clean the evaporator coil. I would need to pull the refrigerator outside of the house and blow it out so as not make a mess.I would think that any professional tech would have one on the truck and I mentioned it to him. His reply was that he didn't have enough room on the truck and some other excuses.. So I suggested why not invest in a few cans of compressed air which wouldn't require any room. Of course I didn't get a reply. I would think that for the amount of money that I was charged for the job that the evaporator coil would be cleaned as well. I will say that he did try to remove as much as he could by hand but any good tech comes prepared.. Maybe he'll take my suggestion. The bill was quite excessive since the part was only a $34.00 item. It was very high for a job that only took 30 minutes to complete. I guess it must be the price we pay for convenience, I don't know. I have used this company in the past and the bill was less than half to repair a dryer of this job...I have no idea how they arrived at this price and called to question it but I was just given the old run around...

We had purchased a home with an outdoor kitchen and top brand grill that turned out to be in pretty bad condition requiring major repair and replacement of parts including ceramic rods and gas lighting. Two visits were required to complete the task. Matt from Mr. Appliance originally came out and determined the problems and what parts were needed. Unfortunately some parts were on back order and not readily available but Mr. Appliance persisted and ultimately was able to obtain all necessary parts and Matt accomplished the repairs as well as a lot of cleaning of the grill parts. Throughout the process we were very impressed by the communications from Mr. Appliance who kept us up to date on the progress. Overall a very positive experience.

No problems with the work, but in retrospect, quite costly. I don't know how much of the bill was parts vs. labor because they didn't itemize it...another thing I didn't like.

BUYER BEWARE.............This company is a RIP OFF!!! We were given a price of $ 588.00 with a list of two parts for our refrigerator that were purchased. We did our own research and learned the parts totaled $180.00 thru Kenmore. We contacted the company and spoke with the owners wife to request a breakdown for parts and labor. The owners wife (Nita Tuck) said the repair cost is based on a "task oriented computer software program" which does not break down individual parts and labor costs. We told her this was not acceptable and we needed a breakdown. Mrs. Tuck promised to have her husband Mr. Tuck contact us. He never called us. The technician was respectable and apologized saying he had no control of the pricing. The repair was completed in less than 1 hour. Factoring in the price of the parts ($180.00), a charge of $ 588.00 indicates that we were charged over $400.00 for labor for less than an hours work Despite our complaints, the owner has never returned our calls. We have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.. Stay away from this company!!!!

Bad experience. I rarely complain about anything and this post is a first for me. Not to be dramatic but the last time I remember getting upset with bad service was Joes Crab Shack in Louisville Ky in 1995. This repair started with a bad electronic/computer on our stove. After paying $150 for a visit we received an estimate of $550 for the repair. After 2 or 3 attempts and mistakes by Mr Appliance the repair was made. Here is the problem though.....Bob Tuck called me after mistake #1 and said he was sorry and explained how his team should have done better and then went on to say how he wanted to do whatever necessary to make it right and so on. 10 days later and a few more mistakes by his team the stove was finally fixed and we paid full price. After I asked Mr. Tuck about making it right he said he would call me in a few days to mediate the problem. He didn't and several days later I emailed "whats up"....a few days later we received 2 $50 credits for future service from his company with a post it note saying sorry.

Very Helpful, the work went very well. Once the guy called they were out in 15 minutes. The guy had diagnosed he problem within 30 seconds and told me what the problem was and fixed it. He was very pleasant and I was very pleased with the work.

Their cost for services was reasonable and there were no troubles with scheduling. They were punctual and arrived on time. The technician who came out was older. He did a very a good job, was knowledgeable and even gave me some advice. I have used their services used more than once and I have been pleased.

From what I recall, the appliance was still under warranty and there was no cost for the work. They were very good to work with. They were very responsive and great at getting back with me. Overall, they have been excellent!

We had just recently purchased our washing machine and it needed repaired. Mr. Appliance was sent out by the company of the washing machine. There were no troubles with scheduling. They arrived on time and they worked on it. However, they were unable to make a permanent repair. Because of this, the machine was replaced by the company.

They have always arrived on time when they said they would and if they could not make it, they have called me. The company has been fine. The products that I have purchased have been terrible. I have had a lot of problems the refrigerator and have replaced three already. They have installed new heaters on the unit and replaced parts including the tray. He even called the manufacturer of the unit while he was at my house. When I purchased my appliances, I purchased a five year insurance policy and have not had to pay anything for repairs. They have handled each issue very professionally even when I was not in the greatest mood. I have been pleased Mr. Appliance and will continue to use their service.

I have used their services in a previous house and I recommended them to my landlord who now has a contract with them. They are knowledgeable and know what they are doing. They do a good job.
