Well, it was a difficult job at the outset because the house had not been professionally cleaned in a couple of years, although the floors had been very carefully and completely mopped about a year ago. I had regularly vacuumed the house and cleaned the kitchen and bathroom about once or twice every two months. Not so good, I know! They all three worked at separate tasks and I think the downside was many of the things I asked the owner for in particular she did not or could not necessarily share with them. So dusting and/or vacuuming behind furniture areas and in corners and in the space between cabinets and floors was not so good. And I thought she said they would dust shelves but they didn't seem dusted to me. So right after they left I thought, "Well, they did an adequate job." But once the floors dried and we were back to using the house like we do I realized that despite my criticism, the cleaning they did REALLY made a significant difference compared to how the house was before that, so I am grateful they came! I think I had higher expectations than I should have had for a first time cleaning, and I think that if I were a regular customer (she does have regular customers) it wouldn't take long for me to be 100% satisfied.

I had been searching for a cleaning company for quite some time - good house cleaning service is not easy to come by in the area I live in. Out of about 20 companies I contacted (2-3 times!) - I only received 6 call backs. Sure Clean was a joy to work with. They were prompt, professional and most importantly they did a spectacular job on our home. We had very short notice of friends flying in with their family to stay with us for a week. We asked Sure Clean to do a stem to stern cleaning on our family home. Sure Clean showed up with 3 employees and the owner. They immediately got to work and did not stop until the home was spotless. They did a beautiful job. They are extremely professional. They are very easy to work with. They are willing to come at anytime. I'm a person who likes to have things done immediately. They are willing to come at 6 pm.
