Charmaine was excellent in friendliness, communication and in providing services requested!! I had to make some adjustments due to being sick with the flu and she was thankfully accommodating. Move out cleaning for a condo was very thorough and well executed, thank you! Definitely recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

So far, so GREAT! The initial and first cleaning was thorough and professional. The second cleaning was just as good. My cleaning lady was punctual and my home was deep cleaned again. The owner Charmaine is personable and professional, as are her staff.

I have used many house cleaning services over the years, but Sure Clean was by far the best home cleaning that I received; very thorough, from top to bottom. Charmaine, the owner, was most responsive, most professional and simply wonderful to have in my home. I can't say enough - just outstanding!

I have used Sure Clean 3 times now and they have consistently left the house very clean at a fair price. I would definitely recommend them. I have also booked with a days notice as well as weeks and months in advance and never had any issues getting the cleanings done on time.

As a housewarming gift, I had Carmen send her crew out to clean my friend's home. What a great job!!! The house smelled great and everything was squeaky-clean!!! Thanks Carmen!

They were on time, they brought all their own supplies and did it well in the time specified.

It didn't go well. Both times they showed up late. The second visit was just a secondary cleaning. They did ok, but they stayed less than 90 minutes and had the nerve to charge $120. Thieves charging that. Also that does not include changing the bedding. Changing sheets is extra!!! Lol So it came to over $80 an hour to dust, vacuum and mop the floors. Ridiculous. Will never use or refer to them.

They showed up on time, provided all cleaning supplies, and were very hard workers. I look forward to using them again. Pleased to say that Angie's List hasn't let me down yet.

Charmaine and her crew showed up both times as agreed and cleaned both houses very thoroughly. I was very pleased with both cleanings.

Very easy to make appointment - had availability when I need it. Showed up on time and were very courteous. Checked with me about exactly what I wanted done in the time allotted.

They did a very thorough job. They weren’t able to clean the house in the one visit so they came back a second time and charged additional for this visit. It isn’t a very large home but the home hadn’t been cleaned in a while. The got up on a ladder to clean the fans, and went through and did just about everything. They were very nice, and it was a family service.

It was great. They contacted me promptly to get details of what we wanted and scheduled a convenient time to do the job. They were on time, professional,courteous friendly. I will definitely use them again.

I found Sure Clean on Angies list and purchased the special they had. I was contacted quickly by Charmane and we set up a date and time for them to come clean my home. She was extremely responsive and was able to fit me into my tight schedule. Home Looked amazing after they were done. I would not hesitate to Hire Sure Clean again in the future as they did an A+++ Job

I am well pleased. Two ladies came and cleaned then Charmaine came to help them and they finished on-time at 7:20 p.m. I would use them again in the future if I move back to the PSL area. Great job. Thank you

Failed to clean the 4 bedrooms! Just the master bedroom and the master bath. They cleaned all the bathrooms. Were unable to vacuum and dust the balance of the house including the living room and the other bedrooms which I now have to clean. One of those bedrooms is my husband's office and one was my office and i told them that all they had to do was vacuum my office since i would clean my desk. One of girls cleaned the kitchen. I had to ask them to throw the trash out. Was told that was not included and was also told my time was up so now I am finishing the cleaning. You cannot tell me that these two people could not clean the entire home and finish the job. Others in my neighborhood have cleaning services that clean the same size house as ours and they finish the entire house in 4 hours including baseboards and ceiling fans!! I will find an independent cleaner.

I have a 3 bedroom house with 2 full baths and 2 1/2 baths. They cleaned my shutters and fans. I have wood and tile floors that where vacuumed and washed. They bring all their own products and leave your house sparkling and smelling fresh. I have used the service twice and have scheduled more regular cleans. They teams are punctual and very friendly. They do a good job. I am pleased with this service. I do recommend Sure Clean.

Terrific. Great job. Came right away.. Let me know exact time he would arrive. I live in a two story townhouse and he cleaned my dryer vent from the roof. Phil was knowledgeable, kind and gave me good hints to follow. I would highly recommend this gentleman and this company. Thanks Angie's List.
