The Sure Clean team did a great job cleaning the house from top to bottom. Great attention to detail and very thorough. The team is very friendly and personable. We ended up asking them to do our regular cleaning. Highly recommended.

Sure Clean is outstanding. When the crew is done, my house is clean. They have proactively tackled my primary concern -- dust -- by vacuuming under beds and furniture, moving the family-room couch, and dusting baseboards, door frames and artwork. While this may seem elementary, others skip over this type of detail. They also get the bathrooms sparkling clean and do impressive floor cleaning. While some companies do their best work the first time and decline from there, Sure Clean's subsequent visits have been equally impressive. These folks work hard and are efficient each and every time, and I expect that will continue well into the future.

Charmaine and her team are great. The house is always clean and smells great after they have been there. I highly recommend them to others.

There were 3 workers and they efficiently cleaned the entire house of all the dust that was covering everything from a project that was done at the house. They were very polite and did a good job.

they arrived on time and Charmaine did a walk through with me to explain her services and charges and we agreed on a very fair price. They went to work and did a very nice job cleaning my new home. One of the most important aspects to hiring a house cleaning service is TRUST. My family and I needed to leave the house while they cleaned and we did so feeling 100% safe and secure knowing everything would there as we left it upon our return. That's a great feeling. The truth is nobody will clean your home exactly how you would do it or perfectly but Charmaine and crew came as close to doing so as possible. We will now be hiring her for monthly service and I will update my review as we move forward in our relationship but I'm confident it will go as well as it has today. Thanks Charmaine and D! :)

Always professional and prompt. Great communication AND my house sparkles when Charmaine and Sure Clean Professional Services are done with their services. We use them every two weeks for cleaning twice a month. Very thorough and a pleasure to deal with. And they love my animals too :)

SureClean does an excellent job cleaning my house. I have dogs (one is a Labrador retriever, need I say more?) and am constantly vacuuming to keep up with the hair and dirt they being into the house (they also dirty up my glass doors). It is such a treat to have Charmaine and her team come in and make everything bright and shiny clean again! They clean everything... baseboards, fans, all those places that my vacuuming doesn't get to! They are professional, thorough, efficient and reliable. I can recommend them highly.

Things went very, very well. I am very pleased, they don't talk all the time when they are working and don't take personal phone calls while on the job. I really appreciate that they aren't constantly chatting and are their to clean. Very personable people, it was a very pleasant experience and I think that anyone would appreciate this great service.

We are thrilled to have found Charmaine and her staff. They are extremely professional, reliable, and do a great job cleaning the house. We had tried Molly Maids and another provider in the area and ran into issues with inconsistency, unreliability, and billing issues. Charmaine has been the best find!! They are always punctual and reliable which is a rare find in this area. We have had some special requests due to allergies etc and Charmaine has always been amazingly flexible and has kept us very happy week after week. We would HIGHLY recommend Sure Clean.

Moved in over two years ago and never had a deep-clean until this week. Too much for details since I sat in my small apartment and watched the whole cleaning expedition unfold. First, bedrooms. Then living area... Then study (2nd bedroom, but...), bathrooms and kitchen... This family run business, with mom-daughter-dad, is impeccable. They stay on task, work to do the best per expressed goals agreed upon. Price seems high, but their standards are too, so I'm willing to stick with such pros. Compares to best I've used in 8 states: KY, TN, GA, FL, AL, SC, NC, and CA ....!

I was in the hospital twelve days and was told to expect a three month recovery. My daughter and son-in-law came to stay with me for a month. They brought two dogs in addition to my own dog and cat. Charmaine and her staff took this all in stride and has been very helpful and caring. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I have hired several professional cleaning services over the years, and Sure Clean is hands-down the BEST I have ever had. Charmaine and her crew pulled up rugs, moved furniture, and even climbed on stools to dust the top of armoires! A speck of dust stands no chance with them in the house! An important note: Prior to cleaning, Charmaine visited my house to give an estimate. Since my family is mostly neat, she estimated that she would not need to do the typical deep cleaning on the first visit, which takes longer and is an additional cost. On the first day, however, it turned out that I was not as deep-cleaned as she thought and she and her crew spent an additional two hours cleaning my house. Despite that, she stood by her initial estimate saying, "I don't like to surprise my customers with a higher fee," and did not charge me for the additional work. (But I happily added an additional amount to the estimate because it was WORTH IT!) Even my kids were impressed! In addition to her quality services, Charmaine's integrity is top notch. I highly recommend Sure Clean!

Charmaine was great! They came the day after my initial phone call. Cleaned complete house for sale. Floors, moldings, bathrooms, appliances, tops of cabinets, ceiling fans, air vents, moved appliances & cleaned under, windows. Was extremely thorough and professional.
