Joseph was on time found the leak at the faucet and replaced it. Came back a second time the next day when I called and left a message that the water was tricaling from the faucet. MY fault. pushed the unit under the sink and pinched one of the water tubes . Joseph found the pinched tube corrected my mistake and refused to charge to come back for a mistake I created.

To be fair we called in another plumber for the same clogged kitchen sink and have the exact same results. Like clock work after 90 days, it's clogged again!!! Sorry about that First Choice.

I can't say enough about the expertise and professional of First Choice Plumbing! They knew exactly what needed to be done, completed the entire re-piping job in one very long day and left all areas of our home where work was done, clean and neat! After working for over twelve hours, Joe who was the supervisor of the job, personally double checked every single aspect of the job and actually had a couple of minor things redone!!! If you experience problems with plumbing issues like ours, First Choice Plumbing should be your choice!

I called about 2:45 today, Joseph was at my door at 5:00, I found that amazing. Joseph was very polite, personable and professional. He checked out my existing tank and pointed out some repairs that had been made and some problems. I probably could have had him just flush the tank but it was nine years old and since we just moved in and we were getting sediment in the water, I was leaning towards a new tank before he arrived. He did quite a bit of work and it took about 2 hours. More than I wanted to spend of course but plumbers are not cheap and I put a high value on piece of mind. I'm very pleased. Thank you Joseph!

First Choice should not be a consumer's "first choice" in plumbing services.

The work done was excellent and exceeded my expectations! Joe cut no corners and his workers were polite and well mannered. Joe the owner was on the job and performed the task of working in our attic installing pipe under the worst conditions while his workers were replacing all shut off valves and feed lines. They also installed a new water heater, replacing the pan and all fittings. They remove the old water heater and hauled it away when the job was finished. When all the pipe was installed and tested and ready for the city inspection, His crew cleaned all area's they had worked in and left the job spotless. If you are looking for an honest and professional contractor to perform any plumbing job, you will make a mistake if you do not call First Choice Plumbing Solutions in Port Saint Lucie! Thanks Joe for a wonderful experience that is not often the case when you hire a contractor!

The guy who came out was very nice and very professional. He's very good.

They responded , They arrived on time and were easy to work with. However the price was a surprise. At least I was able to use a $15 coupon. It took 5-10 minuted to fix and he was on his way. Glad it is fixed, but probably will not call them again due to price.

Unbelievably fast service. They had a plumber waiting for another call and they were able to fit us in immediately. Work performed quickly and no problems. Would definitely use again and would recommend. I enter a B for price only because I think all plumbing prices are high compared to other contractors.

I called them first due to the number of positive reviews I read on Angie's list (seriously, I really did) The lady that answered the phone was incredibly polite and professional. She was able to quote me for the job on the phone, I'm guessing because it's probably a common problem with hot water heaters. I agreed to the quote and made an appointment that fit my schedule (which was refreshing in itself). The gentleman that showed up to do the work had arrived a few minutes early and was waiting for me when I got home (again, how refreshing). He was polite, friendly, clean, professional and put up with my questions. He did the job quickly, suggested the expansion tank and told me why, and cleaned up after he was done. He took the time to explain about the normal life span of hot water heaters and took the time to give me quote for replacement "just in case" since mine is toward the end of that life span estimate. All done in half an hour from start to finish. Probably one of the most pleasant transactions I've had since moving here 12 years ago.

The work was satisfactory but even though the 40 gallon water heater didn't cost me a cent 'cause it was under warrantyt, the labor charge for 45 minutes of actual working time was $365. That seemed to me to be "highway robbery". He also convinced me to put on an $89 pressure device that would "protect the plumbing pipes throughout the house from exploding" (a claim refuted by another plumber friend). The First Choice plumber said I should do it now because it would cost $100 more to do it later. Since the work was good, I feel you should use them ONLY if you settled on the labor costs FIRST... or they would NOT be my "First Choice"

The repairman was on time, very nice, and did a great and efficient job!

FAST AND EFFICIENT REPAIRS. ONE PART HAD TO BE ORDERED BUT WAS INSTALLED AS SOON AS IT WAS RECEIVED. I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE AND THE HELPFULNESS OF THE REPAIRMAN.

I called them this morning and they made it out the same day and on time. Work was performed well and satisfactorally! I originally found them here on Angie's List and have used them a couple of times and have always been happy. What a relief to find someone who performs their job well!

They arrived on time. Took the old water heater out replaced it with a new more efficient model. Insulated all pipes and cleaned up after the job was completed. Highly recommend.

I called them and they came the same day. The plumber, Joseph was very professional and thorough. Our house is 10 years old this year and he said we got a greater than expected life out of the garbage disposal for the model. He also inspected the water heater and gave us a quote to replace it, indicating it was showing signs of erosion.

It went very well. He was very, very knowledgeable and he knew exactly what was happening with our existing hot water heater and he highly recommended to have it replaced. Our heater was leaking and also a fire hazard in it's condition. He showed us the corrosion inside the tank. We feel very fortunate he was so knowledgeable and blessed he found the fire hazard with our tank. He replaced our water heater that same day.

We called first choice at about 11:am, they were here in less than an hour. Matt was our service man. Very polite and professional. Gave us our price then asked my husband if he was over 65( he's 78) so he gave us the senior discount. We considered the price very reasonable. He did the job in under 2 hours and we were pleased with his work.

We were very happy with the quick service even late in the day on Friday. Matt said they handle calls 24 hours a day and don't charge extra for Saturday service.

The Technician was early, very professional (very clean solder job) and knowledgeable. The heater was ~10 year old and started leaking on a Monday. I contacted the company late Tuesday night. They called me Wedenesday morning and schedule the work that same day after hours (5 PM). I gave only B on price because the heater itself is ~$450 with maybe another $50 for parts and 90 minutes of work ... which is leaving a hefty margin to the company!

Everything went very well. Serviceman came earlier than expected after calling me first.

.This was the third time we used this company. Each time Joe Sitterson was our plumber. Last time he replced our hot water heater. His work was fast clean and efficient. What more could you ask for? We will use this company again. I have no problem recommending them.

As much as I hate to admit it I had spent most of the day trying to hook up a new sink and disposer drain but was unsuccessful. After much frustation I turned to Angies List and found First Choice. (my first choice as it turned out) I called at about 4:30 PM and spoke to the representative who was most helpful. I am sure she sensed my frustration and was great. She said someone else had just cancelled a service call and she could have a plumber at my home between 5:30 and 6:30 PM. I said great and to send him out. He called about half an hour later and arrived about 15 minutes after his call. He (Joseph) diagnosed the problem and gave me an estimate almost immediately. He had to cut the wall open to lower the drain since the new sink and disposer were much larger than the old ones. He went right to work and had all the materials required on his truck. Finished in about an hour and a half as I recall. Joseph did a great job and was very professional and neat. If I should need plumbing assistance in the future I would definately call First Choice!!

Joe, who was very professional and friendly came to check my water heater that was leaking, ended up having to replace the entire unit. He was proficient, clean and very quick!! I had hot water within 2 hours, I would definitely use them again!!

WOW! Joseph the plumber who represented First Choice Plumbing Solutions was outstanding! He originally came to our house on 1/6/2014 to give us a quote for the services needed. After going through several plumbing companies that either did not return our calls or gave us quotes without giving details, Joseph was a breath of fresh air. He was interested in our needs, had great job knowledge and explained everything to us. The best part was he showed up on time, finished the work in record time and was meticulous in his work. Another big plus was Rebecca our phone contact at First Choice was great! After being told by more than one plumber the "you don't need a permit to put in a hot water heater," Rebecca said, "we would be doing you a disservice if we did not pull a permit." That is what I call honest and high integrity.
