We had a leak coming out of the wall to the garage. The leak was visible because it was sprained out of the wall. He came in looked at everything and gave an estimate of $1,600 but it could be 1800. I told them that was a very steep price. The work I know was not going to be much. I asked him about the sheetrock if it was going to be replace. He said yes the one in the closet that they broke to get to the pipe and the one behind the water heater were it created a hole. He came back a few minutes later and said you're going to love me we're charging you 950.00. reason why was that the line was from Air conditioning I was not being used. They then have to replace the line. So the job consisted of cutting that copper and tapping it and taking off a couple lines that were on the water heater out. That's it the job took about 25 minutes. They were there a total of about an hour. When I asked him about the sheetrock he said oh no there's another guy that will come to do that. The guy who talked to you about the house insurance to replace everything. I asked him if this was another company he said yes. So basically, they made a hole in my wall, cut the line , pulled the line out which was about 3 ft. That was it $950. 😳 He charge for a leak finder. Give me a break you can see the leak. The guy was a little scam artist. Overcharging for a service that I could have done myself. I have pictures of anyone's interested in looking to sloppy job they left behind. Also asked us to call the company and tell him what a wonderful job they did. You must be kidding me.

First they were early which is a plus. I didn't have to stand around waiting. They were friendly and respectful. They knew right away what the problem was and had the parts with them to fix it. The price was reasonable and he even gave me a discount. I would highly recommend this company.

Gabriel is THE MAN!! He was supposed to be here between 10-11 a.m. but called and showed up about 940. Extremely pleasant and knows his profession well. Did all the repairs in about 40 mins and was out of here. I've had him here before 2 years ago to replace a water tank at 6 on a rainy January night and he stayed until the job was completed about 2 1/2 hours later. Pure professionalism. Highly recomment this company!

This company is an "A+" as far as I'm concerned. From first phone call to quote\service call to home right up to complete installation I highly recommend this company. Young lady in the office was responsive and on the ball. Gentleman that came to my home to quote and explain what could be done...Mike....very informative and professional...really knew his stuff. Helped me get around the expense of installing a tankless water heater which was my first choice but was not right for me. Found a perfect resolution within my budget. We set up the appointment for the coming Saturday....perfect. Gabriel who was the gentleman that come out to do the actual installation was methodical, knew his job and tools very very well. Did not falter or hesitate one bit. Everything was done to perfection and he did not even mind if I watched the entire nearly 4 hour process. From taking down the old water heater and demolishing the shelf from the drywall and ceiling suspension to the finished product of the new heater installed....very interesting - he actually explained some issues and new codes to me. This was all done safely and professionally. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.....do not go any further than your "First Choice" - stick with the best and you won't be sorry. I would recommend this company to anyone !!!! I am extremely pleased. Very refreshing to have a business that says what they do and does what they say.

but it was worth it. Mike came on time, gave us options. Worked a few hours. Never would know work was done. Cleaner than it was.

The service man Will was very professional. Had a hum in the plumbing system. Thought it was the kitchen faucet but he narrowed it down to the toilet valve. Explained everything every step of the way. Gave a quote upfront and in the end adjusted the quote downwards as only one valve needed replacement. Showed up on time and the price was reasonable. Would hire again without hesitation.

Great. Gabriel found a burned out electrical connection on the box comming into the heater. Repaired and now have hot water.

We were very impressed with Joe and his crew. They were very professional, courteous, efficient, and quick. They showed up on time and were done by 4pm. There were only 2 visible holes in the walls (which were so neat, and the drywall squares that were removed were kept and can be used to repair the holes). All of this was explained to us in the pre-job estimate which, by the way, was exactly what we paid in the end. All of our questions were answered to our satisfaction. We would definitely recommend First Choice Plumbing for any plumbing needs--big or small.
