We've been happy with them every time they have come.

They're very good. It wasn't that expensive. The quality was good. They did well, they were punctual. They have one guy that we've had here three or four times. We've had the same guy every time. His name is Stan. He is very professional and he is very knowledgeable.

I had a commercial ice machine put in . The service went very well they came out the very next day to give me an estimate and the work was performed the same day I would definitely hire this company again they were very professional in the work they did. They went above and beyond

Gabriel, a very nice young man, and knowledgeable and competent plumber, did a full house inspection and determined the cause to be a clogged water softener filter. He replaced the filter with a new filter I had. Problem solved. $300 seemed a bit expensive, but outstanding service does not come cheap.

I purchased a water conditioner from this company. The water conditioner head was defective so I had to replace the head. They charged me to come and replace the head for a defective product that they sold me. Now the water conditioner runs constantly and doesn't condition the water. I would never do business with this company again.

It's a company I used and will never use again, They didn't pull a permit they tried to play games with it and I still got to fix the slight problems myself but I won't ever used them again. First of all your an employee there you never bring your employees problems to work with you, spend all day sitting in your van, talking to your employee when you should be doing your job and then you get out cause your all upset and then you want to take it out and then you don't pull the permit you never quote the permit do the install that your not suppose to do and then you just want to leave it the way it is when we questioned you about it, claim you try to give us the deal and I'm like what was the deal you either price out everything the way it should be done and this what other price I got from someone else what do you have to comparable basically that's what I got. No permit pulled and left tools behind and probably sent out the owner to finish the job it was a fiasco, so I just do my owner plumbing from now on I'm serious couple of classes on YouTube videos you can do anything. The whole experience gives me a bad taste.

Was very pleased with the service, very neat would definitely keep using their services, Brian was very professional and helpful, explaining the work as he went along, responded to our call quickly and was on time, this has been about the 6th or more time that we have used this company and were very satisfied, would recommend them to all.

Joe the master plumber and Mike his assitant arrived at about 5pm. Calls to other plumbing companies stated they could come maybe in 2 days. Mike explained the process for locating the leak. He said that it was a challege to locate but did not want to start jack hammering all over the slab until he could locate the exact point of the leak. When he found the point he made the repair and filled in the small hole used. Joe and Mike were thorough.polite and very professional also very neat. I would recommend First Choice Plumbing to everyone.

Found them on AL after discovering a wet carpet in spare room. First Choice located leak within slab, offered options for fixing the leak alone or re-piping entire house (slab leaks are common in our development). I chose the single option and another leak was discovered when finishing up the first one. They also recommended a water damage specialist, Smart Dry, who was also a great provider.

Of course, the two action must be performed at different times. The countertop installer held the us as the owner responsible to meet their schedule on getting the plumbing performed. First Choice was excellent in scheduling to meet our needs. Every facet of the work was the highest quality. Gabriel was our service tech and we could not have asked for a better technician. He was thorough and explained operation the of all fixtures and described the high quality of the items that he installed. When he heard we had a new home he even gave us pointers on items to check, for example, the hot water heater. I would have never known the importance of draining the water heater periodically. He explained that process to us. One thing about our home was that the previous owner had installed a brand new water heater. Gabe told us that the Rheem water heater that we had was one of the top of the line. I drained it while he was here and he reviewed the procedures with me. He told me to make sure that the power was shutoff before draining. I really appreciated his advice in several areas. His advise was just a fraction of the example of friendly, professional service. First choice is our go to for plumbing needs in the future.

Ryan Stone was our serviceman with this company and he went right to work on the problem. I explained to him that I needed to go the cheapest route if possible and he tried his best to do just that. But the pipe leading out of the water heater was badly corroded and upon further inspection Ryan noticed that the water also caused wire damage inside the tank as well. Thankfully when it all happened I shut off the water leading into the tank and my brother shut off the power. Ryan gave us a price quote and we agreed. What was included in the quote was pretty much everything; city permit and inspection, Rheem 40 gal water heater, pipes & fittings, expansion tank and a 6 yr factory warranty & 1 yr warranty on parts/labor. He never skipped a beat throughout the job....immediately went and picked up a new Rheem water heater and everything else needed for the repairs. I was impressed at how meticulous Ryan worked, making sure his work area was always organized and neat and every stage of the repairs, he'd stand back and double check to make sure it was level or even. Ryan takes personal pride in his work and it shows. He was very courteous towards me and my family and willingly answered all our questions. I was at a loss when this happened and immediately went on Angie's list to find a reputable contractor. I made the right choice in getting First Choice and highly recommend them. I will go to them for any of my future repairs and ask for Ryan Stone. Thank you First Choice and thank you Ryan!

He did excellant work but having a hard time accepting the total bill for work done.

He told us the flange on the toilet seat had broken and he replaced it and reset the toilet.

He was at the house from about 2 PM to 9 PM. Forgot concrete so additional man had to come and help.

The owner/staff of First Choice Plumbing are the best! They are very business like... any really know what they are doing. The took time to explain to me what changes were being made and how they would effect me. They made good suggestions for improving my situation. They are definitely my go to plumbing business when the need arises again. Thank you for a job well done!!!

This was my 1st time using Angie's list & it was worth signing up for. I've had sewage back-ups for over a year (I am on city/sewer). I've paid to have it fixed (numerous times) & those who worked on it told me it was fine. Even the city water company had come out several times (with a camera) & didn't know what the problem was. Well, Gabriel (my service tech) was wonderful. He took his time from beginning to end. From locating the source of the problem (more roots) to explaining everything he was doing as he went through each step (I find it interesting). He showed me where the pipe that had been repaired 15+ years ago was now the source of the problem. Although I may not happy with the problem found, but I am much happier KNOWING how to fix it correctly and permanently. Just a quick mention, the office personnel were efficient, professional and very pleasant. Since I had an emergency situation, they squeezed me in and kept me informed on arrival time. I was very pleased with the companies service!

They sent out a young man named Ryan. He gave me an estimate one afternoon and returned the next morning to do the work. The job was a lot more detailed than he had anticipated; but he was so patient and professional. He went above and beyond to make us happy. He was professional, friendly, and cleaned up all the mess from the job. I would have Ryan work at my house any time and would recommend him and First Choice to anyone. He fixed our problems. He cleaned up real well and even helped us get started on the cleanup in the master bath. I thought the price after hours was very fair. He was very nice, professional and courteous!

The work was done in a timely fashion with no problems.

Our hose valve stopped working entirely. We would turn the nozzle and keep turning and it wouldn't shut the water off to the hose. I called several different plumbing companies and quotes were given over the phone. I was told by several companies that they would charge just to come out to the house to look at it. I get that this is probably normal for most places, but it bothered me that what if I had someone come out that couldn't preform the work needed then I would be out of pocket for work that was never done in the first place. I called First Choice Plumbing and when asked how much it would cost for the fee I was told that they would come out and give me a free estimate and if I didn't want to proceed then that wasn't a problem. The receptionist was wonderful and Ryan was able to come out the same day. He called before coming over and was willing to adjust his time around my schedule, and having to leave to pick up my daughter for school, this was incredibly helpful. When he accessed replacing the nozzle a lot more work went in then expected because the builder of the house set the pipe inside the stucco. He communicated throughout the entire process and let me know how much it would cost and that he would do his best to carefully break away the stucco around the pipe without having to cut it with a saw. He was extremely careful and clean with his work. He left it looking better than it did before and gave us a one year guarantee on his work. I can't say enough positive things about Ryan and this company. If all of their employees are as good as Ryan then you aren't going to find a better company to work with. As far as the price- I found it reasonable and it was very close to what others had quoted me over the phone.

Joseph was on time found the leak at the faucet and replaced it. Came back a second time the next day when I called and left a message that the water was tricaling from the faucet. MY fault. pushed the unit under the sink and pinched one of the water tubes . Joseph found the pinched tube corrected my mistake and refused to charge to come back for a mistake I created.
