+ -1 moreThe technician was very unprofessional and disrespectful, behaving and walking around like he owned the house and did not even wipe his feet upon entering. And $109 to replace one tiny little bolt is a RIPOFF, regardless of how you like at it. Would not provide written paperwork, he scribbled something on his phone. Plus I gave no consent of any pictures taken of my property, but he kept taking those without my permission. This was fist and last time I had to hire these people.

Not only did they answer my call, the response was extremely quick and service was outstanding and the price was more than reasonable. I endorse First Choice as being the "Only Choice". Thanks guys for always being there for me.

+ 0 moreWonderfully. We called the city of PSL after all my husband's efforts failed. The City came but couldn't fix it and advised us to call a plumber. Of course, we got onto Angie's List and found First Choice Plumbing Solutions. The gal who took our call was great. She asked the right questions and told us the team would come with all equipment they needed. Vincent and Kyle showed up almost immediately. Both gentlemen were gentlemen, very courteous and took time to explain everything to me. Excellent service.

+ -1 moreThe tech,Gabriel, was excellent. He was on time, professional efficient. He used an electric auger that got rid of the blockage and then corrected and replaced the under sink drain piping which had been installed incorrectly with the wrong pitch and wrong kind of piping. He explained everything in advance and gave me a firm price before he started the job. He also cleaned up after he finished. I'm super satisfied with him and with First Choice. Would highly recommend them for any plumbing need.
Description of Work: Clog in kitchen where drain exits to outside and replace under sink piping which was incorrectly installed originally.

+ -1 morePhone was answered promptly on a Saturday. Prices were negotiated promptly. Gabriel, our service plumbing tech, arrived promptly and worked for several hours that same day. Job was completed as promised. What a delight. Probably not the cheapest, but all was done well as promised and passed inspection today from the city inspector. We will use them again for any plumbing issues. Highly recommended.
Description of Work: We have two old water heaters and thought that one of them was leaking. We knew that both needed to be replaced in the near future.

Description of Work: It was almost noon on a Saturday when I realized my toilet had a steady leak (the flapper was not and would not "seat" properly. The water shut-off would not budge. I could "hear" my water meter clicking away.

+ -1 moreWe couldn't have chosen a better company to fix our plumbing problems. They kept us up to date on their arrival time and did the work in a professional manner.
Description of Work: We had a problem with the toilet that many plumbers told us was a major problem. Gabe came out and showed us every step of what he needed to do. It seems the toilet wasn't set right. It was on a broken flange and rocked and leaked. He reset it and put on a new flange disk. He also snaked out the drain line that has been a problem with this toilet for years. Somehow, way back when, there was a good sized piece of duct tape that was flushed and was still there clogging things up. He removed it and things are finally running smoothly.

They were fast yet extremely efficient, knew what they were doing and by the end of the day the house was re-plumbed. I cannot say enough about Joe Duran. He is the guy to use for all your plumbing needs ESPECIALLY for a re-pipe job. He knows Uponor and he knows his plumbing !
Description of Work: Re-pipe of entire house. Had estimates from 3 different plumbing companies. We decided on First Choice because Joe Duran is exceptionally knowledgeable in re-pipe of entire house using the Uponor plumbing system. He was professional as well and very thorough when here to do the estimate.
