Professional, knowledge. Explained very well, gave us confidence they completely solved the problem. With clogged pipe, sewage backed up in shower and no toilets would flush.

The service man came on time, knew what was needed and performed the replacement expeditiously. He removed the old, defective tank, installed the new tank, tested the new tank and cleaned the area.

Joseph was on time and professional. He fixed the toliet leak quickly. The leak is gone and I was satisfied.

Scheduling was an issue. They made a mistake and told me service would be provided on 6/19. No one showed. I had to call them back. Was told it was a clerical mistake and service would be provided on 6/20 between 5-6. No one showed or called. Repair man finally called at 6:30 and was there by 6:45. I was told they would refund me $25 for this issue. The main issue I have is the price to replace the broken toilet parts. It took the repair man less than 20 minutes. I was told up front up front about the price and I did agree to it. However, the repair man relayed that the work would be extensive. I'm not a repair man so I don't know how long fixing these issues could/should take. I called the next day and talked to the Office Manager. She went through the price list with me to ensure I wasn't over charged. She relayed that they price their work for big jobs and this work could have been performed cheaper by a general contractor. The Office Manager and repair tech were very cordial. My main issue is charging me full price that they use for big jobs for a small job. I do accept responsibility that I gave them the OK to do the work. My grievance is them not being forth right in explaining that this was a minor job and charging a disabled person full price for the parts. Subsequently, I wouldn't recommend this company for individuals who have what may be minor issues. I would recommend them for major contract work.

I have to say they knew what has happened in Port St Lucie with the new laws enforced and many of the plumbers do not know about them or are charging for extra stuff . I would get them again.

I spoke to Rebecca at First Choice Plumbing when I called. She is very nice, professional and helpful. She scheduled a plumber for the very next day. Their price was very reasonable. Gabriel came and did the actual plumbing. He was very neat in appearance, very friendly and very professional. He explained everything to us and the job only took a little over an hour. He was very respectful and careful about things in our home. He is such a nice guy and very knowledgeable. He was sure to check behind himself and cleaned everything up. Overall, it was a good experience. I do have to mention they were a hour late due to an emergency, which does happen, but were very apologetic, which we do understand. We would definitely use this company again and would recommend them to our family, friends and neighbors.

The plumber arrived promptly which was a great help since I called the same day. He cleaned out the toilet with a toilet auger that worked the first time. No Problems. The plumber was very nice and informative. We would call them again if we have another plumbing problem.

From first phone call right through the completion of the job on May 7, 2013, a great experience with a very professional company.

We had the entire house re-piped by First Choice due to the under slab foundation leak ( 3rd one ). We had a different plumbing company work on the first two leaks with poor results and quality issues. Joe from First Choice re-piped the entire house, coordinated the drywall repairs etc and it was done with quality materials and professional standards. I have since had them install a hot water heater and have recommended them to my neighbors and family living in the area.

Over all I was very pleased and would recommend this company to my friends.

The plumber arrived on time and the work was done quickly and competently. He cleaned up the area as well and did a fine job overall.

Came out the same day and did some of the work. Returned two days later and did the shower fixtures.

We had a toilet that was not working properly and needed to be fixed right away because we were having a big party in just a few days. They sent someone (Joe) out right away and he advised that the toilet needed to be replaced, which he did that same day. Very professional and he did a great job. Would definitely use them again. I don't know how much toilets typically cost to replace, but it was less than I thought it would be.

I had the parts ready to do the repair. The faucet was apart except for 1 piece that took a special tool to remove. The serviceman first quoted me $190.00 then said he called the office and I would only have to pay the $160.00 because I already had it apart. It took him less than 15 min. To complete the job. In the end it never felt the same. A few weeks later J found a small black piece that I assumed he must have replaced. I thru it away and later realized that it should have been put back in. The facet has never been the same. I would never use them again. Because of there inefficientcy an high price. I don't pay that much for a 15 min. Doctors visit.

Happy with the plumber's report, the insurance company approved the payment to cover all the damage caused by the flooding. One success story, due in part to the plumber's report.

My experience with First Choice Plumbing was very extremely satisfactory and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a plumbing company.

I cannot give them anything but the highest rating from cleanliness to just everything. They should get a 10 out of 10.

Joe was right on time and very professional. This is the third time we have used First Choice. They has always been excellant.

It was great. We Had Gabriel and he was very neat, professional and well spoken. He treated our new machine with kid gloves and made sure to not scratch it or damage it in any way (it was like he was treating our home like his own). He did a great job and made us feel confident that we weren't going to have the same problems with the drain line again.

Felt we could not have had more prompt service. Was very pleased with the quick response and service. Having never had to use a plumber, we did not know what to expect as far as charges, but felt this charge was high. However, someone who came to do repairs of the water damage felt the charge was very reasonable. We are both disabled (husband disabled vet) and on a fixed income so the discount was appreciated.

Joe is amazing. He took care of our plumbing with expert knowledge. he knows what he's doing , great service, and knowledge. From start to finish amazing. He came out on a Sunday . From the time we were giving our est. till the job was cleaned up it truly was great... we will have him back to do some other work and would refer this company anytime.............

I needed a new faucet for my kitchen double sink. The plumber who was very nice stated that he had a new faucet in his truck. He brought it in and it looked fine to me in the box. After he put it on the faucet, I paid him in full ,and after using it one day or so I called and stated that the faucet was too tall and wobbled the entire back of the sink when it was used. The office staff suggested that I find one that would be more satisfactory, so we went to their showroom and picked out a more expensive one that had a bigger base which was then installed. This one worked perfectly on my sink. However, I was charged for installing and removing the first one, and then I was charged again for installing the second one. In my opinion the charges were excessive and I called to complain. The woman I spoke with, who was very nice, said she would talk with the manager, but I never heard from them again. In my opinion they were not concerned with my satisfaction and would not remove the cost of the first installation.
