Ladies, if you don't speak "plumber" lingo but need work done call Rebecca at First Choice. I purchased a shower and tub trim kit for my guest bath but later realized it was not as simple as just replacing what was there. After calling two other plumbing companies and becoming rather frustrated I called First Choice. Rebecca was great, she explained to me what I needed to have done and even ordered the valve and additional pieces I needed to complete the install. Gabe arrived on time and completed the work while explaining the process.

I had some odds and ends that, on their own, would not be feasible for a call. But work out well lumped together. The tech came promptly and did a good job. I had one concern that could not be addressed.

I was amazed that they were puntional response time was within a few hours from the initial call and when u needed to call again they were out within the hour.

Gabe was the technician and did an excellent job of explaining what he was doing to find the problem with the clogged line. Also explained in layman's terms what was wrong with the guest bath toilet, and the options that I had to fix the problem, and to replace another part that was going bad but was still working. I was very impressed with Gabe's know. Upon seeing him, I realized that he was the technician for my last call (about 3 months ago)involving the master bath sink, and I was very satisfied with this company's response and Gabe's repair of that, as well. I have passed the company name and phone number, and Gabe's name, on to a friend of mine who will be looking for a plumber in Pt. St. Lucie soon.

I had the shower, tub and half the bathroom full of sewage water. I tried everything I had to fix the problem but was unable to clear the line. I went on Angies list and searched for the plumber with the best reviews, FIrst Choice Plumbing Solutions was called & showed up on scheduled time. Gabe came I showed him what I had already tried with removing the toilet and snaking the drain and he recommended the next course of action. He brought out the professional Ridgid K-60 drain cleaning machine and within minutes the issue was resolved. Neat, clean and organized. Very nice service vehicles and equipment. Very please with their level of service. Thanks Gabe!

Joseph was great. On time and out quickly

We are very pleased with the service First Choice Plumbing provided. The technician arrived early. The price we paid was actually lower than the estimate we were quoted over the phone. He worked quickly, cleanly and efficiently. We would definitely use this company again.

Employee showed up on time. The water heater was installed in a timely manner. The old water heater let some rust stains on the driveway that couldn't be cleaned up.

I thought it went well, the sink needed new taps and there was a leak underneath. The leak was repaired and nice new Moen taps were installed. My sink works beautifully and there's no more leak. I appreciated the written estimate prior to performing the work and having all the work done right then and there. This company did a great job and I would have no qualms about recommending them to others.

He vacuumed up all the water to see where the leak was coming from. He determined it was not the water heater causing the leak and said it was our air conditioner unit. He was at our house for about four hours working. He recommended a different company we could call. He also replaced the water expansion. We went to the office to look at a new water heater, the woman in the office was very customer service oriented. She was knowledgable and answered all our questions. When we do have to replace our water heater we will be calling them.

When I telephoned for an appointment the office staff was effieicient and courteous and knowledgable. The appointment was made for the following day. She told me who to expect and that he would be to my house between noon and 1 PM. The day of the service appointment Gabriel called to state he was enroute to my home and would be arriving about 12:30 PM. He was on time, polite, and professional. We discussed the original problem of a leaking angle stop (shut off valve under the MB sink). He then suggested we review the other plumbing in the baths and kitchen. (Great idea on his part; as well as his suggestions to improve the repair.) There was no pressure to do any other services. He gave me an estimate as well as checked to insure he had all of the parts and equipment he needed for the planned repairs and updates. I agreed to the estimate and he went to work. He worked hard, stayed on target and clean up behind himself. All in all; a job well done. I am very pleased with the reults and would highly recommend this company. I would have this company service my home again. A good value for the work, the quality and the professional manner the job was completed.

We had a wonderful experience.Yes we picked this provided based on Angie's list but they exceed our expectations and then some. It all began with our first phone call where we were attended to by Gabriel. During our phone call to Gabriel regarding our needs, he mentioned perhaps adding an access panel to the opening since we needed to open the wall which was actually the alternative we were considering. He was never pushy , he suggested we can buy it from them or we can get our own. He suggested that if we did get our own to have the specs so they can cut the opening to size so all we had to do was install the panel. It was this above and beyond service that impressed us and made us feel like we were in good hands. His professionalism left such an impression on us from the start. Gabriel answered all our questions and was very informative . He was very accommodating making us feel extremely at ease from the start. Joseph showed on time, and listened attentively to our concerns as we knew the install access was not the best and he assured us that yes it would be tight , but he would get it done. He was meticulous, attentive and like Gabriel his service went above and beyond giving us special connectors that would allow my husband to do the job himself should we want to change our faucet again. We wouldn't thing twice of using them again. In fact, that it will be our plumber for any future needs. Thank you for the great service and the professional matter in which you handled our needs.

He was prompt and professional. He worked on it for about 2 hours. He did a great job and everything is working fine now. I would definitely recommend them .

Explained on initial call the projects needed assistance with. - Faucets on tub, shower handle, refrigerator tubing tightened. - Simply put I need to pay for labor rates. plumber came on site offering suggestions that had nothing to do with initial call, then quoted almost $700, for labor that should have taken 2 hours. Told him to leave, he went outside, must have called co., came back with half the price. At this point you have already let me down, there is no way your coming back in my house.

I got a quote to do the work and accepted it over the phone. Within hours, a permit was pulled and the plumber arrived. Installation went well. The company called for an inspection, and helped me to understand the whole process. I would use them again for any plumbing services

When the technician arrived, he was excellent to work with, very professional, and did high quality work. I was very pleased to have gone with First Choice. However, there was an appointment issue that I have to warn others of. I called on a Wednesday afternoon to schedule the appointment, and was told the technician would arrive at my house between 9 and 10 AM on the date of service. However, at 10:30 AM I finally called as nobody showed up and I got no calls, and they said my appointment was lost but they could send a guy right away. That was my only gripe with this company, and why they got a 'D' for punctuality. When they sent the guy out, he arrived very quickly and there were no other problems whatsoever.

Call to get an estimate and make an appointment, hopefully for the next day, they offer to send a technician within 30 minutes and to quote at the property. If I did not agree they shake your hand and leave, otherwise they fix it right away. The price seem high, but most plumbers are expensive, but the technician solved the problem and an hour after the initial call the shower is working. Great response time, very professional and knew what he was doing. Service has a price so although I would have prefer a lower price, I say it was worth it.

Had Joseph do the work and must say he was very knowledgeable and explained all choices that we had and the exact amount it would cost us. He was very friendly and very down to earth...we felt comfortable with him and trusted all that he told us....he did the work neatly that when he left you would never know anyone was here.....would HIGHLY recommend him.

He did a fine job. I would recommend him to others. I plan on using him again.

They didn't show up on time, but came later in the day. Had some type of large problem at another job. I understand that could happen. I did have to have them come back again to loosen the tension on the handle, which they did. Overall we were pleased with their service.

I called at 9 in the morning and they were here by 11am. They were very professional, and price fairly. I will use them again in the near future to hook everything up once the kitchen is installed. I can not say enough about this company. They are very professional, and they cleaned everything up when he was done.Fantastic.

First, let me say, that I have used this provider for several years and found them satisfactory. For that reason when my daughter was having difficulty with the stability of her 2 toilets, I called and made arrangements for First Choice to fix the problem and bill me. I did receive a call from the service man, Joseph (not the owner), at which time I was informed that the bill would be $903.00. I expressed my amazement and requested an explanation. I was told it was difficult to re-set toilets and there were locations where there was leaking by the shut off valves. Also that he did not have the parts in the truck to fix the loose faucet in the bathroom and if he had to come back, the bill would go from $903.00 to $1259.00. He further stated that if I wanted to think about having the work done, the same would hold true if I decided to have them make a return call (i.e., the bill would up to $1259.00). Having no reason to doubt the honesty or professionalism of this company, I told him to go ahead. Later that day I spoke to my daughter and said "Wow, that was a lot more than I expected. I figured, maybe, a couple of hundred." She was livid. Joseph never discussed or showed her any of the leaks, nor did he tell her any of the billing details. (Clearly she was remiss in not paying any attention to the repairs, but she too had previously had experience with this company and did not think it was necessary. Lesson learned!) We called immediately and spoke to Rebecca who does the billing and were informed that the bill was, indeed, correct. When we questioned the amount of time spent on the job (less than 3 hours - which included chit-chat) we were informed that they always round up to an hour. Within minutes of that statement, we were informed that the company charges by the job not by the hour!!(?) I have made several attempts to resolve this and asked several times whether Joe, the owner was advised of my dissatisfaction and that I intended as a member of Angie's List to write a review. I was informed that he was aware and I was never even asked if I wanted to talk with him. Although my daughter signed the Acceptance of Description, she is clear that at the time there were no prices written on the agreement. That "Acceptance" was what, apparently supposed to suffice as a bill. When I received it, I requested an itemized bill which I finally received. I would be more that happy to provide Angie's List with copies. One final comment, I'm pretty sure that the Moen faucet cost more than 1 piece sink and vanity that it is currently attached to. Do not use this company if you have multiple plumbing issues! 1

This company is very fast and efficient. Plumber arrived when scheduled and work was complete in less than 1/2 hour. Everything was done perfectly and was very satisfied with the work.

All repairs went as planned. The workers were efficient, pleasant and very neat. They arrived on time and we couldn't be happier with them.

They showed on time..very professional and very polite...performed the job in a timely fashion...I will definitely use them again....and I have already recommended them to others,,,,
