The service person made extra effort to contact my tenant, and arranged to get the work done. To his credit, he was very cooperative in making appointment and working with a difficult tenant. I would use this person again and recommend services to other landlords.

We received excellent service from Anthony and his team at Quality Drain Solutions. I explained to them that I was a seasonal resident and that a neighbor had reported a water leak on my property. The water company confirmed that we had a leak involving the main pipe between our home and the city water line. Quality Drain offered to check out the problem the same day, within just hours, and offered a free estimate. However, when they arrived, they found that someone had already dug up my pipe and performed the needed repairs. They turned on the main water and confirmed that the leak had in fact been repaired and documented their findings with pictures. I still do not know if a neighbor or the water company repair our leak! Had I known that someone had performed repairs, I certainly would not have asked Anthony to spend time investigating our problem. Anthony and his team were very gracious about the mix up. I offered to pay them for their time--which they declined. I would definitely call them again if I have another plumbing problem. A real human being who knows about plumbing answered the phone. They offered me a free estimate. They were professional, courteous and incredibly prompt about checking out my plumbing problem. Excellent service!

I couldn't be happier with the service from Quality Drain Solutions. The toilet in the master bath was leaking due to a bad wax seal. I called them about 11:00 a.m. expecting to be told they would be able to be out in a day or two. To my (pleasant) surprise they scheduled to come out in about two hours! The serviceman arrived about 1:30 and replaced the wax seal, reset and leveled the toilet and grouted around the base.

The service provided was excellent. Bob returned first call promptly and arrived on time for installation. Although the task was challenging due to a tight toilet fit, Bob put his professional skills to work quickly to complete the installation. He certainly met my plumbing needs.

I called the plumber at 11:15. He said he would be here between 12 and 2. Bob arrived early at 11:55. Yea! The main reason I called was for the clogg4ed sink. He repaired it and then did minor repairs on faucet and toilet while he was here. He did offer to clean up small mess on the floor but I told him not to worry because I had to mop anyway. Price was competitive. Bob was professional and neat. Finished job by 12:40 pm. I would definitely use this service again. Thank you!!

The plumber was timely, courteous, efficient and affable. He was a good diagnostician for the sink water back up into the diswasher problem.

Excellent service, I purchased deal and called Quality Drain minutes later. They were able to send a repairman out within the hour!!. When Bob arrived, he was courteous and efficient. The work was completed in a timely manner and the "$95 deal with the $35 credit" left me with only $85 out of pocket. Highly recommend the company.

Anthony responded quickly, showed up exactly at the promised time, professionally explained all of the options, and did the job at a very reasonable charge. Would highly recommend him.

My tenant called to inform me that the water line had come loose in the wall that supplies water to the washing machine. She said that her brother knew a plumber that he had used for his business, and that he could come out that night to make the repairs, and that the repairs should be approximately $225. I told her to go ahead and have the repairs made. After he made the repairs, he gave her a bill for $325. When she asked him why it was so much more, she said that he told her that it was because it was a night call, even though it was after hours when she called him and was quoted the estimate of $225.

He is great, very timely, he always makes time for us. He is willing to tell me how to fix things myself and not charge me.
