Darrell arrived a few minutes earlier than expected and was 'courteous and efficient'. He did the job and cleaned up afterwards.

Work was done very well and I am quite satisfied with the workmanship. The technician, Darrell, worked fast and efficiently and the finished product was clean and precise. When I initially called to have the new toilet installed, the provider had a special going on at the time and quoted $131 to install new toilet. While talking with the owner, he suggested that if I needed other work done, I might consider getting it done at the same time because then I would not have to pay for him to come out again. This sounded reasonable so I planned to have new faucets installed in the master bath and the kitchen. When the technician arrived, he checked out each job to be done and then went to the truck to write out the estimate. I was not aware that each job had a flat fee, meaning each faucet had a flat rate and the toilet had a flat rate. I asked Darrell to just install the toilet and forget the faucets. He then went to the truck to figure what that would cost. He quoted me $179. I asked him what happened to the $131 special. I had to call up Angie's List on the computer to show him the special. He went back to the truck to call the office to find out about the special, and then wrote up a new proposal to do the work for the special price as advertised. The problem that I have is that if each job has a flat fee, please do not tell me I will save money by having all my jobs done at the same time, when in actuality the fee will be the same no matter how many times the provider has to come out. Next time, I'll get each job done one at a time.

The work they did was good but I found them to be very very expensive for what it was for the work that they had to do after the inspection. They came out within 24 hours, it was really quick. They charged like $285 for the repair over the diagnostic. It was simply a leaking drain but there were little repair parts so that means the labor worked out to be about over a hundred bucks an hour, actually over a hundred and fifty, I think they, I felt like they were taking advantage. So I wouldn't give them a real good rating at all. I mean the work was done competently for what they charged I thought it was very excessive. They were quick and good on the aspect of responsiveness. I was really kind of upset with them about the price.

Outstanding! My husband went to replace an outside faucet that was leaking and couldn't get it off. Now our water is shut off so we needed a plumber ASAP. Called Quaility Drain and within 2 hours we have a new faucet and the water back on. Very nice plumber did the work. Extremely pleased.

I had another company come out and inspect the toilet. They suggested I needed a new toilet and they would charge $500 to install. I searched life expectancy of a toilet and it was between 25-50 years. The toilet is 12 years old. Based off their A rating, I called Quality Draining Solutions. The service person was on time and spent about 10 minutes diagnosing issue. Instead of suggesting I needed a new toilet, he stated the flow valve was broken and that was causing my issues. 20 minutes later the issue was fixed and the toilet no longer runs and the pipes no longer make noise. I also asked him about a suggestion from the other company about the need for a $250 part for my washing machine. He stated it was not needed. I am thoroughly impressed with this company and the service tech. Without question, I will use Quality Draining Solutions for my future plumbing needs

Installed promptly. The offer was for $131 which I thought was great, but the cost for replacing parts added $170. I noticed afterward that the toilet was "rocking." I called and they responded immediately. The plumber said it was because the floor was uneven, and he fixed it with some grout underneath.

He showed up on time, and completed the job quickly and professionally. I would hire again for any plumbing service.

I asked if he could just seal off the broken water line to the fridge by soldering it and I did't need the ice maker but he said that they leak sometimes YET he then soldered the copper wire in two places and charged me $225.00.for work done in less than 30 minutes total. I asked him if I would get the $35.00 credit off the bill like it was advertised on Angie.s list and he said he did not know about that and would call his boss. He came back and said his boss did not know anything about that either. VERY disappointed with Angie's list for false advertising. We have used it before and were very happy. BUT now a big question mark hangs over future use. Henry Salzler

He came into our house and immediately diagnosed it as a main drain problem/blockage. He showed up at the time he said he was going to and within 5 minutes was working on the problem.. He was finished within 20 minutes and also fixed a problem with the toilet. (My Father in Law jury rigged the fill line and as a result the toilet wasn't filling up all the way. He fixed that free of charge.)

Not impressed. The bolts on the back was very badly screwed and the unit kept shacking. And there was no need to circle me around, too. The flap was not Gerber's, but from some other cheap. And I did call many times, the company just kept ignoring me.

Found major water under kitchen sink late Friday before Memorial Day. After some research I thought I needed a new sink faucet. Contacted on plumber and they couldn't come before the next Tuesday. Contacted Quality Solutions and they said they could service me on Saturday. John, the service technician, came in and determined I didn't need to replace the faucet only tighten up some connections. John saved e the need to buy a new faucet, saved a couple hundred dollars.

The quote seemed reasonable where other local companies just wanted to do give a rough estimate over the phone. I worked with John and appreciated that he actually cleaned up the area after the install and work with parts he and I had on hand. I would try them again.

After a busy Mothers day at my home, the kitchen sink became clogged. I worked on it for several hours and spent money on 3 bottles of drain cleaner. No luck! So I decided I needed a pro. After checking here on Angie's List, I called at 9 am and spoke with the owner.who was very nice and knowledgeable. John, the plumber, arrived an hour later. Extremely nice and professional, he took the time to diagnose the issue and took great care in resoling the problem. He cleaned up after the job and was very good. I would not hesitate to ask them back. Fast service and reasonable price!! Who could ask for more!!!

They found the problem and had a replacement toilet in by the next morning. Very happy with the service. Returned two months after original toilet replacement due to water running. Replaced part with no charge whatsoever. And they arrived within hours.

The quote for service was 131 dollars but, to no fault of the company, the flange was broken and I needed additional parts. installer was polite, clean and professional.

The plumber tried to fix the clog with a very long snake, the clog was really bad, he used another snake with something on the end that should have opened up the clog but it didn't so the plumber got on the phone, talked to his boss, the plumber ran the snake with the whatever on then back through the clean out again real slow like and the clog broke lose. He also came back the next day because I had a leak in a bedroom from the bathroom which he fixed. That time it was only $115.

A plumber came out the very next morning after I contacted the owner. Darryl was punctual and professional. He installed new faucets and 3 new toilets. He kept his work area very clean; there were practically no signs of work being done after he left. He also was considerate of my son napping, and did his best to keep quiet. Much appreciated! We will use this company again in the future when other plumbing needs arise.

It went well he was here bright and early and right on time. He was very nice and pleasant. He completed the work very quickly.

I called Anthony around noon and explained that I was an out-of-state landlord and that my tenant had a kitchen sink/garbage disposal that would not drain. Anthony responded the same day, worked out a time with my tenant, and cleaned the drain the same day for a very fair price. Anthony made it very easy for me to help my tenant from a distance and her feedback was very positive...the field crew was professional, efficient, and easy to deal with. Thanks for helping my tenant get her sink functioning again...I will definitely call you next time we have a drain issue!! It so difficult to find reliable contractors, especially from a distance, and it's such a relief to know that the work I paid for was done well.
