"I recently completed a large pool and deck renovation project with Surfside Pavers. The work involved the setting of more than 2500 square feet of large format 20 mm and 10 mm porcelain tile. The job was quite challenging for a variety of reasons but particularly because of the multiple elevations and the many complicated angles involved. I have to say it was executed to perfection. Surfside’s attention to detail was exemplary. I never saw anyone setting tile without simultaneously verifying their work with a large level. As a result, the tiles were all perfectly aligned with one another and the drainage of the deck was even better than promised. I particularly want to thank Keith Spalding for overseeing the project. He always made time to explain their plans and intentions and patiently answered my many questions. In his initial consult Nathan was very knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly to make sure we understood how our system worked and what our options were. He listened to our concerns and what our goals were, then presented several repair and replacement options and the benefits of each so we could make an informed decision. We ended up replacing several pieces of non-functional equipment (pressure tank, softener, iron/sulfur guard) and reworking the overall setup of the system. The team worked around our schedule, and encouraged us to take part in decision making such as how to arrange the equipment etc. When they were done our new system looked great. They removed our old equipment, cleaned everything up, and even hauled out an antiquated filter that has been buried several feet in the ground for years.
