I had multiple things done at once by Pioneer Plumbing and they were terrific. John, the owner , came by and replaced my Hot Water Heater, fixed and item with my shower, repaired two toilet bowls, a water valve, and replaced the entire faucet set up I the kitchen sink. The majority of the work was completed within two hours. The water heater had to be ordered so that was down a few days later. It came in new and in perfect condition. John was friendly, fast, and courteous. He did everything right! His costs were reasonable and he even ended up doing some unexpected work on my kitchen sink to fix something the previous owner did wrong without charging me for it. This man cares about the quality of his work. I can’t recommend him enough.

John had the one-stop solution - a new unit and prompt installation. His communications with me throughout the project were excellent. He was precisely on time and did not require the "be home from 12 to 4 PM" requirement most all service providers want to require now. Great customer service!

Pioneer did a great job! They showed up the day after I called them to install a new hot water heater and some shut-off valves. The workers were very polite, neat and professional. The price was very reasonable ($800 less)compared to another quote I received a few days earlier. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services.

Excellent work completed. Cut out hole to access valve and cartridge was not replaceable. Installed new valve and used a big plate cover the hole. Didn't need to do any tile repairs.
