He did a very good job. Their prices are reasonable. Scheduling was easy, I called them on spur of the moment and he was able to come out right away. After he came out we set up a future schedule and he informed me the service did not need to be done every single year.

George was prompt, polite, and professional. He answered on my first call, set up an appointment for later that same day, and arrived on time. He patiently answered my questions and explained the different factors that affect dryer performance and safety. He seemed to thoroughly inspect the dryer, the area behind the dryer, and the vent up on the roof and he knew what he needed to do to correct the problem. You might find a less expensive dryer vent repair company, but George has the tools and the knowledge to do the job right and has a very pleasant personality to go along with that expertise.

I had barely bought the Angie's List offer when my phone rang (on a Saturday night) and it was George Perez from Dryervent Wizard. He came this morning and looked everything over. We had just bought a new washer and dryer and when the installers came from GE they suggested we have the dryer vent looked at it as lint was coming out when they disconnected the old one. George was amazing - he went in the attic to check things - went on the roof and found a piece of mesh covering the vent from when the former owners had a new roof put on! everything was backing up behind it! He installed new strapping in the attic, vacuumed the vent which was loaded with lint and repaired the elbow in the wall behind the dryer. He cut the wall repaired the elbow and patched the wall. To say my husband and I were impressed was an understatement!

Mr. Perez created a new vent outlet a few feet from the dryer now that we no longer have a pool enclosure which had required the original (30 yrs old) vent to route up one story. He replaced the flimsy vent with semi-rigid material, patched the old hole in the wall and some others near by. He cleaned the dryer. He was thorough and worked with care. He did a few extra touches not billed, gave me the Angie's discount of 10 % and now my dryer works great. The dryer had not really worked on the delicate cycle before. All in all, it was an excellent job.

Vent was completely clogged. He cleaned and repaired the exhaust vent (which was on the roof). Everything is working fine now and I should be good for years!

My wife was complaining about the length of time it was taking to dry wash loads. After spending a substantial amount of time vacuuming out all the areas reachable from the lint screen slot there was a small but not significant improvement. The dryer serviceman determined that we needed lint removal services as the dryer itself was OK, and he provided the recommendation of DryerVent Wizard. We called and George Perez, owner of the service for Martin County northward indicated that he could see us later the same day. He called to say he could arrive sooner than he had estimated earlier. He took measurements of the temperature and airflow at the dryer, and at the vent exit on our roof. He pointed out items in the installation that did not meet code, and represented a hazard, and provided an estimate of the cost of services and parts. We agreed to his proposals, and he went to work immediately. He thoroughly cleaned the interior of the dryer cabinet after removing the back panel.. He removed the accumulated lint in the vent pipe using a rotary brush and a snake, all the while vacuuming up the removed lint. He removed a non-code screen from the vent exit fitting, and custom fit and installed a new connection between the dryer and the wall. He was very thorough, careful and professional in his work. Upon completion, he remeasured the temperature and airflow, and showed us the difference. While on the roof, he noticed that the gutters on my garage roof was full of live oak leaves, and he offered to clean out the gutter for a small additional $10 charge. We were very pleased with his work, and mentioned that we would provide a recommendation to our property owners association and to Angie's List. I had not consulted Angie's list before calling for service. I was somewhat disappointed when I logged into Angie's list to provide this review that the listing indicated there was a coupon for a 10% cost saving for Angie's List members, and that the listing also indicated that there was a senior discount of 10%. This points up the value of consulting Angie's List first, and I think George should have volunteered the information as I am 75 and mentioned that we were members. That is my only disappointment with our experience.

It is working perfectly fine and the service was all fine.

Mr. Perez was able to come to my home the very same day I called. This was a big help as I have just moved in and scheduling repairs as well as unpacking is time consuming.

They did a great job, and we are very satisified.

Everything went well. We have been very pleased with their services.
