George and Mark arrived on time and clearly explained the process. In addition to cleaning the vent, they also cleaned the lint from the dryer itself. George recommended that I replace the "slinky"-type connector between the dryer and vent with a solid metal pipe, which I told him to do. The work was completed quickly, neatly, and to my total satisfaction. I received a discount for being an Angie's List member.

George was very professional. He went in the attic, on the roof and cleaned the vent behind the dryer. He was very informative and gave us information that we did not know.

George performed a thorough cleaning of the vent line and also made sure that all debris in the laundry room was also cleaned afterwards. Because my home is seasonal, the dryer is not used regularly. When he discovered a wasp nest was forming in the vent, he provided advice to avoid a recurrence. My appointment was scheduled for late afternoon. When he had a cancellation earlier in the day, George contacted me and provided the option to come earlier in the day which I greatly appreciated. He is very professional and knowledgeable; I would highly recommend him to others.

Everything went well. As this is a rental home needed someone that could communicate well as I am not in the area. He checked the dryer for the burnt smell and then called me to discuss. I then had him clean the vent and dryer. He also tested the dryer and recommended to have the breaker replaced if it continues to fail.

After calling several companies and leaving messages, DryerVent Wizard is the only company that actually answered the telephone. We made an appointment for the following morning at 9:00am and George arrived promptly. He was extremely knowledgeable about the different reasons vents get clogged here in Florida (not the same in the Northern States) and the Building Codes of this State regarding venting and using the proper materials. We are extremely happy with the job and with the company. We have already scheduled our next check up, no dryer fires for us.

Outstanding, George, is a pro, explained everything, answered all questions, gave an estimate of costs, product knowledge is superior, cleaned exterior of dryer!, we purchased a brush set to clean where the lint screen is installed, cleaned up when the job was complete. George knows his stuff and I learned how important it is to keep this vent clean AND how important it is to have the right connection from the dryer, especially if it’s in a very tight space.....I believe I killed two dryers by a vent clogged with lint!

Very professional and showed up on time

George was excellent. He was punctual. He clearly described the work he was going to do. He pointed an issue that we had. It was overlooked by the last technician that we had. He recommended when the next clean should be and what we should be aware of. Best service that we have had in a while.

George was great to work with. He's engaging, knowledgeable and professional. Early retirement from a career in Mechanical Engineering, he is obviously extremely bright, and knows the mechanics and physics of the household appliances and structures, and leverages his attributes in providing excellent service. I HIGHLY recommend George!

We have a very complicated dry vent route which required the installation of a dryer vent booster fan. I am so happy I found George from Dryer Vent Wizard. He tried very hard to see if there was some way we could avoid the use of the booster fan, but agreed we really needed it. He installed the fan in our attic and I a very pleased with the service and my dryer drys faster and no longer shows the code stating we have 80% blockage. He did an excellent job. Thank you!!!

Wonderful. George was extremely professional and explained everything to us. Not only did he clean out the vent to the roof and the back of the dryer, but he installed a new pipe from the dryer into the wall. Now we don't have the flex tubing but pipe that is hard and uncrushable.

Mr. Perez arrived on time, checked the lint trap and all the parts in the dryer where lint could build up. He went up to the roof and inspected the vent up there then he came down, sat with me in the living room and explained everything he found that could potentially be an issue down the road. He showed me how much each item to repair would be prior to doing any work, making sure the work was affordable. He even gave me great tips on drying my clothes at a faster rate and showed me the setting on the dryer that would dry the clothes costing me less in the long run. He was at my home for about 1.5 hours. He told me that he'd be calling in three years to arrange another appointment. Such great and efficient service. An A+ all the way!

Called at 7pm and did expect phone to be answered. Immediately picked up and schedule an appointment for the next day. Showed up on time and work promptly done and priced reasonably.

Had to clean dryer vent as a result of a home inspection. Quick, fast and thorough. Very professional.

All items were addressed after a good cleaning of duct, George was able to repair the booster fan and get everything up to where it needed to be. The effort was huge since I have an extremely tight attic space where the duct and fan were located. The ability and experience saved me over a $1000 when he was able to service the booster fan rather than replace it.

They could work on having the maintenance be available, instead of shoving me off to another company.
