Work completed on the day I called. Teaching done on how to tell when it's needed again. Traveled over an hour to do the service! Polite and did the work beyond my expectations.

George was very pleasant and professional. He took the time to clearly explain what he found. He provided written before and after temperature/air speed measurements at the roof opening, cleaned the duct and the inside of the lint chamber, and replaced the flexible duct and dryer/wall connections. Unlike other cleanings I have had, I feel very confident that the work was done properly and that my vent is clean. I highly recommend him. I will say that the price is higher than I am accustomed to paying, but I guess you get what you pay for. I will hire him again.

George arrived early and got right to cleaning and vacuuming the vent and cleaning out the dryer itself. He checked the exhaust air flow and temperature to make sure everything was in order. I was very pleased

I would highly recommend Mr. Perez from Dryer Vent Wizard. He was punctual, polite and clearly has years of experience. He discovered that my newly purchased home did not have a vent for a dryer even though it appeared I had one. This is an older home that had gone thru several renovations and apparently what use to be an outside wall where the vent previously was had now been blocked. He provided me with some options and I went ahead and had him install a dryer vent leading to an alternate outside wall. His professional knowledge on the dryer and venting system was invaluable, as is the peace of mind from having a nice and new safe dryer vent. He left the area very clean and also gave me some home improvement pointers along the way. Thanks again for a job well done!

We had a great experience. Our Wizard (George) looked the situation over since he was only really asked to do a duct cleaning, but in the process, he was willing to take the time to redesign and reinstall and correct known duct design defects. He took the time and the effort on a very hot day, and gave instruction on proper dryer/vent usage. He was honest in the evaluation and remedy. We'll definitely without a doubt call him back in three years (or before) if we have the need! He takes his job seriously and is the ultimate professional!

This company's owner George Perez showed up on time with his partner, professional and explained his finding after evaluation. Provided me with options and pricing. Considering my dryer vent wasn't cleaned since the purchased of the previous owner, I considered his quote fair. Friendly, great sense of humor and respectful. Fully knowledgeable and made other recommendations for my other household projects currently being considered. Overall I fully recommend this company. For all the females out there making household construction due overs this owner Mr. Perez spoke to me as an individual not mocking my lack of knowledge of the situation. Truthfully I didn't know such companies existed until the installer from Lowes explained I needed it. Thank goodness for Google is how I found Mr. Perez. Awesome company ??

I would highly recommend Mr. George Perez from DryerVent Wizard. He was punctual, polite and clearly has years of experienceZ. He quickly assessed my ill-performing dryer, removed a screen from the vent on the roof (which shouldn't even be there), and after providing an estimate for the work cleaned out the dryer vent. Afterwards, our brand-new dryer (that wasn't drying) worked like a dream. His professional knowledge on the dryer and venting system was invaluable, as is the peace of mind from having a nice, clean and safe dryer vent.

It didn't turn out very well. I can't physically see any difference in the quality because I still get all the dust and all that stuff that I had before that. What started out to be a $129 job ended being over $300. I am usually pleased with anything I get off Angie's List but that was one of them I wasn't happy with. I didn't see any value at all for it. The guy explained to me what he was going to do and I was surprised when he gave me the bill for an additional fee.

I greatly appreciate his responsiveness, punctuality and knowledge of building code. He took the time to explain how the roofer followed his code but the roofing code conflicts with his systems code. I would call upon George again. Pat

George was great! Explained step by step what was going on. Easily identified the issue we were having, gave us ways to prevent issues and helped get us on a schedule to make sure that we don't have a problem with the system again. I'd recommend him to anybody.

Seemed very thorough & knowledgeable & willing to share suggestions/thoughts on what is best & safest. Replaced the dryer vent we had as it was a fire hazard then cleaned the vent leading to the roof. Dryer seems to be drying better but still needing to run clothes through 2 dry cycles. Truly appreciate candor, punctuality, quick response to my request for service and professionalism.

.I just bought this home and found out my home inspection missed that the dryer vent connection in the attic was broken and was not up to code. George came and confirmed that was true and sat with me and gave me all the scenarios of what he could find once he started working .What is so remarkable about George is he let me know the cost of all levels up to and including the worse case scenario. George ended up having to open up the wall behind the washer and dryer as the vent was broken half way up the line and lint and fumes were just blowing into the wall. He replaced everything from the dryer up to the roof and it is now up to code. He showed me that there are a lot of water pipes in the wall he had just opened and so instead of just patching it up he made a removable panel that covered up the vent shaft, It looks so much better than before he started. George cleaned up after the work was done, you wouldn't know there had been anything done there. If you have dryer vent issues don't hesitate CALL DRYER VENT WIZARD. Honest, professional, excellent work.

He called within minutes of my email and came the next day. He called before he came and was able able to come earlier then originally arranged. He took heat readings from the dryer as well as the same readings from the vent pipe. He went into the attic and repaired the pipe that was not sealed properly. He replaced the venting pipe and dryer hose behind the dryer as well as vacuumed the vent pipe to the roof. He took before and after of all the work he did that was not visible to me.

We could not be here when the job was done, but our son was here and said everything went very well, and we are totally satisfied with our experience with this company and will use them again, even without the Angies List coupon.

very professional, timely, and knows his stuff. He will go through everything with you. I gave a B on the price because I got a special with Angie's List. He normally charges $160 for that which is steep in my opinion. But I think he gives a discount if you use him all the time because he already evaluated your system and you are cleaning it according to the schedule he derived. Get the brushes from him. Really makes a difference and are well worth it. One of them is excellent for cleaning the coils under your fridge!

This worked out fine. He showed up to the appointment on time and did what he was supposed to. He was a prompt and easy job. The rapid Connect feature was easy to use. They returned my calls promptly to schedule. In addition to the cleaning, the repairs went fine as well. The technician had the parts already on him to do the work. This was an excellent experience overall.

Arrived on time, assessed the situation thoroughly, provided written estimate before starting and finish promptly and completely. Would highly recommend to anyone and will be using in the future for follow up maintenance.
