Inspector arrived ahead of schedule, explained important details and was very through. In addition he followed up to see if I have any questions or concerns. He was very knowledgeable. Felt I got my money's worth.

Jay was professional and has a great attention to detail. He took pictures and did thermo scans. He also inspected the attic. He then supplied me with pictures and a report. Through the inspection I was able to get an addendum to the purchase agreement. The sellers of the home were required to have issues fixed using licensed contractors. This saved me approximately $2000.00. I have hired Jay to come back and re-inspect the issues he previously identified for only $75.00 more. I admire his work ethic. If you want the best inspector to inspect your house at a reasonable price you will not do better than with Jay C. Murray. He communicates with you so well and is very helpful in trying to make sure that he dots every i and crosses every t.

Charles from JCM did the inspection and was very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. He was there before the appointment time and had already started by the time we arrived. He took the time to show us everything we were interested in, even showed us a few quick repairs we could do ourselves that would save us as much as $1000./ year on our homeowners insurance. That was confirmed today when we sent the inspection in to the insurance company. The final inspection reports came with lots of photos and details. The inspection was easy to schedule and everyone was great to work with. Will definitely recommend to anyone needing a home inspection. Glad to have found them!

I worked night and day with contractors, almost all recommended by Angies list, because as a woman doing this condo renovation, alone, with all male subcontractors, I relied on Angies list to recommend the very best, and who were used to getting direction and okay with my supervision. It was a foreclosure and all the mechanicals were bad. Cosmetics as well. Kitchen, backsplash, hallway, shower and bathroom floor needed to be ripped out and new tile installed. A wall needed to be removed to open the kitchen. An uneven floor needed to be floated. A burst pipe gave way and an excellent plumber, drywall person and painter were "Johnny on the spot" for repairs. Total attic and other repairs for safety had to be done. The condo was then painted throughout and beautifully carpeted. The entire project with all of the above was completed in ONE MONTH, with competent people, IT CAN BE DONE WITH ANGIE'S QUALIFIED PEOPLE. Jay, from JCM Home Inspections in Stuart Fl. came back to reinspect that I got the quality services I needed. Could not be more satisfied and would highly recommend him and his company.
