My AC was replaced a week and 5 days ago. Almost every other day someone comes to finish the job. The countys inspector did not pass the work. I will not recommend this company to anyone.

85.00 for a service call, visually inspected outside of vents, reattached 3 joints with nylon ties. Took 45 minutes and charged $325.00.

From Lisa contacting me to schedule an appointment and giving me the quote I asked for to Dan showing up the same day ( I called at around 4PM and they showed by by 6PM) and coming to house to do the annual AC Maintenace, it has been an amazing experience. Dan explained everything as he was completing the job, recommended a few things to upgrade the system and went over their plan options as well as their $32 special for being 32 years in business. I will definitely be working with this company going forward for all my AC needs. 5 stars no doubt!!!

I needed a new line set for my AC. Representative said he has never done an under building line set and declined business. It does not give you much confidence in the competence of this company.

We received 3 different estimates and we are 100% grateful that we chose Elite! Not only is the customer service above and beyond any company we ve experienced, the product, the Instal, the price, the promptness, the organization and customer service was above excellent!!! We had multiple items done by Elite including moving the air handler from the attic to the garage, a complete new main AC and a cleaning and repairing the Master AC! From the onset of Anthony coming out to the installers and literally EVERYONE from Elite we HIGHLY recommend Elite!!!

Had to get the job done immediately but found out later that the very simple job was really overpriced when other licensed electricians gave quotes. With that being said, they were very professional and responsive. Technician was knowledgeable and very nice.
