We had some issues with the bill after the work was complete, and the company was quick to refund the cost of the diagnostic test as a result of our discomfort with that part of the bill.

Bobby Pangas, the electrical installer was very efficient and polite. It took him less than 5 minutes to install the provided GFCI outlet. Elite Electric on the other hand rates a ZERO. I tried hiring them via HomeAdvisor.com and they wouldn't honor the confirmed day and time. After rescheduling with them, they continually delayed the arrival by over 6 hours. The office refused to give me a ball-park estimate for a 5 minute job - but did charge me a $49.00 fee for just showing up. Once Bobby arrived he showed me the electronic price list on his phone - $70 dollars for ONE outlet - which I provided - and all wiring was already there. If I had been told this price by the company's office when I first called - I would never had the work done by them. But since I already had to pay the $49 for the house call, I had him do the 5 minute job. And paid the $119.00 for it. I found this company, Elite, to be basically dishonest by not providing an estimate beforehand, and by charging a outrageous cost for a totally simple job. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Kept me informed that the electrician was running late due to issue at earlier appointment.

I was told they should be able to repair most anything on the spot. Had two ceiling fans that were not working, and after charging a service call fee, told me I had two ceiling fans that didn't work? They did not have any fans with them, so total waste of a call.

The electrician did excellent work. He was extremely capable, highly efficient, and very personable. We needed 5 overhead fans installed (2 fans needed to be hard wired), 2 circuit breakers replaced, 4 light fixtures replaced, and a new (wired in) smoke detector installed. I would highly recommend Elite Electric..

The electrician was on time and very professionally and quickly changed the switch that had gone bad. It was an "emergency" job but I found them kind of expensive, but the job was done and I did not have a choice
