One switch for the ceiling fans was wired opposite the other switch they installed, but we sold the house and I didn't bother to call them back. Also used my ceiling fan supports that I bought.

The showed up on time, wore shoe covers and identified and resolved the issue very quickly. The technician had the part needed already with him. They were able to get to my house the next day after I called them. Very satisfied working with this company.

Very proffessional and informative

The Technician (Joe) was outstanding. He was courteous and professional. The work required drilling into stucco and he left the place just as he found it. The only concern I have is price. The job took 1 hour and it exceeded what I thought was fair and reasonable. Material costs were no more than $50-$75 but the final price was much higher. ( I hope Joe received the amount over and above) Price is not a reflection on Joe, as previously mentioned, he was terrific. They should also consider offering discounts to retired military. Great work but expensive.

Tech. Came with in hours. Very impressed. Service was $49.00 okay with that but when given the price to replace a part in our light fixture I was shocked. We agreed and paid the price. Part cost $15.00 at the local store took 30 minutes to replace. After sleeping on this I was sure the tech. Made a mistake and called to see if the price was correct and was told it was but they did adjust the bill. My suggestion is you shop around before you hire them.

Very over priced. 40 minutes work and $20 worth of parts was $294.44. The technician did a good job.
