Technician was nice but not very helpful. Did not provide any written estimates. Did not find the problem with the unit, we did. There was water in the intake duct after hurricane so the fan wasn't working. He didn't take the filter out. He looked at the filter then put his hand over a couple of vents and went outside. I took the filter out and saw the water in the duct. He gave us a ballpark figure of $900 to replace 1 duct. Way over priced so I told him I would use wet/dry vac to clear duct. Never recommended cleaning coils, checking and cleaning connections, etc which should be done after flood. Never provided estimate for that or to fix my disconnect, which I asked for several times. Infact, I don't believe he conducted any testing or inspection. A neighbor told me later that the tech spent most of his time sitting next to my unit talking on his cell phone. After he left, we found the supply duct had become disconnected and I restored that. He never mentioned it, if he even looked. We paid $89 for nothing basically, other than him telling me the fan was working. I have contacted another service to complete the necessary work.

It was a big job of climbing through the attic to run the wiring for the sconces. This was a 2 man job, it took 3 1/2 hrs. Cleaned up after themselves. Will pleased with the job completion.

It's rare you come across an organization that is not only prompt and thorough, but is also worth way more than they charged. Joe was our tech and he did an excellent job surveying the situation at one of our commercial properties. His turnaround was ubelieveable! The office staff was courteous and professional. Highly recommend this group and will be keeping their contact info at my finger tips for future needs.

Very expensive for the job that was done. The man that came out was professional and kind. He knew what is was doing.

The advertised price, $49, for service call apparently only covers the guy looking at the switch and saying "Yep that's wired correctly so it ought to work." To actually test the fan from up on his ladder was an additional $175.01, because that fell in the category of "diagnostics". Total service call 10 minutes and $224.01. Remote control module was not working and since they don't carry those on his truck, there was nothing he could do to fix it. His technical advice: go to Lowes and buy a replacement. Won't be using Elite Electric or Home Advisor again.
