I paid a call out charge of $89 and the problem was not fixed. Diagnosis was to replace the GFI and the quote was $307. I fixed it myself with a replacement GFI $20 from Ace Hardware. I then called another electrician to check the wiring. I think Elite should have fixed the problem at a reasonable price on the first visit. My recommendation is to avoid them.

They did a good job and are nice fellas. Job complete in a timely manner and let us know they were even coming early. Price point could have been better.

Elite reached out to me soon after my project search was completed. They were quick to assess the situation, and were able to schedule my non-emergency service for the following day. Dispatch and the electrician were great at keeping me updated on the appointment and the arrival time. They arrived on time, put shoe covers on to keep from tracking dirt into the house, and trouble shot the problem quickly. I was quoted a price to resolve the problem, and upon acceptance the project was completed. From arrival to completion, the appointment took less than an hour. I do have to note that the price was higher than I expected, but Elite was a professional service provider that did the job right.

The electrician showed up as promised. He performed the work very professionally. I periodically checked on him and his assistant and he would explain what they had completed and how, then he would explain what he planned to do. They were extremely professional and they replaced everything under the garage they had moved back to their original location. They cleaned up behind themselves and the area was in better condition than when they started. Will definitely hire this company again.
