They came out the same day the tech John was very nice and knowledgeable and didn’t pressure us gave us all the prices for parts and also for new unit. He was at my house till almost 6pm and the team was at my home at 10:30 the next morning installing my new unit very nice guys worked hard and very clean. Walked me thru what they done and how the new unit works. I would recommend them to my family and friends.

The pros were dispatched immediately when I called at 6pm. They quickly and professionally set to diagnosis. We were given the option of repair or replace and all of the information we needed to make the decision. We chose to replace the system which required the Elite Installers to climb a ladder in the garage and crawl across the "attic" dragging out the old system and in with the new. The temperature was 88 degrees outside, and 116 degrees in the attic. They worked most of the day in that stifling heat with the utmost professionalism. Hats off to you guys!

Great team of workers from start to finish. Dan came by in the morning and explained the problem with the my A/C and by the afternoon I had a new A/C installed. Ryan and Mike did the installation. Very nice and professional.

Bobby the technician was good.

Everything works fine, but the water hose from the washer (which had to be moved) was not reconnected properly and popped out. It would be nice if someone came back and secured the hose, or pipe, whatever it is.

They were prompt, very professional and cleaned up after the job was completed.
