Hired for generator repair. Extremely professional and great communication up to the job starting and sent info via email on the technician which was great. Had a difficult time diagnosing issues and very expensive compared to others when we priced for multiple jobs.

They hung a light fixture in my dining room and after my husband got home and moved the dining room table back in its place it was obvious the light was too low. When I called to explain and have them come back to raise it, I asked if I would be charged again and was told no. When they came back to do the work the electrician informed me it would cost another $150 which I felt was wrong and unfair. I told them to forget it!

They were very professional and arrived on time and knew exactly what to do. He checked everything over before leaving and price was very reasonable. Thank you so much for your help.

I had a simple job that was required for insurance purposes. The technician was able to do the job quickly and had everything emailed to me same day.

I never had this done before but $216 seems high four a GFI outlet replacement. They cost $13 on Amazon.

Tom worked on our circuit breaker and Dave worked on our A/C. They explained every thing to me before any work was done and the prices were very reasonable. The "Service Call" was half of what I had been paying with the firm I used before.

While the tech was professional, there were issues with the timing and fact that when he estimated the job he neglected to include a part of it and the final price was $200 more than he originally quoted. There was also a part that wasn't on the truck. I'll give them that. They can't stock everything. However the tech said it had been there last week, so that tells me they normally have it on the truck but didn't restock. This resulted in their rescheduling another customer to accommodate me and I felt that they were attempting to make me feel guilty because I was complaining about having to take time off from work.

Ryan, the AC tech was on time and called before coming as I asked them to do. He found the problem right away which was a minor blockage in the drain line and fixed it right a way. He (did not try to sell me anything new) as other AC techs have tried to do. Your unit is getting old you will need a new one we can get you a good price on a new unit. Elite Electric& Air I would rate A++ for having an outstanding technician Ryan.
