Elite did a great job installing my chandelier. I have 18 ft ceilings and it came out beautiful. Would def hire again!!

They were quick to respond to my situation and the repair work was done the very same day, within a few hours actually. Very professional and I will definitely hire this company and especially Alan the technician who worked on my project again. He is professional and friendly and talks with you explaining your issue(s) and options. A great asset to the company!

Most companies waive the service fee when you elect to have the repairs done. I thought they should do that also. But the repairs were done expertly and efficiently.

10 minutes and $310 to fix a GFI problem are not a good combination. I thought, and think, this was an overcharge situation.

My service call for install of ceiling fan, light fixtures and other work was far above my expectations! Efrain is extremely knowledgable, efficient and finds solutions to every problem. The prices are fair and the workmanship is excellent! We are so Happy to have found Elite Electric and will definitely use them for all our electric needs in the future.

I was happy I was contacted a couple of times regarding the scheduling and arrival time of the Electrician. The Electrician took his time to discuss the costs of the project and he never rushed the job. He was polite and answered all questions or concerns. The project turned out to cost more than I had budgeted for, but he discussed all options available that I had for this job so I could make a good decision. The Electrician cleaned up after the job and put everything back in order. This is important since he had to go up into the attic.

Expensive. Technician knew what he was doing. He made the installation using a part I purchased earlier (Timer switch).

I was completely blown away with how neat the unit was installed. The technicians were very thorough in their work, paying attention to every detail while installing both the compressor unit and the air handler. I was delighted to finally have a contractor who actually did everything they said they would do. I can rest easy knowing that the unit was installed properly and completely. If you are considering a contractor to do HVAC or any kind of electrical work, I highly recommend this company!!!

I was quoted a $89 service call that I assumed was an estimate for the job that would be allied to the job if I used their services. My assumption was wrong. I had an electrical socket moved about 8 inches to the left and the entire job $663.70. Took about about 30 minutes. The electricians were very nice and capable,but the price was way out of line.

I thought it was pretty expensive for the time they were here.

I have another $266 spent and still have the same problem. Elite says they can solve if I spend over $1000 more. At this rate, it's cheaper for me to buy a new system every two years. I think the AC Service business has a captive business with no technical knowledge, government regulations that prevent the consumer from diy because of the refrigerant laws and all this in face of weather getting warmer and warmer. They are guaranteed income regardless of whether or not they really know what's wrong. I will not use this company again, nor will I use Home Advisor again for anything,

They claimed that I needed a new panel due to arching ($2500) after repairing one breaker. I found out that there were two additional bad breakers causing the arching, not the panel. I spent $20 for the fix by a friend who was a master electrician.
