My AC died last week....called Elite through Home Advisor. They responded quickly and Rennard explained pros and cons of my very old unit. Decided to get new unit and within 48 hours they came, they installed and I am not dying in an oven. Cannot recommend them highly enough. Use them, you will not be sorry.

I was nervous about hiring Elite because I am in Massachusetts and could not be there during the AC repair. Monica called promptly and discussed her diagnosis of the system and what it would take to repair. She was so informative and gave me so great suggestions to keep my system running properly. This was an after hours emergency. We called at 8:30, the technician was here by 9:30 and by 10:30 the house was cool again. Kennard was friendly, knowledgable and polite. I am very happy with Elite's service.
