Description of Work: This company came out twice at my request. I didn't realize it, but the were honest and thorough. They did not charge me for the second visit as there was nothing wrong and they gave the tenant advice and explained the situation to me. Description of Work: Cleaned out my dryer vent, including vacuuming from inside and roof. Chris called to schedule at my convenience, and then called to see if he might come a day earlier since he had an opening. Arrived on time. Was pleasant, thorough and clean. He even vacuumed up the cat litter on my laundry room floor! I plan to use him annually.

I cannot give anything but my highest praise to this company. They were the very best and climbed on my roof to clean the vent. A job not for the faint of heart. I was very pleased with their warranty also because they came back to check on some moisture in my dryer and climbed the roof again and did not charge me any additional money. I highly recommend this company. Their price was very reasonable and their work very satisfactory. Thank you Vent specialist!

If you need your dryer vent cleaned this is an outstanding company. I called and made an appointment for them to come to our home. Jim, the owner, had one technician off and was out of town himself but made an appointment with me for the day he was flying back, which was in only two days. He told me he would be here at a certain time and he was. We had a completely clogged at the roof vent. He cleaned the dryer vent as well as the roof vent. We highly recommend this company.

Description of Work: If you need your dryer vent serviced, you will not be able to get better service! I received a return call and service was performed within hours of my initial message to them. I had zero air flow at the roof prior to service, and 1673 after they cleaned the vent. They also guarantee their service for one year. The technician was very knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. AAAA+ service received, I highly recommend this company. P.S. they also service appliances too!

Excellent technician. Very knowledgeable and explained why my experiencing dryer dust in house. The use of Fabric Softener (liquid or sheets) over a period of time accumulates on the dryer screen and prevents the dryer air and dust to pass properly thru the dryer hose. The tech demonstrated how even water could not flow thru it; how to clean it with just dish soap about every three months. Everything now clean. Very happy with job.

It went extremely well. They are very professional. They went on our roof and discovered there was only a small hole left in the vent leaving little air flow for our dryer to vent. Significant debris was removed from our dryer exhaust and this corrected the reason why our dryer vent light kept coming on and stating the lint filter needed cleaning. Problem now is fixed and we are extremely pleased.

The dryer vent was cleaned and I could actually hear the cleaning of the vent down from the roof all the way to the dryer. The dryer connection was inspected to ensure no leakage of lint had occurred during regular use. He also taught me how to maintain the interior dryer filter to ensure air flows properly out of the dryer, Due to unforseen circumstances, Jim was a little late arriving, however not only did he apologize, he discounted the special Angie's List customer's coupon further.

Contacted through Criagslist. Jim was friendly and scheduled us for 11am the following saturday at my request. Arrived 15 minutes early. Not only did he clean my 2 story dryer vent he even went in the attic and corrected a physical defect that's been there since the house was built. Very friendly and went way above and beyond the originally agreed upon work. Didn't charge me for the extra work either though I did "tip" him. Now my dryer takes 1 cycle for a load of jeans instead of 3.
