Description of Work: Team Farrell remodeled and repaired my master bathroom. I found them on Angie's List. Initially, I was concerned because of all the horror stories you hear about contractors. I reached out to several contractors previously for quotes and they either 1) were unprofessional, 2) quotes were way over market, 3) never returned with a quote. However, my experience with Team Farrell was excellent. I already have several more projects in the queue for my home. The team was professional and responsive. The cost and quality were second to none. I am in love with my new bathroom! I would recommend them to anyone. They were even nice to my dog :)

Description of Work: They pumped the septic out and put in new drain lines. Everything went as planned. Very professional and would use them again.

Description of Work: Farrell provided a professional conceptual drawing of a kitchen remodel. We worked with them over email and face-to-face and had a very positive experience. Their suggestions for design were great and they were very responsive.

Description of Work: I had called Farrell for tiling of my floor. Robert came by saw the job that needed to be dine and said he would get back to me on Tuesday of the following week. On Wednesday of that week I called and was told that he would return my call . As of this writing,he still has not. Anyway I found a really good tile person in Port Richey who did the job reasonably. It is unfortunate but this is not the first time I have called Farrell and was unable to use them. I called about roof repair late last year . When the person came out they wanted to charge me over 8,000 dollars for a new roof when it only needed a repair. I did not go with them.

Description of Work: The provider gave use an estimate, we signed a contract, sent them a deposit, they did not call us back to schedule the work. We called and yet they never responded. We called after a two week delay and requested our deposit back.

Description of Work: I purchased this Big Deal on 12/20/2013. As of today, 3/31/2014 very little has been done by Farrell Home Services to get this deal done. You are welcome to view all the correspondence I have had with this company on your Messaging system. I have requested a refund from them for $399 for this deal but as yet, they have not refunded me my money. As of today, the 29th of January, I have not heard anything from the tile company. I have also left messages with Regan and your office and have heard nothing in return. What is going on? Please respond ASAP. | |2/21/2014: I picked out my tile 3 weeks ago today and am just wondering where you are with scheduling my backsplash job? Guess what. I have never received a call from anyone connected with your firm. All the phone calls have been made by me. I travel extensively and have very good phone messaging services and also records of all my incoming calls that I would be happy to show anyone there. | |That all being said, immediately issue me a refund in the amount of $399.00 I am guessing this is what you were wanting me to do anyway as you obviously have no interest in doing this job. Description of Work: Regan Weiss came out to my home to give me an estimate on enclosing my front porch and or building a second story addition, he told me he would have estimates by the following week and have never heard from him again, he was also to get me intouch with farrell roofing dept for a leaky roof and a pool contractor for work that I had done from another contractor and wasn't done correctly.

Description of Work: I just wanted an estimate for a new house. They were respectful, professional and answered all my questions. Once the house is ready, I will sure hire them =)

Description of Work: I needed several top panels of my birdcage replaced. I emailed Rich to schedule a quote. He was able to come to the house the next day and quoted me a very reasonable price for the work. That was last Saturday and the work was completed today. His guy came exactly when he was supposed to and did the job without leaving a mess. I was amazed that I was able to get the entire job done from first contact to completion in a matter of a few days. Rich promised a painless experience and he delivered. Bravo! I will definately use this company again.

Description of Work: Our lanai needed to rescreened around the lower sections. We particularly wanted screens of a heavier quality that could not be seen through. The company was always timely did the work which in this case was not easy (tree roots and debrie) and left things clean and orderly.

Description of Work: We had Mr.Allen come out and give an estimate on 16 screens that we wanted repaired because we couldn't afford to re-do the entire pool enclosure. After his estimate we were able to re-do approximately 3/4 of the entire pool enclosure AND were able to also fix the door. They were punctual, considerate, and kept us informed of the whole process. It ended up taking 2 days to complete. In a month from now we will be calling them to finish the rest of the screens!! VERY PLEASED!!!WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
