Team Farrell

Three major factors contributed to the overall grade that I gave Team Farrell. One was the excellent quality of the workmanship, which led me to grade as an A. The second was the extremely long time it took for the job to be completed, which resulted in a grade of F (under punctuality). However, in consideration of the long duration of the remodel, Team Farrell took it upon themselves to withhold upcharges for additional granite pieces and a shower door upgrade. This persuaded me to improve the C rating I was going to give to an overall B rating. Team Farrell’s employees and its subcontractors did well keeping the work area relatively clean. They were also polite and professional throughout the process. With regard to the quality of workmanship, the Team Farrell employees made sure that their respective jobs were completed with a high degree of attention to detail leading to a beautiful appearance. One employee in particular, Dennis Brown, stands out as a master craftsman. The skill with which he installed tile in the shower and around the tub was very impressive. Dennis tackled some difficult issues with the flow of the tile, including a faceted shower wall along a bench topped with granite. He provided sound suggestions when asked for advice regarding different tiling design options. Unfortunately, there were a couple of minor hiccups with subcontractors used by Team Farrell. Pavimento employees installed the granite tub deck slightly sloped and had to re-do the installation, breaking and replacing one of the slabs in the process. The other subcontractor, Tri-City Glass & Mirror, cut a tempered glass window for the shower a bit long and had to re-order a replacement. I was highly dissatisfied with how long it took to complete the job. Work on the remodel began on September 12, 2018 and finished on January 21, 2019. Out of the approximate 16 weeks of possible workdays (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and 11 days access to the house was unavailable), there were only a total of about 6 weeks where no actual work was done. It seems to me that the duration of this job was excessive.

We purchased a large remodel through Lowe's that consisted of demolition of old and installation of a new kitchen, 2 bathrooms and upgrade of our electrical panel. We paid Lowe's who subcontracted to Team Farrell. Overall, we had a very positive experience with their project manager and crew. Everyone involved was professional, prompt and delivered the quality we expected. They also stand behind the 1 year warranty they provided. I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

Our experience with Team Farrell was EXCELLENT. The work was done promptly, by the highest quality Team Farrell workers. I personally liked that work was done by Team Farrell employees and was not sub-contracted out. We were assigned a "Team" that worked with us throughout the entire process. Tile Master Nick Maldonado laid tile beyond what we could have dreamed of. Every tile was level and perfectly aligned. If you have any tile work be sure to ask for Nick! Owner/Management follow-up was continuous - they were always involved from beginning to end. I would highly recommend Team Farrell for whatever home project you may have. Will definitely use this company again.

If I paid for my membership I would want a refund. Have a nice day (Florida meaning bend over). I would be happy to show you the contract that was signed. Approximate cost of service, sorry over $5,000, $65,600.93. Retired widow over 65 moved to FL 6 months ago...Seniors unite.

Team Farrell kept us in the loop every step of the way as well has left the place clean and tidy overtime they left the house. I highly recommend and will definitely use again!

They had very good people working for them. They guided us very well through the process.

They were fine. They came in and gave me a bid but they were way over priced. They were here in January of 2017. They gave me a bid of $96000.00 to do a small renovation on the guest bath, to reface cabinets in the kitchen, and to install cabinets. They were responsive. In terms of service they were good.

I got an estimate from them, but their estimate was high, so we didn't use them. They didn't charge anything for the estimate. They were expensive. They were pretty responsive. They set up the estimate, and they guy was a few minutes late, but that's ok. The guy was really good. I would not use them again, not with their high prices. They were not affordable.

It went great! They were done in good time and the price was what we could afford! Highly recommend this company

Just finished master bath remodel. Two months ago I met with Lowe's of Tarpon Springs who designed a bath remodel and quoted a completed price. I signed contract. Lowe's picked Team Farrell to do the remodel. Lowe's and Rich Allen of Team Farrell met at our house and discussed the design. Lowe's then prepared a book that detailed each part of the remodel, scheduled Farrell to begin. Farrell scheduled tear-out, plumbing, electric, tiling, inspections, glass, mirrors painting, cabinets, the whole deal. Did a great job with me not having to deal with contractors.

I called Team Farrell to provide an estimate for a minor roof repair. I had received quotes from other companies around $1100-$1200 for the repair. Dustin Shortt showed up and inspected our roof and within 25 minutes he repaired the roof. With all the rain we recently had, no more leak. I just want to thank Dustin and Team Farrell for outstanding work, and being so pleasant to deal with. As he made the repairs he gave me Roof 101 lesson that I greatly appreciated. He also provided a quote for a new roof that was fair and reasonable. I can assure you, when the time comes to have a new roof put on (next year or two), Team Farrell will be the company putting it on. Thank you again Dustin for what you did for us!!!!!

NOT GOOD BUSINESS so far i waited and never came twice i missed two days of work thanks team farrell for costing me 500.... i called friday and got a appointment for monday took off work monday they never showed up i called they said i wasn't in the schedule i said i called friday and you guys said someone will be out monday and call me 45 min before never got a call so i called they said they could get someone out tomorrow which was tuesday took off work for tuesday now to and again no one showed up again called back tuesday and they said i wasn't in the schedule again that they don't know what happen but i can get you in for saturday now they say over a week from the first day i called and scheduled a appointment i am very upset with losing the 2 days of work and with the farrell company... i will be taking all my remodeling, roofing and construction jobs elsewhere for now on if this is the way a future customer is going to be treated...... i had the same problem the person just wrote a long review about and like others have said they are very unreliable.... like that other guy said if you like losing days of work and time and money because they don't do their jobs or schedule the appointments right this company is for you.

We are extremely happy with the results of this remodel project. Farrell kept to a reasonable schedule and did all of the promised work at the agree price. As with any project of this size, there were complications. Farrell worked with us to resolve them the best way. They have some very good experienced technicians, such as Scott and Anthony, who adjusted the plans to fit our house configuration and desires. The end product was wonderful. Shanon did a great job with the initial design working with our limited amount of space..

We are very pleased with the results of the remodel. Shanon gave us a great initial design for out kitchen and bathroom working with limited space. She helped us choose the cabinet style and granite counter tops which look wonderful together. They have some very experienced technicians, including Scott and Anthony, that helped us work through the normal issues and problems associated with a project of this size. The overall result and experience was great.

On a Friday, from the moment the contractors came in the door, they put paper down to make sure they did not track dirt into the house. Eric and Nick said they would be here at 8:00 AM and were punctual. They demolished the tiles, removed the old fixtures, sheet rock and tub, etc. They cleaned up before they left. Then the plumbers arrived on the same day. The plumber came in with a helper. He spent some time re-doing the pipes before the installation of a cast iron tub. Took about 3 hours. They also cleaned up after themselves. The contractors returned on Monday. Eric and Nick were on time. On Tuesday, I was seeing the changes in the bathroom. By Wednesday, I was pleasantly surprised how beautiful the bathroom was coming out. By Thursday, they finished at 6:00 PM and my bathroom looked gorgeous. For my sons bathroom, after they removed the old shower sill, they noticed the job was not properly done. They went ahead and fixed the problem at no extra charge to me. They did not cut corners, they did the job. I would hire Team Farrell again in a heartbeat. Thank you Team Farrell.
