Dustin arrived at the scheduled time, fixed the roof leak and answered my questions my roof replacement problems. Very friendly and professional.

First of all, the date is approximate. We have had Farrell come out several times for different jobs. We kept calling them because we thought they were giving good service. I guess you never know if your service is good until something goes wrong and you get to see the responsiveness. The first warning, Farrell opened up a home improvement division. A man came out to estimate the price for the leak. He also listened to our plans for renovation. We were impressed at the show he put on. He came out with an Ipad, took pictures, made sketches, and told us he would develop a quote. We also got a quote for the roof repair. As for the renovations, no one ever contacted us again. As for the leak, we immediately gave a go-ahead. Two weeks later no one showed up. We were told they were behind. After several calls they finally showed up and fixed the leak. The repair involved removing a bunch of shingles, fixing the leak, and then installing new shingles. Everything looked good and seemed to work well. Several months later my wife looked up as she was pulling out of the garage and noticed a large, visible area colored completely different from the rest of the roof. Apparently they installed a completely different color of shingle. We waited another few months to see if the difference would fade. It got worse. We live in a nice development and the homes tend to not have large multi-colored spots on the roofs. So this really sticks out. We called Farrell, they came out, and said we would have to live with it. This is not acceptable for anyone with a nice house. It looks really bad from the front curb. Farrell is great until there is a problem. And then you have to pay a different company if you want the problem fixed.

Roy came to the house on time, looked at a small leak in a bedroom corner, went up on the roof, found the source of the leak (nail popped up), repaired that nail pop and several others. I asked him what I owed him, and he said for that small amount of work nothing. He politely and respectfully declined to accept any compensation from me when I insisted. He left saying the roof looked like it was in pretty good shape. This type of service is extremely rare and speaks to the integrity of the company and it's personnel. We will call Team Farrell for our roofing needs.

They came on the day they specified a month in advance. They did the job in one day. They aren't the cheapest but they use the best materials and provide outstanding service. They don't cut corners and want you to be satisfied. They left my yard and drive cleaner than they found it. The only way to know they had even been there was to look up and see a brand new roof. When you compare bids be sure to compare materials. This is an outstanding company.

Dennis came out and did the estimate. The repair took several weeks, but was explained to me when I signed the contract. Dennis also identified other problems that I should correct with my flat roof. They fixed my leak in about 30 mins. I am now going to have them replace my flat roof. Awesome company!

Dennis came out to look at our roof leak. He went up on the roof and also looked at the photos we had taken up in the attic. He correctly identified the problem by our front door as a faulty flashing job done by the original roofer. We found Dennis to be very knowledgeable. There were 2 reasons we didn't have them do the repairs, the first reason was they don't remove solar panels (we would of had to call the idiots that installed the panels and caused the leak in the first place do it and I just couldn't bear to pay them for something that shouldn't have happened in the first place), and they couldn't schedule us for 4 - 5 weeks and it was raining every day, I needed it done sooner. I wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future.

The roofer who arrived was in a clean truck, and was clean cut. He got right to work. We had a leak in our master bedroom. It seemed like he was only up there a few minutes, and he was done. He explained what he did, answered all our questions, and we settled up, and he was gone. The repair worked FLAWLESSLY. We had another "joe schmoe" roofer (that we got on referral) who attempted TWICE with no success. Farrell did it right on the first try, and we haven't had any issues. They do all kinds of home services, so we will keep them in mind for others. Side note: They are well respected in the community and you can always see their trucks running aroundn with their different business lines. They have some *nice* trucks! Clearly, this is a company doing it right!

They did an excellent job. They cleaned everything up and conducted themselves very well during the job. It was a good experience.

Had to wait 3 months for a an availability because they are so busy.......I have a 5800 square foot two story house with a 3+ car garage. When Steve told me it may take more than a full day to completely replace the entire shingled roof, any wood that needed replacing and for clean up because the days were shorter, I thought he was kidding. Sure enough, in the am about 10 Farrell vehicles pulled into my cul de sac and went to work. They were all gone at noon the next day, the roof was perfect and not a sign they were there. Eevrything was cleaned up. I noticed a small leak in the garage last week......very minor and they came out quickly. I would definitely recommend them for minor or major roof work. Whatever you do, steer clear of Spicer roofing in St. Pete if they're still in business. They are the world's worst!

I called Farrell and they found and patched the leak. They were on time and courteous and friendly. I would recommend them to others.

After this pouring was completed, I clearly noticed that the newly poured concrete was not flush with the other existing concrete in the area. Therefore I called the company on May 1st and spoke with the supposed owner, Regan Weiss. Regan said he was busy but would look at it in the near future. It is now 3 weeks later, I just called Regan and he hung up on me. I am an 86 year old senior citizen and do not feel like this company completed great work for me. When we started the project, Regan came to my house to take the order and my payments but I haven’t seen him since. I initially found this company through a senior citizen expo at the mall. Regan is a great talker, promised me many things but the work his company completed is not what we agreed upon. I do not recommend this company to others.

the crew was punctual and cleaned up all of the mess before they left. From the initial estimate to completion of the project, everyone was very professional. Shortly after the roof was completed, there was an issue and my roof was leaking. They immediately sent someone out to fix the problem. I will definitely use them again.

The were great. They can do the roof in one day, I had 16 people on my roof. They had people out there that covered things, cleaned things up, there wasn't any mess. They're highly recommended especially for people who need a roof. They also took credit card.

We are very pleased with the quality of the job. We believe they did an excellent job of repairing all damaged areas and applying the new tile. We would recommend the quality of their work. However, we were disappointed in their communications and follow up with us. We had to call to get the start date of the job. There was an interruption in the work that we weren't notified of until we called and asked what was happening. We had to call two or three times to find out what exactly was going on with our job. We were told no payment would be due until the job was completed but were asked for half of the money after the old roof had been torn off and repaired. Also, there was a sprinkler head broken during the work and we were told that we would be contacted and it would be reparied. We've yet to hear from Farrell. It seemed like the only times they proactively called us was when they wanted to come by for their check. Lots of room for improvement on communications. Again, we were pleased with the quality of the work and would use them again but would know to have more commitment on communications and have a defined payment plan.

They were very quick. They removed our tile roof and replaced it with shingles. They were able to complete it in one day.

Everyone we dealt with was nice and very professional. Really cared that we were satisfied and when we questioned something in the invoice they were totally accommodating to resolve the issue. Job was finished in a little over one day - the crew was amazingly focused and hard-working. Kudos to the Dennis our sales rep and John who did the final walk-through. Based on our experience we are considering this company for other home improvement projects.

The guy that came out and bid the roof, Roy, said that they do background checks on all of their employees after I asked. By looking at the guys, I don't believe that was true. I also have solar panels and they said they wouldn't have to take them off the roof. That wasn't true. They took a saw and cut the pipes off and now I have solar panels and pipes laying on the ground next to my house. They also lied and said that Steve Farrell, the owner, comes out for every job but he never showed up. I hired them based on what they told me even though their bid was higher than other estimates I received. I don't think this company deserves an A rating. I do think they did a good job on the roof.

Farrell came highly reccomended by a customer of mine. Was told they completed the job in one day. Roy the estimator showed up when he said he would, actually was at the house when I returned from a doctors appointment. The estimate was not the highest and not the lowest. Scheduled date for work was on a Friday and of course it rained. They called and asked if they could do it that Sunday. The trucks showed up at 7:30AM by 7:35 they were on the roof. I have never seen so many people on one roof before, must have been 20+ people. Was told they brought extra people so they could get done by 1PM. Never saw anyone slacking, watched as they lay down tarps around the house, tore off the old roof, and replaced 11 pieces of plywood. Actually went up on the roof to see where they also needed to repair the base of the chimney and everyone was real busy. Was told they could schedule someone to do the stucco work on the chimney or I could arrange it myself. I let them handle it and he showed up the following week. Sounded like a war zone when the began laying down the new roof and by 1PM the last truck left. The last 20 minutes or so there must have been 6 or 7 people going around the house cleaning up. What an amazing experience. Never would have believed it could be done so well and so quickly. Farrell is an outfit that knows what it is doing and does it extremely well. I would recommend them to anyone needing to repair or replace a roof.

The home is about 1200 sq. ft. living space and I had decided if I were going to replace the roof I was going to do it with the best. Sitting down with Dennis I got a lesson on some of what it take to put on a roof. First thing was to determine what products I wanted to use. That was a pretty easy choice as Dennis explained that GAF was a quality shingle manufacturer and that they were a GAF Factory-Certified Contractor. I looked into GAF and was very pleased with what I learned about their product and warranty. I identified the GAF products I wished used on the roof replacement to Dennis and shortly after he came back with a price. It was a little lower then I expected since I had picked out some of the best and most expensive GAF materials so I had no reservation in signing the contract. Farrell Roofing arrived on the day arranged, they took care to cover the pool area and other areas that could be affected by the roofing materials. They had the roof stripped down to the wood in no time and immediately began working ont he new roof as the old disappeared. I had doubted they could do an entire roof in one day but they finished with plenty of time to spare. The workers were not loud, I heard no foul language and they cleaned up after themselves leaving no sigh that they had been there except for a great looking roof. Farrell was always professional, very quick to get back to you and always very helpful. What more do I need to say. If you want a quality roofer who is going to do a great job at a fair price then call Farrell Roofing.

They caught my roof on fire. They through a patch over the hole. They are saying I do not have the golden pledge warranty for the service. They reimbursed me $75.00. I have filed this to my attorney and they have not replied back to my attorney.

Roy came to our home to give us the estimate. He was professional and knowledgeable. We were put on their repair crew schedule. The repair crew supervisor is Danny. He and his crew were polite, very hard-working, and did a super job cleaning up before they left. I will definitely use them again and refer them to my friends and family.
