Only thing I can say is you need to be there for all of the work. Make sure you get what you pay for. only Not the have the roof done Monday - Friday so loc.inspection can be done . not the President of the roofing company. Ok yes he;s Engineer but really. they did get everything take care of But total time Permit Pulled 1/15/2015 Roof stated on 3/7/2015 Ran out of Shingle had to come back. Permit Final 5/1/2015

They are branching out and doing a number of things. I would work with them for other home repair and renovation. They were excellent. They are very good with their prices. They were very professional and cleaned after themselves very well.

It was excellent. I had no problems whatsoever. They went above and beyond. They waited until they had the product to start the job which was wonderful because they were done just within 2, 3 days even with weather. They called back and rechecked on some things for us. They even contacted another vendor where we needed some masonry work done.

They were terrific, would have completed in one day except was 1 package of shingles shy. Came back next morning and roof was completed in one hour. Lots of people, lots of trucks, no one stood around, did a great job of cleaning up. Very pleased

The good: By all indications, the workmanship and materials were all first-rate (we used Camelot II shingles). The company assigned two crews to the job, and the work was completed in just a day and a half. The bad: The roofers were careless in their removal of the old shingles, damaging a number of plants, and left behind a couple of dozen roofing nails that we found in the weeks that followed. Communication and customer service from their office personnel ranged from poor to non-existent.

Everything went well and I have no complaints.

Although we were told that we would get a call approximately a week before installation, one day the door bell rings and the shingles are here. Fortunately we had just gotten back from Christmas trip. This was on Wed. I called and was told the job was to be done on Fri. So much for communication. Crew arrived as scheduled early Fri. AM. (large crew - approx. 20 people). They wasted no time getting to work. Remove old roof, replaced plywood as needed, added ridge vents that we did not have previously, and replaced shingles. By 4 PM the job was complete. Neat and clean. We had talked about replacing a section of gutter, but I guess they don't do gutters.

They responded quickly to my call and took care of the problem. They are professional and do good quality work . We have a barrel roof and I've used them in the past for other leaks. |They also installed a NEW roof on another house that I own. Did a great job, Cleaned up after perfectly, and didn't damage any landscaping. Their price was very fair. I would use them again and highly recommend them.

I called the company about a possible leak on our roof in the morning, and got an appointment for 3:30 pm the same day. The lady I spoke with over the phone was very nice and professional, and told me that Dustin would be coming over to give me an estimate. Dustin came to our house right on time, and very quickly identified the problem. He fixed the problem, and inspected the whole roof in a short period of time. When all was done, I asked him about the cost. To my surprise and delight, he told me not to worry. Dustin is a true gentleman from the moment he arrived at our house. He was extremely efficient and professional - he knew exactly what he was doing, and got the job done in a timely fashion. He showed compassion and care toward his customer. I was 100% satisfied!

This is one of the best experiences I have ever had with a service provider! Roy came out and was actually early for his appointment and I did not have to wait around for someone to show up. Roy was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Roy got on the roof very quickly and searched for a leak/hole for about 5 minutes. I gave him the approximate location of where the water damage was inside. Within 5 minutes Roy had located the issue (which I could not find on my own) and sealed the leak. I have not had any issues since then! I couldn't be happier with the service, timeliness, quality, and overall experience I have had with Farrell Roofing Inc. I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone! They were also the only provider that was flexible and caring enough to come the day after Thanksgiving!

I contacted four roofing companies in early October and received estimates from three of them. Farrell Roofing was significantly higher than the others but I had more confidence in them based on the knowledge and experience of the gentleman who provided the estimate. Since we were in the midst of a very rainy period, everyone that I contacted said that it would be 4-6 weeks before the repair could be done. When I didn't hear from the company after 4 weeks, I called them to ask when it would be scheduled and was told that I would be hearing from the roofing foreman in two days. I am not sure when I would have been contacted if I hadn't called. However, once the crew arrived on the scheduled day, everything went perfectly. The foreman, Danny, was friendly and informative. He outlined for me what they would be doing and estimated how long it would take. I could tell that they were experienced at repairing tile roofs. In addition, they were meticulous about cleaning up. In the end, I was very satisfied with the work that was done and would not hesitate to recommend this company.

I wanted to thank Dustin Shortt for his expert service fixing the leak in my 18 year old roof.He was very professional and knowledgeable .He did not charge me a dime!!!when i tryed to give him a tip for his time he REFUSED to take it he said it only took him a few minutes.He also gave me a estimate on a new roof that we will have done as soon as we can fit it into our budget..It's nice to know we can trust Farrell Roofing in todays world..Thay are A++++++ in my book Thanks again Joe Strazzi

No matter what the size of your roof is, they send a crew large enough to finish your roof in ONE day! They were very neat and clean, didn't leave nails in the yard. Came at 8:30, pulled off the old roof, hauled it away, and by 6:00 that evening, the roof was complete and all the trucks were gone. Not as noisy as the roofers we had in Dallas; dogs were not stressed at all. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. Wish we had known they also do remodeling before we did our bathrooms.

Farrell came out quickly to give a quote and was able to schedule us in a short time period. We needed the roof done by a certain date, and they were able to make it happen. They came in as a team and got the entire roof completed in one day. It looks great.

Farrell Roofing has roof replacement down to a science. The crew showed up a 7:30am and by 8 am were hard at work. The old roof was off and the new under lament was on by 12:00. The first crew finished prepping the roof and the second crew was here putting the new roof on before the first crew had left. By 5:30pm the roof was on and the crew had cleaned up and gone. Farrell was not the cheapest but they offer many things the other companies did not, like having an engineer come out and do a wind mediation and submit all paper work to our insurance company. ( This mediation report can save you big money off your insurance.) We are very happy with the result and the roof looks great.

Definitely would use them again and strongly recommend this provider

Responded to telephone call promptly made appointment to inspect the job. Showed up as scheduled to give estimate. Dustin inspected the roof and gave his recommendations and price for repair. He also gave an estimate for a complete new roof when I requested it. I agreed to the repair estimate and scheduled the work. The promised price was honored but the repair date was about a week later than was estimated. Everything looks fine. Will know more when we get the next heavy rain.

My impressions were not good. It is still in litigation. I will be meeting with them this Friday trying to resolve several issues that they did not instruct well.

After getting 3 estimates for a new roof Farrell was the same price as a smaller roofing company in the area, the difference being Farrell gave a energy star shingle with wind mitigation which drastically lowered my homeowners insurance, also the other company wanted to take down and throw away my gutters and to replace them it would've been $1300 more!! Farrell rehung them because there's nothing wrong with them. They' were here on time ripped off old roof replaced some wood .very clean and respectful employees very professional it only took nine hours and I am very pleased with the workmanship of my new roof. Thank you Roy job very well done.

The service that Farrell Roofing provided was top notch. There was a lot involved in the repair and it was handled in a day and there was no evidence of the repair. The roof was left clean plus there is no more leak.

Arrived on time and completed the job in one day.

What a great experience. While they were not the cheapest bid I received out of 4, the extras they provided were the 'closers' for me. They were in and out in 1 DAY!! They showed up with a team of about 20 guys at 8:15 and I had a new roof by 5:15. They were neat, clean and professional. And the roof looks awesome!

We are really happy with our new Roof-it looks great-. Several people from the neighborhood came by and admired the new roof and everybody was amazed about the whole process. Each of one know their job very well. They replace all the rotten wood in the roof as they uncovered it. They installed a secondary water barrier -Peel&Stick(Blanket) over complete Deck and than they installed the Shingles on it. Even the clean-up was pretty impressive. All in all we would highly recommend Farrell Roofing to anyone who needs a new roof. All employees was working together as a great Team. It was very impressing to watch them to do such a great job. Called on Wed and Roy the technician was out on Friday morning 10 minutes early. He went up and looked at the area and it was a loose shingle and he corrected the issue in less then 5 minutes. He explained the problem and was on his way. I have heard great things about Farrall Roofing and I am now a true believer they are the most honest roof company I ever dealt with. They are on my speed dial if I ever have a roof problem again. Thanks

They came and gave an estimate which was accurate and fair. However they referred me back to the original roofer as it was a warranty issue.
