Description of Work: I had two other estimates on a section of flat roof that the insurance company told me needed to be replaced/repaired or they would not renew my policy. The other companies said that the entire roof needed to be redone and the estimates were around $2000. The representative from Farrell came out and looked at it and told me that there was nothing wrong with it . He said that a roofing inspector should be able to re-certify it and the policy should be renewed. He even called the inspector for me! Total cost, $50. Savings, $1950. Description of Work: I have called and talked to a representative 2 times about the same issue and never received a response. Both times, she said she would talk to the owner. I was trying to fix a repair and permit issue on a house I own. I was planning to get a quote from them on my residence as well but never received the return calls.

Description of Work: I notice that I had a couple of shingles blown over by the recent high winds. My roof is just about 15 years old. I had spoken to one company and while on the phone already started to tell me I might need a new roof even before he saw. Three days later, I got a estimate for a repair of $300 and replacement of $8,000. Now Farrell Roofing, Roy Shortt, came out took a look, spent 15 min repairing my roof at no cost....it was just a couple of shingles fixed. My wife who met Mr Shortt, said he was very friendly and refused payment. "It was not that bad" I want to thank you very much for your service. I can assure you, I will not only use Farrell Roofing when the time comes to replace my roof, but will recommend your company to my friends

Description of Work: We got our roofing done with them. I think they were great, they came in their quote was competitive. They did the entire job in one day. Their follow up service was very good. I have a minor issue that came up about a month ago, and they came in and fixed it right away. The workers were very professional, they came in and got the job done. They cleaned up the area very well.

Description of Work: I had three leaks in my roof. Called three companies for estimates. Company 1 said I automatically needed a whole new roof. Company 2 was a no call/no show and company 3, Farrell Roofing, arrived a few minutes early, paid attention to my explanation and fixed the three leaks, two were nail pops and the third needed a little work around a chimney. The gentleman who arrived was pleasant and very professional. He showed me where and why the problems existed. Should/when the day arrives that I do need a new roof - I know who to call!
