they scheduled within a couple of weeks after the storm and took care of everything while we were out of town. my neighbor sent me pictures and told me everyone on the team was professional. when we came home and saw the work we more than satisfied...can't tell the repaired portion from the rest of the structure.

From beginning to end the professionalism, knowledge and service received from Eric Boyle was top notch. Eric and his brother Craig displayed a level of professionalism that is an asset to the success of their company. Re-screening is no easy feat but they made it look easy (thanks Spidey) and they did an excellent job. Jim and his crew members work very well together and were very attentive to detail and took the time to explain everything and were always eager to answer any questions. They completed the work in a timely manner. My pool enclosure looks great and so do the new super gutters. It went very well and I really wanted to give Boyle's an overall A rating, but the cleanup after the job wasn't up to the excellent work they did in installing the gutters. They left small metal pieces on my pool deck. This is really bad since people walk around barefoot there. That said, not only was their crew on time and very professional in all other respects, but the owners, Craig and Eric went above and beyond. After the work was completed, I noticed a dripping sound in my attic. Naturally I assumed this was related to the new gutters. Craig immediately drove to my house and went up in the attic to find the source. As it turns out it was a roof vent that was leaking, not the gutters. I was grateful for the quick response. Many companies would have just blown this off as not their problem, but the owners at Boyle's went the extra distance to ensure the problem was resolved. I was very impressed with their response. They obviously care about customer satisfaction very much.

The work took under two days and appeared to be complete. However, after the job was completed I inspected the work and noticed the job was not complete. I contacted Boyle's and explained the issue and also sent some photos to the owner. The workers were called back but were not enthusiastic about completing the job properly and as per the contract. They did perform some additional work but were a bit sloppy about the completion of the work. I again contacted Boyle's and spoke to the office manager. I later received a message from the owner who was very apologetic. Mr. Boyle came out to my residence and inspected the job. He told me the work would be completed properly and that he would not be happy until I was completely satisfied. A few days later, Mr. Boyle returned to my home and performed all the work himself. Upon completion, he reviewed the final repairs and again apologized for the issue I experienced with his crew. I was very impressed with his professional demeanor and desire to obtain 100% satisfaction from me. Thank you Mr. Craig Boyle.

They did a phenomenal job. They did a great job. We got an estimate from another company which was 2 or 3 times more expensive than Boyle's. Boyle's was very, very good. They were local, right around the corner from where we live. They were prompt. They put us in the schedule quickly.

Team who made changes really knew their business getting past some interesting challenges.

It went very well. The job had a few quirks but Boyle's was flexible and creative in finding a solution, something other companies could not do. Their workers arrived on time, were courteous and professional and did quality work including an amazing clean up afterwards. Other companies either never returned out calls, gave outrageously expensive bids, or said they were incapable of doing what we needed.

Very well, as expected. Craig & Eric had done a major supergutter job for us in 2012, so we knew what to expect, Back then, as I watched them working, I observed, “This is not ‘typical Florida‘ craftsmanship.“ The response was “Our parents are from Illinois and they taught us.”

From the beginning when I contacted Eric Boyle to look at my property before my pool was installed to design and build a screen enclosure,it's been nothing but great! Our area is roughly 25x50 to be covered,and I told Eric I wanted an elite roof installed with no support posts so there would be no obstruction to the pool,and there was no problem at all.i'm new to Florida and didn't know who to call or trust to do such a big job for us,but since I contacted Eric to install gutters on my house and followed with other jobs he had been great to work with and has done all he could to make sure that the job is always done to my satisfaction,and it always is!i would recommend boyles aluminum for any job that they do. They are by far one of the best and fair companies to work with! Thanks to Eric Boyle and his great crew for making our house as beautiful as we had hoped!!

If you're looking for a quick, budget job then this company isn't for you but if you're willing to pay for quality workmanship and first class service then you've found the right team. We waited 3 months for the job to be done but it was worth the wait. The company are professional, punctual and diligent and we're delighted with the final result. They are clearly committed to delivering excellent service and actively welcome customer feedback which in our experience makes for a refreshing change. We highly recommend them, especially Jarod he gladly fixed a problem we caused after the job was completed.
