These guys done a great job, quickly got me scheduled to look at what I wanted, got me a quote the same day, scheduled the work and got it done quickly and it looks great. Highly recommend and will definitely refer them to anyone asking for their services.

For this job Boyle's provided 2 quotes-one for the pool area and a second for the remainder of the house. Boyle's one of a few contractors willing to do both fascia and gutters, especially in the pool area which required backing the pool screening off the house. The work teams came on the promised day-one for the pool area and the other for the remainder of the house. Both were courteous and efficient. The general gutter repair wasn't completed as sheathing damage in a few ares was bad (we need a new roof too). But the pool area was completed taking a few days more than estimated. The work area was kept clean; we are pleased with the outcome and the price was as promised. The remainder of the job will be done following roof replacement. Would hire again for similar projects. There is substantial lead time between quote and job start.

The installers did a great job screening in our back porch! We love that we can be out there now and not get eaten by mosquitoes. We found one minor tear in the screen that night and they quickly came out to replace the panel. Great service, highly recommended!

Everything went extremely well. From the first time contacting them, to the estimate, signing the contract and installation. Everything exceeded my expectation I will recommend Boyles to anyone needing their services.

All work was done to very high standards! Nick and Stewart did an excellent job building the new enclosure and worked hard to make sure is was completed properly! The end result was a quality product and I would definitely use Boyle's Aluminum and Screening for my next project!

Came out to measure then called with installation date. Appeared on time, very professional, courteous. Would use again in a heartbeat.

We started to look for the company in July 2018. Apparently after Irma hit, all screening companies have been super busy. So even to get a quote - it took 3 ( earliest) to 6 wks!!!!!! We have back patio that 2 sides already have existing wall so the enclosure need just 2 sides , 20 x 20 feet. I called top 5 reviewed company on Angie list within 50 miles from our house. ASC quote 10,295 waiting time 12-14 wks Boyle aluminum 4,466.91 to be exact, 6 mo waiting time. USA team screen - 5,000s, can't recall exact no, I lost the paper. Waiting time is couple months some 2 men team - 6,000s, could be done in 2 mo There are all professional and seem to know what are they doing. We went with Boyle - I am not engineer or handyman but I believe the material are in the same ballpark, super gutter - traditional color screen and supporting structure. I really want someone to explain to me why the cost were up to 3 times different on these grade A companies. Anyhow, with Boyle- we have to wait 6 mo long, which we did and you could see the attached pictures. We love it and Thank god I did not go with other companies. They came and did it after Christmas. It was supposed to take 3 days but It took 4ish. ( One of those holiday - I don't blame them) There was a minor error, 2 caps were missing and they sent someone to cap it within a day.

They are clearly busy as they could only schedule my repair several months out. Since I then found a company who could effect repair within a couple weeks, I asked for my deposit back. At first the contact person did not want to refund my 10% deposit but then after a frank discussion with her supervisor they refunded my deposit. I appreciated their understanding but they should NOT take a 10% deposit and then hold it for months because they are unavailable to make the repair. The new company sales-person had significantly more expertise. They knew teh business much more than Boyle's. This is only a judgement on the salesperson who came to provide teh quotation.

Boyle's did an excellent job. They were on time, thorough and efficient in completing the project. Additionally, they put new bottom rails over pavers, and were able to ensure the doors remain standard size in the event they needed to be changed. An outstanding job.

I received an estimate and agreed to it. Within a few days the work crew called and showed up on time. The work was completed professionally and promptly. Quality was excellent.

This was textbook bad communication and customer service. I initially contacted this company due to being reccomneded for ability to fix a high pool enclosure. Called the company and described my issue. First I was told they didn’t come to my area . After explaining that they rebuilt a neighbors enclosure, they directed me to the website. I described in detail this issue with my enclosure and height involved. The company representive directed me to the website. Contacted via their online estimate service (3/15) and was given an estimate and discussed the time frame via email. I paid a deposit equal to half the cost of the job. It was given a lead time of 8-10 weeks. I understood that we were being put on a ‘short jobs’ list. At approximately 6 weeks out(4/25). A gentleman came out and pointed out that our enclosure was on steep incline/retention pool and he needed a taller ladder. No communication and no follow up after the gentleman left. Being patient, I waited two weeks for him to return. I called the office asking about the job on 5/8 and the was told they would have to pass on the job due to the height of the enclosure. Definely can understand a job being out of scope of a company. What really upsets me is the tact the company had with wasting my time. It irks me that that the initial person on the phone didn’t ask follow up questions when I was describing the job. I can take some responsibility for not including a picture of the incline on the online estimate , but I explained in detail the setting of the pool before being directed to the website (I think she was just trying to get me off the phone to be honest).They could have contacted me several weeks ago once their staff didn’t feel comfortable with the enclosure. I also didn’t appreciate business blaming the customer for their lapse in communication. I feel that this is acompany that probably excels at the larger jobs, and focuses their attention to that market. It appears the smaller rescreen jobs are more of a hassle to them than a concern. Do hire for smaller rescreen jobs.

Well, awesome. They were prompt and on time. Professional. Let us know when they were leaving ... lunch or for the day. Did a quality job. We are very satisfied. And, Spider Man. Did all the overhead screening with no scaffolding. Amazing.

This is the second time I have used Boyle's and they are excellent. Josh and the crew was outstanding even going the extra mile.

We hired Boyles Aluminum shortly after hurricane Irma did damage to our 48 year old pool cage. Boyles came out the same week we called them to give us an estimate, contrary to many of their competitors who didn’t even return phone calls, or follow-up on promises of phone calls. So with that said, we did not get the number of bids that we would have like to have had on this project. They were not the least expensive bid we obtained. I’m not comfortable telling you that this is the best price for the value, because of the circumstances of how companies were overwhelmed by calls due to damage from the storm. But, after we saw how much work was involved taking down the old cage and erecting the new, we felt it was a fair price. They were 2-1/2 months out on starting the project when we placed the contract. Some companies were quoting 6 months out on work. Pros: -The design was great. Boyles provided us, as Angie’s list members, with 3-D drawings so we would visualize the design. -The enclosure is beautiful and everyone that’s seen it says it looks great. -The install team worked very hard and were easy to have around. -We had quite extensive wood damage on our lanai behind the gutters that could not be seen until the old cage was taken down. Boyles repaired a lot of damage for a reasonable price, considering the work and materials involved. This cost was in addition to the original estimate for the cage. Probably a good idea to discuss unknowns like this before they happen during the estimate phase. However, we’re confident all of the bad wood and rafter beams are in good shape now. -Love, love, love the 7” super gutters. Boy do they pull the water off the back half of the house. They also support one entire side of the cage. - Boyles gives a 2-year warranty on their work. We had an issue with the kick plate flexing and warping as the weather warmed up. This was likely the result of it being installed during a prolonged cold snap in December/January. I contacted Boyles and they came out the next week and reset the kick plate, eliminated the problem. Cons: -Install took longer than they initially estimated. However, it was during a cold snap, so I can cut them slack here. It’s just hard to have people on your property for two weeks. -Did not like having to put a substantial down payment and then wait 2-1/2 months for work to begin. It goes against the grain of our experience with contractors. This was kind of a leap of faith based on the reviews and reputation of Boyles. -If you don’t have a boundary survey, it’s your responsibility to obtain one. They did give us an allowance against the contracted price, but this was something I had no experience doing. We hired John R. Beach and Associates and they did a great job, came out quickly and sent copies to us and to Boyles. I highly recommend them (they also had an Angie’s List coupon). Overall, we are pleased with the new pool enclosure and the work of the Boyle’s Aluminum teams. You will get a quality job if you hire them. They followed through on everything they said they would do.

Had an Appointment for 2/6/18 at 9AM. for estimate and scheduling of work. No one showed up nor called. I called at 9:40 and left a voicemail asking them to get back to me. Never received a return call. Very unprofessional!! Ironic thing is I used them a few years ago and was satisfied. They obviously have lost their customer focus.

Overall it took a very long time to complete. I started corresponding with them and 4 months later the project was completed. I had hoped to just do repairs, but ended up getting a new screen room. I was told there was no way to do repairs due to current building codes etc. I had to obtain a permit. Then the hurricane and rainy season had to pass. overall it turned into a very expensive project. It looks good. But they didn't even do pressure cleaning of walls or concrete slab that was there. the workers were very professional and nice. I have had a small leak already with the heavy rains and have to call them to come out and repair.

Went well, looks good. Just a few nails and scraps of aluminum in my gutter and driveway. No biggie, but if I had stepped on them while barefoot, their rating might have gone down a bit

Excellent! David and Stewart were the repair people assigned to our project. They were professional, pleasant and did outstanding work. Very satisfied with the process from bidding of the job to invoicing and payment.

From the time Craig came to give the estimate until Joe packed up the crew and left, these guys were great. They even cleaned the site every day after they finished. They did more than the contract covered and on time.
